They create tailored care packages to suit individual needs, from half-hour visits once a day to multiple visits daily, or even live-in care. All customers receive free access to a family app, providing live, up-to-date information on care plans and visit tracking.
Their pricing structure is simple and consistent. Whether you choose a half-hour or one-hour rate, prices remain the same 365 days a year. There are no hidden costs, no extra charges for evenings, weekends, or bank holidays, including Christmas Day. Carers are still paid extra during these times, but customers are not charged more. Acacia Homecare also does not charge for mileage.
At Acacia Homecare, carers, known as Acacia Angels, understand that care is about more than practical support. Getting out and about can make a big difference, whether it’s a walk in the park, a picnic, or a trip to the shops. These everyday activities can help boost confidence and reduce feelings of isolation.

I have found them helpful, responsive, and reliable. They are a professional, approachable company and have done their best to take on my dad at the times requested although are still working on meeting these. The carers are all delightful!

I thought I would just drop you a line to say, once again, a huge thank you to your frontline caregivers. As you know with the lockdown restrictions easing we took the opportunity to come and visit mum with a view to start some of the jobs. Having met three of your team we can honestly say how thankful we are for mum to be in the care of such a caring, professional team who obviously love their job. Looking at mum’s face when your ladies arrive proves that she looks forward to each visit and is keen to engage. That in itself is a huge positive from my perspective. We had a great discussion and feedback with your caregivers during our stay and we are keen to try to make their job a little easier during their visit and the tasks they need to complete. So thank you again for your team’s total commitment and flexibility in making mum’s life as easy as possible.

I absolutely delighted with the professionalism of the office staff who must be commended on their assessment of my brother's needs and have definitely gone out of their way to make it an effortless transition. They have just excelled in choosing the right careers for his needs and I deeply appreciate that. The two individuals who presently visit my brother are so well matched and have easily identified any concerns as regards my brother needs, I have found them both to be extremely supportive, helpful.

During this time we have found the company to be well-organised and efficient in all aspects of their care. The carers who visit four times daily are all very pleasant and friendly, caring and helpful. As an example, on the one or two occasions, our friend has needed urgent assistance between visits, a telephone call to the office has brought quick action.

Someone visited my mother the same day and we have been pleased ever since. Acacia have always responded to the changes in the level of care that we have needed. When problems have arisen they have been promptly dealt with. Hello all, I am Lauren and I was working with Acacia Homecare part-time on the weekends as a care worker. I then joined the Rota Planning and Administration team, helping with the rota, recruitment and social media based in the office. I was then promoted to Customer Care Lead.
