We have used LifeCarers for the last 5+ years and at all times the communication between us and the Management has been excellent. The two staff grumbles we had in that period were quickly dealt with and resolved completely.
The visiting carers have always been kind, very considerate and some of them
have been outstanding. They have been well trained, and they are empathetic to the understanding and needs of their client. We thank them wholeheartedly for the care and support they've provided.
We have no reservations with recommending LifeCarers to prospective clients.

Life Carers have been supporting my relative for several years, they take time to understand their individual needs and adapt their care accordingly, so care never feels like just another job to get through. They have been proactive in contacting me and arranging urgent appointments when my relative
has had deteriorating health; this, in turn, helps me and reduces my worries about them, as I can't visit frequently to check for myself.
They have been extremely helpful and flexible when extra visits or hospital appointments have been needed at short notice. I have had experience of other home care agencies for relatives and none come close to the high standards provided by Life Carers. I don't know how my relative or I would manage without them.

Since engaging with LifeCarers my father has taken on a new lease of life. He is happier within himself and has rediscovered his zest for socialising. All three of my siblings have also noticed this. The care is sympathetic and patient whilst ensuring Dad is made at ease and his every wish fulfilled.

LifeCarers have looked after my dad who is in a home for 1 year. The service has been superb. They give my dad company, take him out for drives and walks and are generally the second pair of eyes on my dad's welfare.

All the carers I've had from Bright Yellow are kind, compassionate and very helpful. They help me dress, do housework and take me swimming every two weeks. My main carer is crazily efficient and fun to be around too. She deals with problems and goes the extra mile to make sure I'm ok. She makes getting
up in the morning and life in general so much easier. My only criticism is they don't tell me if they change the time of my care which can mean I'm not ready for them when they turn up early and this wastes time.

Life Carers (Bracknell team) have provided excellent continuity of home care to my Father. The staff are friendly, respectful and sensitive to the emotional and physical needs of my Father. He looks forward to one of the staff team visiting him twice a day and ensuring his safety and well being. I have
complete confidence in the managers and the team of carers.; communication has been excellent and any changes to my Father's care needs have been promptly acted upon. Life Carers have facilitated my Father's independence and enable him to continue to live comfortably in his own home. The service provided is excellent.

I have been using Life Carers for several years. They always provide wonderful support and it is a relief to myself and my husband that I am given such dedicated care. On a few occasions, I have had to ask for a call to my home at very short notice when my husband has been suddenly called away to ill
parents; the office in Bracknell has always responded and made sure I received care. I am sincerely looked after.

For three years, LifeCarers have been helping me to look after my father and I have been extremely happy with the service. Nothing has been too much trouble, the staff are always caring and efficient and any required changes to the routine have been cheerfully accommodated. We have been particularly

Carers are all very good indeed - considerate, kind and look after my needs well. I really like having my regular carers best, as they know my routine and look after me so well. They also are very friendly and chatty with me which I really like.

Having joined Prestige Nursing & Care in Banbury in 2008, Marta has built a long and rewarding career dedicated to providing exceptional care and support within the local community. Starting as a carer, she has continually developed her skills and expertise, progressing to her current role as Branch Manager.


Marta holds NVQ Levels 2 & 3 in Health and Social Care and Management, as well as a QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services.


Deeply passionate about improving the lives of clients and their families, Marta is committed to ensuring that everyone receiving care feels valued, supported, and safe.
