Very helpful staff, always on time which is a must with Mum or she will panic.

Great communication with clear to understand invoicing.

The carer does go over and above what is needed. I do not know all the carers but would love to use them more in the future for more visits per day.

I employed LifeCarers, Bracknell some years ago, to initially assist my father with basic needs early in the morning. As time progressed, my father's needs grew too, which meant asking for help three times daily and with the cleaning of his flat. The carers, management and support staff from LifeCarers have always proved extremely helpful and caring. They have been a credit to themselves and to their profession. I can only thank them ALL for their patience and care provided to my father and for all those times when they went out of their way to help me when my father needed extra support.

We have no reservations with recommending LifeCarers to prospective clients.

They have been extremely helpful and flexible when extra visits or hospital appointments have been needed at short notice. I have had experience of other home care agencies for relatives and none come close to the high standards provided by Life Carers. I don't know how my relative or I would manage without them.

Since engaging with LifeCarers my father has taken on a new lease of life. He is happier within himself and has rediscovered his zest for socialising. All three of my siblings have also noticed this. The care is sympathetic and patient whilst ensuring Dad is made at ease and his every wish fulfilled.

LifeCarers have looked after my dad who is in a home for 1 year. The service has been superb. They give my dad company, take him out for drives and walks and are generally the second pair of eyes on my dad's welfare.

All the carers I've had from Bright Yellow are kind, compassionate and very helpful. They help me dress, do housework and take me swimming every two weeks. My main carer is crazily efficient and fun to be around too. She deals with problems and goes the extra mile to make sure I'm ok. She makes getting up in the morning and life in general so much easier. My only criticism is they don't tell me if they change the time of my care which can mean I'm not ready for them when they turn up early and this wastes time.

Life Carers (Bracknell team) have provided excellent continuity of home care to my Father. The staff are friendly, respectful and sensitive to the emotional and physical needs of my Father. He looks forward to one of the staff team visiting him twice a day and ensuring his safety and well being. I have complete confidence in the managers and the team of carers.; communication has been excellent and any changes to my Father's care needs have been promptly acted upon. Life Carers have facilitated my Father's independence and enable him to continue to live comfortably in his own home. The service provided is excellent.

I have been using Life Carers for several years. They always provide wonderful support and it is a relief to myself and my husband that I am given such dedicated care. On a few occasions, I have had to ask for a call to my home at very short notice when my husband has been suddenly called away to ill parents; the office in Bracknell has always responded and made sure I received care. I am sincerely looked after.

We only had LifeCarers in place for 2 weeks, as sadly my father passed away. But in that time, we were very impressed with the dignity and respect they gave both my father and us. Many thanks.

The staff are absolutely amazing. They genuinely care about your loved ones well being and look after them as if they were their own family. They work hard and are very understanding in difficult situations. Could not cope without them.
