It's nice to know that a carer is coming to start the day, always helpful and kind. They are needed as I can't look after my husband, due to my stroke.

Acacia has been a tremendous help to my mother since June, when we first went down the route of care and has made what could have been a very daunting transition into 'care' very manageable, primarily for my mother, but also for my father and myself.
I couldn't be more happy with their approach to
care, their app which keeps me up to date and their review process.

I have been using Acacia Homecare now for about 8 months and found them to be very good. The care is very good and I am treated with dignity. All carers are very friendly and helpful.

Annoying that the carers cannot help me to my feet if I fall.
Annyong that I have little control over exactly which carers turn up.

However, our staff will remain with you, offer comfort, and wait for emergency services to ensure you are raised safely. We understand your frustration with rotas. We aim to provide consistency with a small but familiar group, though schedules may vary. You can always check your rota in real-time through our free customer app. As a valued customer for three years, we have made efforts to go beyond our obligations, such as pre-funding your weekly shopping. We have been very impressed with the organisation within Acacia and the helpful and caring staff. The carers are friendly, listen and respect my mum's needs and always try to please her. We are glad we chose Acacia to take care of our special Mum.

Acacia staff both in the office & carers are extremely attentive and caring.
They listen and give the appropriate care on a daily basis.
The app is a very useful tool and provides information to me so that I am up to date with the care given to my mother and I am able to communicate with office staff
and carers via the app.
The carers are very thorough and observant, notifying me of any changes whether minor ones or otherwise.
I have confidence that my mother is in dedicated safe hands and this trust is of the utmost importance for my peace of mind.
Knowing that my mother is happy with the care she receives is invaluable.
I certainly would not change the company or people who look after her.
A huge thank you to Acacia for being there for us as a family at a very crucial stage in my mother's senior years of her life.

Acacia offers a very good service, helping my dad in the shower. The carers are kind and gentle with him and help him dress afterwards and take his medication.
We are satisfied with the care package which Dad receives and the situation is reviewed every few months for any problems or alterations.

So caring, nothing was too much trouble. A particular member of staff was a diamond. All very trustworthy and treated our precious mum with dignity and compassion. We were given a lot of advice and not only cared for our mum but us, her family too.

It is a scary business when you have to find care for yourself or a loved one, especially if you have no idea what to look for or what to expect. I had been given a list and left to get on with it, the first agency I phoned were most unhelpful, couldn't even answer the basic questions, the second agency
didn't even answer the phone, not impressed. It was third time lucky when I phoned Acacia Homecare, the telephone answered straight away, all my questions answered straight away and that was it, decision made. I have never regretted my decision, it's very comforting to know that someone will always be there for me, seven days a week, even Christmas Day and Bank Holidays. If you wake up feeling miserable by the time your carer has left you will have had a laugh and be ready to get on with your day. Same in the evening, if you have had a less than perfect day they will make sure that you go to bed happy, I feel very lucky.

The carers looking after my mother are doing an excellent job. Mum is extremely happy with the service. Her ladies are very reliable, always appear cheerful and pleased to see her, and try to do everything to be of assistance.

I have found them helpful, responsive, and reliable. They are a professional, approachable company and have done their best to take on my dad at the times requested although are still working on meeting these. The carers are all delightful!

I thought I would just drop you a line to say, once again, a huge thank you to your frontline caregivers. As you know with the lockdown restrictions easing we took the opportunity to come and visit mum with a view to start some of the jobs. Having met three of your team we can honestly say how thankful
we are for mum to be in the care of such a caring, professional team who obviously love their job. Looking at mum’s face when your ladies arrive proves that she looks forward to each visit and is keen to engage. That in itself is a huge positive from my perspective. We had a great discussion and feedback with your caregivers during our stay and we are keen to try to make their job a little easier during their visit and the tasks they need to complete. So thank you again for your team’s total commitment and flexibility in making mum’s life as easy as possible.

I absolutely delighted with the professionalism of the office staff who must be commended on their assessment of my brother's needs and have definitely gone out of their way to make it an effortless transition. They have just excelled in choosing the right careers for his needs and I deeply appreciate
that. The two individuals who presently visit my brother are so well matched and have easily identified any concerns as regards my brother needs, I have found them both to be extremely supportive, helpful.
