Deeside Home Care are passionate about getting it right! It was a huge wrench for me to allow strangers into my dad's life. The difference they have made to my life and his is fantastic. I have nothing but confidence in their care and support they give. Prior to the package starting, they took the time
to get to know Dad and his needs. Dad feels safe and happy in his home again!

I have several different carers provided by this company who come every morning. They're all very friendly and helpful, and I feel they go over and above the minimum that is required. They are always ready to help either in giving care or assisting with jobs around the house.

My father has recently spent some time in hospital but was unable to return home without carers. His social worker put us in touch with the Deeside Homecare team, and we couldn't be happier. All the staff are extremely supportive, thoughtful and helpful and have given him back his confidence. I cannot
praise the team enough. Without them, he would most certainly have ended up in a home away from my mother.

Deeside home care have been fantastic with my nana - she has some memory impairment and the girls are very supportive with this. They will sit and compassionately listen to my nana's stories at each visit and I generally feel they enjoy their time with her. They will assist with any issues and if any
concerns have been noted this will get escalated immediately and relayed back to the family. The staff and management have ensured my nana's environment is safe at every visit and any risks that have been identified will either be dealt with at the time or escalated to the family.


Documentation has been thorough and clear; with the relevant information accurately displayed in a clear and structured way. All visits are within the time agreed and staff are staying for the full allocated time, we have had no issues with missed or late visits. We are very happy with the overall care that my nana has received and i would not hesitate to recommend their service.

My mother is at the stage where additional help and support is required, and after she had a spell in hospital, she was assigned a care package with Deeside Home Care and four visits a day. I am so impressed with this company, and especially the staff, the Care Coordinator rang me the day my mum came
out of hospital and explained how the care team would help and support my mum and they have all been fantastic with her. She contacts me immediately if there is a problem and has helped us adjust and organise ourselves to this new normal. A great help and support, don't know how we would have coped without them.

Very nice first experience with a personal visit from two senior members of staff. I felt we could fully exchange ideas on how best to manage my mother's care plan. All interactions are covered in a very comprehensive care plan. This was commented on very favourably by the local council Occupational
Therapist. The folder also contained details of care visits so it is easy to see progress. All in all very pleased they make you feel part of the process and are always ready to listen to feedback.

I am writing this as my dad's daughter, both of us were concerned about involving care providers, however after contacting social services with regard to getting help with caring for my dad, and being introduced to Deeside Home Care, we both felt more at ease.
Dad is becoming frail due to his age
and ongoing health issues, the care team listened to our needs in relation to the support we required, whilst being very professional in getting as much information about my dad his past life history, his likes and dislikes in such a friendly and supportive manner, I could see that my dad was warming to the whole idea and so was I.
Now that nearly a month has passed since they started entering my home to support Dad's needs, they have become friendly faces extremely caring towards my dad and it's lovely to hear them chatting to him and laughing with him.
I would have no problem recommending them to anyone I know who requires support for a family member.

All of the care team staff that have been assigned to Mum as part of her 4 x daily care package have been excellent.
They are all very friendly, approachable and patient with Mum.
When they first arrive, they always see to Mum's personal care and have a bit of a chat with her and any family members
who may be present and then proceed with her meal provision and then any other things that may need to be sorted.
The carers vary in age but it's obvious that they all take their care roles seriously and tending to Mum's needs during each care visit is paramount.
The company has a really robust care team and management team structure in place and the interaction with the family members and Mum from when she first returned home and subsequently since then has been excellent and very professional.
We as a family feel that Mum is being well looked after and this is due to the efforts of both the team carers and the management team combined.

We are really pleased with the care that Grandma has been receiving. She is being very well looked after. All the staff are really friendly and make sure Grandma feels comfortable when with her. As a family, we are extremely happy and appreciative of everyone involved in Grandma's care.

Deeside Home Care were 1 of 3 private providers of care whom I approached for care for my Dad who has dementia, so I did my research as I was obviously anxious about the situation. The introduction to the team was incredibly professional and wonderfully friendly and it felt like for the first time in
a long time I had some help and support. The team were extremely caring with my Dad and was always able to provide solutions to any problems that occurred when I couldn't. I can't thank Deeside Home Care enough and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking into care for someone. Thank you so much to all of the team.

Deeside Homecare has been amazing with my mum. They have been fabulous with her needs. She loves to see them as she doesn’t leave the house very often.
Their communication is great and are always in contact when needed.

Our experience with Deeside Home Care Ltd has been very positive to date, from the very start the carers have been kind, respectful and very caring towards our friend who is 100 years of age and has lived independently in her own home, the carers took the time to find out our friends routine and fitted
her care plan around her needs, they keep a daily detailed diary of each visit and keep us updated via text, we can’t thank them enough for giving us the peace of mind that we so needed. We would certainly recommend them.

Service has been very good. Always on time. Always ask how I am feeling. They are never in a rush to get the job done quickly and always ask if I need anything before they leave. Also, it is good that it is usually a different carer each day. They are all very professional but friendly as well.

They have kept me informed on everything relating to my friend/neighbour, and the carers are absolutely wonderful and do such a fantastic job of looking after her.
