Since your carers' first visit in May last year to assist my son at bedtime, a great weight has been lifted off my shoulders. My son has muscular dystrophy and is confined to his wheelchair or easy chair - to transfer means using a hoist which I, an 86-year-old woman, was struggling to do! Our daytime carers were unable to provide the bedtime care my son required. Our present carer is willing to help in any way needed.
Your carers are all brilliant, they have become more than carers and I like to think of them as my friends. I would have been lost without them. Thank you for a wonderful service.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us feedback.
We have a core of excellent regular carers who have established a good rapport with my husband, who has Alzheimer's and can be very difficult. The level of care is very good and the company management makes every effort to provide carers that are familiar and understand his needs and are understanding of his condition. I can highly recommend Angel Home Care.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this amazing review.
I cannot speak highly enough about both the staff and manager of Angel Home Care. Nan was treated with care and compassion as well as with dignity. Nan's care and medication needs changed a number of times and nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Angel to others. Thank you to you all.
The manager and her team are superb, since contracting their services we have experienced the highest standards of personal care for my brother (the actual client). A massive benefit is minor changes in condition are observed by the operative and reported to us, this benefit is primarily due to having continuity of care with the same individual as the main personal carer and in his absence a regular replacement. I have found the manager extremely flexible and adaptable in her approach when we have reason to contact her or a member of her office team. We have been with Angel Homecare Service for a number of years now and they have never failed to attend the daily morning appointment we have booked even during the COVID pandemic. We've required the services of a PA for my brother for nearly 10 years and prior to Angel Home Care Service, we had a number of agencies that were not satisfactory. The manager runs an excellent company that I would not hesitate to recommend to others.
Thank you so much for your valued feedback. We really appreciate it.
Overall all carers are compassionate and very caring for the welfare of my mother. Management are very good with communication and flexibility.
My experience with Angel Home Care has been positive. The staff have been fantastic. I cannot fault how kind and caring the staff have been, toward my father. From day one the carers have shown sensitivity towards me and my family. I would recommend Angel Home Care to anyone who needed care for family members.
We’re so happy to hear from you! Thank you for your valuable feedback.
All female staff and 99% Asian. At first I was concerned about the language barrier but after getting to know them my concerns vanished. They are all caring and show kindness and consideration. They also take pride in doing this job.
When I was hospitalised (several times over 2021) I was discharged on the latest occasion with an excellent care package and introduced to Angels. They restored some of my confidence and my wife and visitors have noticed a tremendous change for the better in my appearance and self-esteem. There is courtesy, decorum, and even gentle humour in the visit, and my personal needs are carried out very well. My wife even got me a haircut because I am now, thanks to Angels, presentable.
Angel Home Care Service Private Ltd have been visiting my mother, who has dementia and other health problems, for over 2 years. All the carers are wonderful with her, despite the fact she can be quite difficult and demanding. Nothing is too much trouble, and as I live some distance from my mother, the owner is always available to provide a quick response to any out-of-the-normal situations that arise. They provide as much support to me as they do my mother, and it is a great relief to know that the owner and her team are there when I need them. I would recommend them to anyone who asks and have nothing but praise for their service.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review - we really appreciate your feedback and are delighted that you are happy with the care provided by our team.
Mum has been using the services of Angel Home Care for about 4 years. She has had consistent personal care from her small group of carers throughout that time. Her carers are flexible to her needs, they are experienced and knowledgeable. Mentally alert but physically frail, mum has continued to be able to live in her own home.
Thank you so much for your positive and valued feedback.
Excellent care service. Friendly, very efficient and professional. I have been cared for, for 6 months, never had a problem, always asked if I am ok when they arrive. They ask me if I need anything first then well prepare what I need. Make sure that I am ok before leaving. Very good service. I have nothing to worry about.
Thank you so much for your positive feedback about the service.
Care is freely given and the carers are a lifeline for Mum.
They really show an interest in her well being and show positivity towards her.
Angel Home Care have looked after my brother for the past 5 years and I am very happy with all they have done for him. My brother has complex needs and his carers have done everything they can to look after him in a caring and professional manner. I am happy knowing that my brother is so well looked after.
Thank you so much for your kind words, Mark. We really appreciate you taking the time out to share your experience with us.
Carers are very reliable, kind, efficient and helpful.
Thank you very much for your valued and positive feedback.
We have always had a professional service. All the carers we've had have been polite, well-mannered and proficient in their tasks completed. They look after my mother expertly and are patient with her and considerate with her. All-round it is a top-class service.
Very good. I am kept happy on our get togethers.
Thank you so much for your valued feedback.
Mixed experience of individual carers; some very proactive and use initiative to complete tasks without being asked e.g. Fold dry laundry, others wait to be asked and may just talk to me for scheduled time once my basic needs met. Had a carer turn up very poorly not aware of infection risk.
Excellent.
We are satisfied with the carers we get but the one fact we haven't been pleased with is the bed doesn't get made as I would like to lie on. I think that more care should be taken in making the bed to make it more comfy. The carers takes note of the welfare of his patient and reports when he isn't feeling too well which is a good thing. I usually do something about it.
