My name is Emma, I have worked within the care sector now for 5 years with the Ipswich branch. I started in the care worker role, and moved to an office role as Quality Officer, now as Coordinator.
I have a health and social care qualification level 2 and level 3, which I completed in school.
I enjoy having family time with my two children and going on new adventures together over the country. I also enjoy going on long walks with our dog.
I have worked in care for nearly 4 and a half years. I started as a Care worker for Universal Care Services back in February 2021 and then progressed to join the office team to become a Quality Officer & Trainer in June 2021.
I am currently in the process of completing my Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
I have completed my Level 3 which allows me to train First Aid Basic Life Support, Moving & Handling and Medication Awareness.
I joined Universal Care Services, in 2023. I started my career off as a carer, I really enjoyed this role. A new position came up to join the office team as care co-ordinator and I jumped at the opportunity for this. To develop my skills in the care sector I have recently started my Level 3 Health and social care. I spend a lot of my personal time with my husband and our four children. I enjoy days out with them and having new adventures.
