Angel Home Care has provided a good, reliable and caring service for my Dad. All his carers have been patient and understanding of his specific needs, desire for independence and dignity. I am able to communicate well with the agency who have been responsive to my wishes and any changes to the schedule
that I had to make. I have been very happy with Angel Home Care and their support - it has taken a great weight off my shoulders.

On balance, the agency has been satisfactory and reliable. Staffing ratio is difficult but the agency have always turned up even if later than planned. They have been respectful and obliging and have done their best to provide a satisfactory service on a difficult caseload.

As a family, we are very pleased with the support my Grandmother received from Angel Care. They are a reliable, flexible and caring service, the carer was very attentive to my grandmother's needs and the manager of the company came out to visit my grandmother at home to ensure that her care needs were
identified and the appropriate care provided. Thank you again Angel Care, I would strongly recommend the service.
