I cannot thank the team enough. They were superb in every way and went above and beyond what they were contracted to do. We couldn't have managed without them all, from the office staff to the carers themselves. Thank you for the care and support you gave not only to my father but to the whole family.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We were honoured to spend our time with such a wonderful man and the family as a whole. As a team, thank you for choosing us for his journey.
The carers are absolutely lovely and so friendly and helpful and I very much look forward to their visits. I am widowed and disabled so I very much need their care, help and support which they provide each week. They are very caring, happy and cheerful and so willing to help me. They are very respectful about the limitations of what I cannot do for myself within my home. They work very hard to fulfill all the tasks I need help with during their visits.
The ladies in the office are also very friendly and helpful and always strive to help me if I need it. They are very approachable and are very mindful of my needs as my condition progresses. They are always very polite and friendly when I ring them which is very reassuring.
I am very happy overall with home instead and the whole team are wonderful.
Thank you for such a glowing review. It is a pleasure to be able to support you, and we will pass this on to the care team.
I cannot recommend Home Instead Highly enough. I was incredibly impressed with the carers they sent to help me care for my husband who had Young Onset Alzheimers Disease. They clearly have good training and always treated my husband with great care and dignity.
It was an absolute pleasure to care for your husband, our carers will miss him very much.
Carers come for two hours on Tuesday and Thursday each week. They willingly do some housework and laundry and have 15-20 minutes for a chat. They all work well as I live on my own. Carers are always easy to get on with and do what is required. I can cope with cooking and weekly food shopping myself.
Thank you for your positive review of our services.
The carers and office staff are a great group.
Carers are very special people.
I look forward to the company of the carers. I value their companionship and support. Recent changes to visit times have not always worked well for me. When changes are made to the support that I receive, I am not always made aware of these changes, which is unsettling for me.
Care providers are excellent. I am always treated with care and dignity.
Carers are excellent - always on time and willing to do whatever is required with cheerfulness and efficiency. Continuity of carers needs to be addressed; it is so much easier for care provider and client if the carer is familiar with the tasks required on particular days. Excellent support is given for medical appointments etc.
All my carers have been excellent. All the carers arrived on time and gave me the care I requested. The carers found a lot to do in the house. The carers were experienced with the exception of one younger carer.
Home Instead has provided a caring, efficient and friendly service. Which can also be tailored to meet the requirements of individual customers. I have no difficulty in recommending their organisation to potential client.
Thank you for your review, we are so pleased that you are happy with our service.
My husband developed vascular dementia some years ago, and although his health has declined we have managed to keep him at home, in part due to the excellent care provided by Home Instead. We have used their services since 2017. The carers have all been kind and attentive, happy to play a game or take him out, often helping with little chores. We have a very complicated schedule and the Home Instead administrators have been wonderful in accommodating our requests, aiming to send a regular 'rota' of carers who have gotten to know my husband well. The service has been a great support to both of us.
Thank you - it is a pleasure visiting your husband and we are so pleased that you are happy with our service.
We have used Home Instead to support our Mum who has vascular dementia. They took time to assess Mum and get to know her. Each of the caregivers built a great relationship with her and really understood her needs and ours in support of Mum. They provided us with lots of help and advice. They took Mum out which she liked. Mum has now moved into a care home, however we will still use the Home Instead service to allow Mum to have a couple of outings a week. It's a first-class service that we would highly recommend.
Thank you Graham for your review. It has been such a pleasure visiting your Mum and we are so pleased we can continue to see her.
All the carers provided by Home Instead have been excellent, and the support provided from the office has also been top quality. My father was initially concerned about having carers coming to his house but would not be without them now!
Thank you Beverley for your review, it has been such a pleasure to look after your father.
It has given us much greater peace of mind knowing that mum has this support.
Thank you Joanna for your review. It has been a pleasure visiting your mother.
We first contacted Home Instead after my mother had had a fall and needed some support around the house whilst she recovered. The team of carers and office staff have since provided wonderful support for my mother. After my mother recovered from her fall, the team proved too good to let go. They provide practical help and care, but just as importantly, companionship and friendship. They offer me peace of mind that my mother is safe and regularly checked on. The whole team are helpful, responsive and friendly. I cannot fault their care and support.
Thank you so much Frances for your review. It has been a pleasure visiting your mother.
Home Instead (Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks & Edenbridge) have provided consistently good care for my mother. The caregivers that visit her take her to a variety of different places for walks and support her with her everyday chores, such as shopping and ironing. If my mother needs extra support, either practical or emotional, her 'ladies' (as my mother calls them!) are efficient and skilled at dealing with any situation that may arise. I truly believe that Home Instead deliver a service that has enabled my mother to continue living as independently as possible in her own home.
Thank you for your review. It is a pleasure to visit your mother and we are so pleased she enjoys our services.
