Carers are very helpful and polite. I think they do a great job. They do whatever I want them to and nothing is too much trouble.

We are really pleased with the care that Grandma has been receiving. She is being very well looked after. All the staff are really friendly and make sure Grandma feels comfortable when with her. As a family, we are extremely happy and appreciative of everyone involved in Grandma's care.

Deeside Home Care were 1 of 3 private providers of care whom I approached for care for my Dad who has dementia, so I did my research as I was obviously anxious about the situation. The introduction to the team was incredibly professional and wonderfully friendly and it felt like for the first time in a long time I had some help and support. The team were extremely caring with my Dad and was always able to provide solutions to any problems that occurred when I couldn't. I can't thank Deeside Home Care enough and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking into care for someone. Thank you so much to all of the team.

Our experience with Deeside Home Care Ltd has been very positive to date, from the very start the carers have been kind, respectful and very caring towards our friend who is 100 years of age and has lived independently in her own home, the carers took the time to find out our friends routine and fitted her care plan around her needs, they keep a daily detailed diary of each visit and keep us updated via text, we can’t thank them enough for giving us the peace of mind that we so needed. We would certainly recommend them.

Service has been very good. Always on time. Always ask how I am feeling. They are never in a rush to get the job done quickly and always ask if I need anything before they leave. Also, it is good that it is usually a different carer each day. They are all very professional but friendly as well.

Excellent service through our great communication both ways and staff are fantastic. If we leave a message for carers it is acted upon promptly and any queries are resolved quickly. Professional service at all times and listen positively to our concerns if any raised.

Without the wonderful support from these carers, my husband would not be able to be at home. He has serious health issues. He loves to be at home where he is happy and secure. The carers who come to our home four times a day are very well trained. They are polite, pleasant and very supportive of me. They also bring a little bit of sunshine into our lives!

My mother has been receiving daily visits from the carers for some time now and it has made a great difference to her. Each carer is so loving and personable, it's a real blessing. I could not recommend them highly enough. I have been living with my mum for 15 months now and as she declines in health I see her face light up when she sees her friends arrive. They will be an essential part of Mum's life going forward and I appreciate how they share everything with me and ask my opinion of different issues as they arise. The organisation is run extremely well right from the top, management are quick to react if Mum is sleeping and doesn't need a visit and that makes a big difference for me. They are real professionals and I would commend them to anyone.

Absolutely appalling standard of care. The care plan was never followed. Unprofessional and made my nanna feel like a burden, even though they were being paid for their services. Did not encourage medications or treatment plans to be followed no matter how much my family and their office stressed the importance. As a nurse myself I would not only never recommend this care team, but would vehemently discourage anyone from hiring them for their family and loved ones.

My mum has been having care for twelve months and is very happy and contented, all carers are kind and always helpful. Well done to you all.

My mother has been using your services for over a year and we are very pleased with the pleasant and reliable staff who visit her daily. I don't live near to my mum and knowing she has care daily provides peace of mind to the family. My mum looks forward to her care staff's visits and they keep me updated with anything I may need to know.

Since my mum has been having the care company, that she has now, she is a changed woman. The past companies she always seemed unhappy. Now she is always happy I think it definitely depends on the carers, they are excellent.
