Appreciate having a regular carer Monday to Friday and mostly the same person for the weekends.
Our praise cannot be any higher and if asked, without any doubt, would recommend them to all who are thinking of using their services.

There are many things which my father can no longer do for himself, but the support he receives from all of his carers is invaluable, and delivered in such a caring, considerate way.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are so glad our care has made a positive impact on you and your father. We will pass on your lovely message to our team.
Admin staff are very helpful and understand the client’s needs and difficulties. They are also considerate to the family with juggling around other appointments made by the client. Caring staff are reliable and do as much as they can in the short time allocated for their visits by social services.
Thank you for taking you time to write us a review. We are glad that our care staff and office staff's hard work is paying off and making life just that little bit easier for our clients. We will pass on your kind message to our team.
The office ladies are very attentive and have always been on hand, any time of the day, to help with any issues that may arise. I would happily recommend UCS to family and friends.

We are very pleased with the care my dad receives. A carer comes every day without fail even if the expected carer cannot make it a substitute is always sent. The times stated are kept to as near as possible.
Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We are so glad your experience as been positive, and we will pass on your kind words to the team.
I can not recommend this company enough. The office staff are extremely kind and professional as are the wonderful carers that looked after my late father and now some of those carers are looking after my mum. My mother was so happy to have these carers and to be with this home care company. Not only are they hard-working, kind and professional but completely reliable.
We are so glad your experience has been positive, we will pass on your kind words to the team.
Universal Care Services.
My mum has used Mylife Suffolk as her care provider for many years. Her care over the past 4 years since my dad passed away has been outstanding. The carers Mum have are kind, caring and will always go the extra mile. At the age of 96, my mum would not have been able to have stayed in her own home if I hadn't have had support from all of these lovely carers. I know Mum looks upon them as more than carers and looks forward to them coming in to see her every day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this care agency.
So pleased that my mum has MyLife as her care provider. All carers are friendly, reliable, hard working and very caring. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for care and support in their own home.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a glowing review. We have a good team of carers here at MyLife and for family to give recognition too, certainly does go a long way.
MyLife carers looked after my father at home during the last two months of his life. The staff treated him with so much respect and compassion. They were all so professional and sensitive towards his individual needs. We shall always be thankful for the care that they provided.
Thank you for your review. It was a pleasure to be able to support and care for your father.
Don't know what I would do without them.
My husband and I are very pleased and happy with all the kind and happy people who do their job well.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review us. So pleased to see and hear that you are happy with the service you are receiving.
Good staff, good care. Trustworthy.
Kind regards.
I have been impressed by the staff attending me because their approach and professionalism has been, to this day, second to none.
Thank you so much for this review. I am glad that you are receiving the care and support you deserve.
All the carers are friendly, polite and they do a very good job of assisting me to keep my flat clean and tidy and I do my bits to help them as well.
Kind regards
Brilliant service.
Carer does what I want.
Kindest regards
I would prefer to revert to mornings from 10am please.
Thank you for your review. As discussed, we have now amended your visit times to 10 am. Kind regards
I have been with MyLife (formerly Carewatch), for about 5 years. I find the carers are pleasant, helpful and supportive. They listen and respond to my needs efficiently and with care. I feel very happy with the care I receive.
Thank you ever so much for your positive feedback. It is much appreciated.
Consistency with daily carers has been good and at allocated times which is important to my mum and da as they like routine. Always polite and enquire after Mum's health although Dad is the recipient of care. They like all the carers that have been sent. The only criticism is the odd carer is a bit mean with the washing water - Dad likes a wet wash. All carers wash and check his vulnerable areas.
Thank you for taking the time to review MyLife Homecare. Your feedback is valued.

Meet the Team (3)
My name is Emma, I have worked within the care sector now for 5 years with the Ipswich branch. I started in the care worker role, and moved to an office role as Quality Officer, now as Coordinator.
I have a health and social care qualification level 2 and level 3, which I completed in school.
I enjoy having family time with my two children and going on new adventures together over the country. I also enjoy going on long walks with our dog.
I have worked in care for nearly 4 and a half years. I started as a Care worker for Universal Care Services back in February 2021 and then progressed to join the office team to become a Quality Officer & Trainer in June 2021.
I am currently in the process of completing my Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
I have completed my Level 3 which allows me to train First Aid Basic Life Support, Moving & Handling and Medication Awareness.
I joined Universal Care Services, in 2023. I started my career off as a carer, I really enjoyed this role. A new position came up to join the office team as care co-ordinator and I jumped at the opportunity for this. To develop my skills in the care sector I have recently started my Level 3 Health and social care. I spend a lot of my personal time with my husband and our four children. I enjoy days out with them and having new adventures.
