The carers are friendly and chatty, they talk to Mum as well. They listen to me when I say how I like things to be in place, especially when I have OCD! They say if something isn't right with Mum we deal with it accordingly. I find office staff helpful too. They dealt with an issue recently very professionally and kept me updated along the way and resolved it.

The manager came to see us and was professional and very approachable, showing transparency when I asked her questions She was clear in her communication and very thorough. A really nice lady! I had the occasion to call her office with a query, and the staff were very efficient and quick to answer my query. Very helpful from the beginning of our care needs, the transition from short-term council care to CareService24 could not have been easier. The carers are lovely, friendly and helpful. They try to do the best for Mum. The office, however, does not make corrections with clients and make inappropriate decisions with the times of visit with medication and does not listen.

The manager, at interview, sounded like the company was fabulous, sold it well. Everything we needed. First week of visits, excellent. Care staff were attentive. Since then, carers, when visiting, are still excellent. However, visit time for mornings are pretty dreadful. Not as per timings. Appreciate if delay due to previous client visit but no phone calls. There have been various small issues but I cannot get to speak to a manager. Don't always get a reply to my emails. Clearly taking on too many clients without any extra staff. Terrible scheduling times. Clearly not running well at office level, however, carers are fabulous, no faults there whatsoever.

Have been using CareService24 for seven months now for my mother.
