I absolutely delighted with the professionalism of the office staff who must be commended on their assessment of my brother's needs and have definitely gone out of their way to make it an effortless transition. They have just excelled in choosing the right careers for his needs and I deeply appreciate that. The two individuals who presently visit my brother are so well matched and have easily identified any concerns as regards my brother needs, I have found them both to be extremely supportive, helpful.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We take great pride in all the we do and it is always so great to hear such positive feedback. We shall be sure to pass on your lovely words to our carers.
Our family friend in her late nineties has been a client of Acacia Homecare Ltd for the past three years. During this time we have found the company to be well-organised and efficient in all aspects of their care. The carers who visit four times daily are all very pleasant and friendly, caring and helpful. As an example, on the one or two occasions, our friend has needed urgent assistance between visits, a telephone call to the office has brought quick action.
My mother needed care following a short stay in hospital. I tried several care companies but Acacia was the one that impressed. Someone visited my mother the same day and we have been pleased ever since. I have specified August 2020 as we are so grateful to Acacia staff who have continued to provide a considerate and calming support to both my mother and other vulnerable people throughout a confusing and difficult time. Thank you, Acacia.
Acacia Care have been caring for firstly my mother and father and latterly my father, since 2013. Calls have altered over the years and now a live-in carer has been provided. Acacia have always responded to the changes in the level of care that we have needed. When problems have arisen they have been promptly dealt with. The staff have always been polite, respectful and caring to both my parents and the family.

Meet the Team (11)
Hi, I’m Donna, and I’m the Care Manager for Acacia Homecare. I bring valuable experience from my previous role with the Acacia Homecare franchise in North West London. I truly enjoy being part of the Acacia homecare family, and I am committed to ensuring we provide the best care possible.
I’m Sarah, and I joined the office as an Admin & Rota planner after working as a carer for two and a half years. I love our customers and the people I work with.
I moved into the role of Customer Care Lead, where I worked closely with our customers to ensure their care plans were up to date and did regular visits and checks to homes. I became the Operations Manager in January 2026.
Hi there, I’m Dee, and I have been with Acacia since 2015, having first joined as a care worker. I then joined the office tea,m soon after having dealt with coordination and then recruitment. I am now the Live Care Lead ,and my role involves doing the care assessment for new customers, recruiting the right live-in carer to suit their needs and being the point of contact for both our live-in carers and customers. I have experienced various aspects of the business and can provide a much better service for our customers through my first-hand knowledge and understanding of the different care requirements that we may come across.
Hello all, I am Lauren and I was working with Acacia Homecare part-time on the weekends as a care worker. I then joined the Rota Planning and Administration team, helping with the rota, recruitment and social media based in the office. I was then promoted to Customer Care Lead. I am a natural carer, so after seeing my mum (Sarah L) become an Acacia Angel, it felt really natural to join her.
Looking after people is definitely my thing! I am excited to be involved in the other aspects of the business and still be a part of the Acacia family.
Hello, I am Holly, and I joined the rota planning and admin team, but I am also an experienced carer in my previous employment, so I understand the world of care, and I am really passionate about it. This experience has led me to my current role of Customer Care Lead. I really enjoy my role as I get to work closely with our customers and work with them and their families, so they are receiving the care that they require.
I came into care very late, actually, in the last 8 years, I have experienced working in a domiciliary care setting and also a care home setting.
I started my career as a carer and progressed to a senior carer, and further along became a care supervisor. I am passionate about people receiving the best care and support while promoting their respect and dignity. Care is such a rewarding job, and I couldn’t see myself not working in the care industry.
Hi, I am Sid, and I am the marketing lead here at Acacia Homecare. I enjoy getting to know our customers and our staff, as I enjoy creating stories and content for our social media platforms.
I enjoy producing our podcasts for our Under the Acacia Tree channel.
Hi, I’m Ecaterina, and I’m part of the admin and rota planning team. Although I’m relatively new to the field of care, I am genuinely enthusiastic about learning and growing in this role. I enjoy helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
My hobbies are swimming, walking and reading ( but recently I prefer to listen to books).
Hi, I’m Bethany and I am part of the admin and rota planning team. This is my first full-time role after finishing my bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and since joining Acacia I have enjoyed being able to meet the carers and interact with the customers. Every day is a chance to learn something new, and this role is very exciting as I get to help out the administrative side planning rotas for our Acacia Angels as well as working on recruiting new carers and seeing them begin their own journey working in Care.
Hi, I joined Acacia Homecare in early 2026 and really enjoy my job, knowing I am making a difference. The rota planning role is like a puzzle-solving role, but I get to speak to both customers and staff to get the best results for both.
I have recently rejoined Acacia Homecare after having a break. I love my role as no two days are the same and I can get involced with recruitment as well as manage the rota. I enjoy speaking to both our customers and our carers and understand their needs so I can best plan the rota.
