My husband has been severely affected by the symptoms of multiple sclerosis and we have had the assistance from the staff at Angel Home Care for almost 2 years. He can do very little for himself now, so the carer helps me in the morning with washing, dressing, getting him out of bed and toileting and putting him in his chair for the day. Over the past two years, he has only had a few carers because there is not a high turnover of staff, which is good for my husband and myself. They are very reliable and extremely helpful when we have any problems. We couldn't recommend them more highly.
Angel Home Care have proven to be reliable and honest. They have kept me informed on changes to carers extending my father. Recently they have added extra support at a moment's notice and been sensitive about my feelings and health. They are always supportive and proactive. This is a true and honest account of my experience with Angel Home Care. Thank you.
Good - excellent.
Thank you.
Angel Home Care has provided a good, reliable and caring service for my Dad. All his carers have been patient and understanding of his specific needs, desire for independence and dignity. I am able to communicate well with the agency who have been responsive to my wishes and any changes to the schedule that I had to make. I have been very happy with Angel Home Care and their support - it has taken a great weight off my shoulders.
Thank you very much for your positive feedback.
I feel that I get friendly care. They couldn't really do any better.
Thank you so much for the review.
On balance, the agency has been satisfactory and reliable. Staffing ratio is difficult but the agency have always turned up even if later than planned. They have been respectful and obliging and have done their best to provide a satisfactory service on a difficult caseload.
Thanks for your feedback.
As a family, we are very pleased with the support my Grandmother received from Angel Care. They are a reliable, flexible and caring service, the carer was very attentive to my grandmother's needs and the manager of the company came out to visit my grandmother at home to ensure that her care needs were identified and the appropriate care provided. Thank you again Angel Care, I would strongly recommend the service.
Thanks for your feedback Lisa.
