I also appreciate that this company is experienced in understanding clients’ needs and those of their relatives. What a breath of fresh air the staff are, the carers are experienced, kind, understanding and extremely patient. Dad is always spoken to with respect, good humour and he looks forward to their visits.
Acacia try to keep to the same small group of staff where possible and the rota is sent out in advance which my dad loves as he knows who to expect and when. Communication has also been great, with any queries we raise receiving a timely response, and any small issues are smoothed out quickly. We highly recommend Acacia.
