ACACIA is led very well by the business owner, Amy who sets high standards for her staffing, which reflects in good timekeeping and knowledge of carers.
The senior team, in particular, the registered manager is keen to ensure that these standards are met, and is quick to respond to situations where
things are not as they should be, and to find a resolution centred around the client's needs and wishes.
The standard of care from staff is very good, and they are generally well trained.

My experience with acacia over the last 2 years has been outstanding. From the organisational support from management through to the quality of compassionate care received, they have provided myself and my mother with an invaluable service. Their can do approach and flexibility to find tailored solutions
to care needs has meant I have been able to cope with a difficult situation by providing the care needs to allow my mother to continue living with independence. I am truly grateful to all of the team and cannot recommend acacia highly enough.

When Mum came out of hospital, she needed additional care during the night, above and beyond the discharge care package. I was grateful a friend had already recommended Acacia to me, and I had already spoken to the manager and her team, so they were my first point of call when we needed overnight
support. Even with the very short notice I gave them, everyone at Acacia was exceptionally professional and caring. It was so reassuring to know Mum was being looked after - she was able to sleep soundly knowing someone was there to help her when she needed it; this, in turn, made us sleep soundly too! Thank you Acacia!

Acacia have been fantastic!, it is such a relief to not have to worry about my mums care. The two ladies have been wonderful providing Mum's live in care. My mum is very happy and very well looked after. Would highly recommend!

Everyone who has helped our dad with the care he needs, has done so with genuine compassion and care. When we call the office, nothing is too much trouble and they sort out whatever we need very quickly. All of the other carers have been wonderful and our dad has really enjoyed their company. We even
needed 24 hour live in care are one point, and the carer who did this went above and beyond. We will always be very grateful to her. It's a really great company and I'm so pleased we found them to help our dad, who deserves the best care. Thank you to everyone at Acacia.

Acacia has been a tremendous help to my mother since June, when we first went down the route of care and has made what could have been a very daunting transition into 'care' very manageable, primarily for my mother, but also for my father and myself.
I couldn't be more happy with their approach to
care, their app which keeps me up to date and their review process.

Annoying that the carers cannot help me to my feet if I fall.
Annyong that I have little control over exactly which carers turn up.

Good service and lovely carers. The only problem couldn't always keep to time within 15 minutes. It would have helped for me to have a phone call, instead of me ringing the office. I realise some calls take longer.

My husband has been receiving care from this company for nearly six years. They are a very caring company and everyone does their best to meet our needs. Any problems are quickly dealt with, the management is very approachable. The carers do their work with patience and good humour.

Acacia Home Care have been looking after our dad who has dementia for a few weeks of June and July up to now. What an amazing group of people. Office staff are caring and efficient and are really very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The carers are some of the most lovely and caring people we have
ever met. They talk to Dad, laugh with him, make him feel so comfortable, and talk to us and help us in so many ways. We feel like so much pressure has been taken off our shoulders when they are at the house.
