The whole experience was excellent. The carers who came out to me were very good and we had a good laugh too and came on time. They also offered to do my shopping as well. The management was efficient. Care and support likewise. I was treated with dignity and not patronised. Value for money was excellent. I would highly recommend your services.
Thank you for your kind words! We're glad you felt supported by both management and the care team.
Carers have been caring for Dad over the past few months and he is getting on great with them. Dad had problems remembering his medication and this has now been solved and has had a noticeable effect on his health. They are providing some basic meal preparation which is going down well.
Thank you! We're happy our carers have made a positive impact. We appreciate the review and kind feedback.
I was so relieved to come back to Bluebird Care, I knew the care I'd receive would be safe, compassionate and kind. Actually, both carers and office staff are caring, kind and compassionate. I really value the carers I have, they are so willing to help and they enable me to stay in my home. My sincere thanks to them all.
Thank you so much for your kind review, it is lovely to have you back and nice to hear how the carers make staying at home easier for you.
We have recently started care for my mother, who is a very anxious, nervous, and shy lady. All the carers have been exceptionally kind, caring, and cheerful, as well as very efficient. It is still taking time for Mum to get used to having carers, but she likes them all and appreciates their help. We are very impressed with how kind and caring they have all been.
Good morning , thank you for your kind review. It is always nice to have feedback to pass back to our carers, who I know are enjoying supporting your mother on a daily basis.
My sister needs a lot of support and we rely heavily on Bluebird for this. Would definitely recommend Bluebird to any clients thinking of getting extra help!
Thank you for sharing such a wonderful recommendation-it's great to hear how Bluebird Care is making a positive difference for your sister!
I have been very impressed with Bluebird Care since my first contact; professional, prompt and efficient. I have been particularly pleased with the weekly care my relative has received. His carer has been reliable, caring and very flexible which was just what was needed. It has made such a difference to my relative allowing him to continue to live safely at home whilst maintaining a level of independence. He enjoys his support visits and speaks very warmly of his carer. Thank you to all at Bluebird Care; it has given us all peace of mind.
Thank you for your kind words! We're thrilled that our care has made a positive difference for your relative and brought you peace of mind. We'll pass on your appreciation to his carers.
My experience with Bluebird has always been excellent. The carers are friendly and good company. They do their job with care and patients and the company makes sure that all clients are treated with care.
Thank you for your kind words! We're delighted you have such a positive experience with Bluebird Care.
All carers are proffessional, kind, and sociable and all do an excellent job. Everyone is supportive on my down days and is very understanding. 1st class support.
Thank you for the lovely review! We're glad our carer experts cheer you up on down days and provide outstanding support.
I am cared for with the best possible procedures and with invariable respect. I have complete confidence in the way I am treated by all Bluebird staff.
Thank you very much for the lovely review. It is a pleasure to support you with one of our fantastic live in carers, we all know how much she enjoys supporting you.
I feel Bluebird Care has gone over and above what we expected in every regard. They have been so accommodating and caring and I believe the team truly do want what is best for their clients, first and foremost.
I have no hesitation in recommending them most highly.
Thank you for the lovely review. We pride ourselves in the support we provide to our customers, even during out-of-hour times. It has been a pleasure to support you all throughout this process.
After having an operation I needed help to build up my mobility again. I needed the carers' roles to change as my mobility and confidence increased. All the carers that came were very supportive and encouraged me to do the different tasks. They were all very good company and I enjoyed their visits socially as well. Whenever there was a query about anything, the office staff responded quickly and efficiently. I thank you all for helping me on the road to recovery.
Good afternoon, thank you for the kind review, it was a pleasure to support you following your operation and get you back on the road to recovery!
I could not recommend the team at Bluebird more highly. They provided such an all round caring and efficient service for my mother. I called from hospital to arrange care for her and they responded and organised everything within 24 hours. They were incredibly flexible to our changing needs from once a day visits 2 of their team coming 4 times a day. On behalf of my whole family, I would like to thank them.
Hi Jon, thank you so much for your review, it is very helpful for our prospective customers to be able to see information about our services from the people who have benefited from them. It was a pleasure to meet you all and to care for your mother, enabling her to stay at home with her family. We wish you all well for the future, Director.
I can't thank the Bluebird team enough for the support they give my father to allow him to remain in his own home and the reassurance they give me, via regular emails, phone calls, as well as the daily visit reports via the app. Bluebird Care have provided my father with both live-in respite care and daily visits to provide companionship, a daily home-cooked meal and light household duties, which have made such a difference to his day and improved the quality of his life. The team are highly professional and caring and recently went beyond the call of duty, when my father tested positive for COVID-19, and the carer remained with him until he was reviewed by an ambulance crew and I was able to collect him. I would not hesitate to recommend Bluebird Care Bicester, Cherwell and North Bucks.
Thank you so much for your review, it is a pleasure to support your father on a daily basis. We appreciate you taking time out of your busy schedule to complete a review as it helps new customers to hear about the support we offer and our ways of working which can be invaluable when looking for a care provider.
I am next of kin for my 91 year old uncle who lives 100 miles away so it is difficult for me to respond quickly to crises. One of his Bluebird carers noticed recently that he was quite unwell and called for an ambulance. Because of delays, the Customer Care Support Officer went to stay with my uncle until the ambulance arrived, a few hours later. All the Bluebird team are dedicated, friendly, approachable and go over and beyond expectations. It gives me great comfort to know that my uncle is in such safe hands. My uncle likes all his carers very much too!
Thank you for the kind review. We are responsive in emergency situations and always put our clients first especially when no family members are close.
The best company I have ever had. Staff are always polite, friendly, and trained. Always on time and ring if they're going to be late.
Thank you, it is always lovely to hear such nice comments.
Outstanding service given by Bluebird care to myself. Bluebird Care provide first-class carers and I cannot fault the service that Bluebird Care gives. I shall be staying with Bluebird for as long as I am alive.
From my initial conversations with the customer care support officer and customer liaison manager in July 2022, to my two absolutely fantastic carers, I honestly and truly feel privileged to be supported by such passionate and committed individuals!
Highly recommended.
It is wonderful to receive such positive feedback, thank you.
From the first initial conversations, during a busy Christmas period, BlueBird Care made me feel like we were going to be in good hands. They answered all my questions and concerns and were very professional all the way through. The initial assessment was thorough to ensure the right care was put in place. Every person that came to care for my grandmother was considerate, friendly and supportive. They were reassuring and encouraging. It impressed me how punctual they were too. They were happy to adapt to my grandmother's needs. The app was a great resource as I had peace of mind when at work knowing that my grandmother had been seen and how the visit went. I would highly recommend this amazing team.
I will pass on your kind remarks to our team, they really appreciate knowing how they have made a difference to our customers lives.
Right from the outset you could tell the quality of the organisation and I felt reassured that the care that mum would be receiving would be perfect for her needs. Within the first week, mum was delighted with her carers and remarked how lovely they were and what a difference it makes. It's early days for us, but I'm glad we acted on the recommendation we received from a friend, certainly seems to have been a great choice.
It is wonderful to see this review and it confirms our confidence that we are stand out from other care companies in the level of support and care we provide.
All staff have been friendly, punctual, patient, kind and efficient. They seem well trained and understand our special needs son and his needs very well. We would recommend Bluebird Bicester and hope to extend our own use of their service.
Thank you for your kind review, carers report it is rewarding supporting your son. We appreciate your review, which will be passed on to the staff.

The decision to move into provision of care came about after a family member became more dependant and requires significant care.
'Without my grandmother, the idea of a service which emulates what you would expect for your family would never have come into fruition and the idea of running a care service, let alone an' Outstanding' one, would never have occurred to us' says Suzzanne.
The care offered in a pm e cases was not of a good standard and this lead to a partnership with Bluebird Care who we feel hold the same standards and core beliefs surrounding care provision as ourselves.
John brings to Bluebird Care a wealth of business experience having spent the last 25 years in the IT industry working for and with a large number of global companies providing business and sales solutions for a wide range of customers. John provides business operational skills to the Bluebird Care Cherwell team.
Suzanne comes from a financial background working within some of the major financial institutions before having a career break to establish a family unit. She has also worked within the community as a volunteer worker and really understands the difference good quality care in familiar surroundings can have on the individual concerned.

When I was 14 years old, I realised I wanted to build a career helping others, inspired by my own personal experiences. This passion led me to study Social Work, and I graduated with a Bachelor's Honours Degree in Social Care while living in Hungary. My first role was as a Hotel Receptionist, where I developed strong customer service skills and discovered a passion for learning languages. I currently speak four languages and am learning my fifth. Two years later, I moved to England to work as a Health Care Assistant in a nursing home. Although it was a big change, I quickly discovered how much I loved working in care. After two years, I was promoted to Senior Health Care Assistant, where I supported customers, led the care team and delivered staff training. After nearly four years, I wanted a new challenge and began working with children with disabilities, something I continue to do in my own time. In 2023, I joined Bluebird Care and discovered how rewarding domiciliary care can be. Supporting customers to remain independent in their own homes has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. I started as a Care Supervisor, and since then I have progressed into the role of Care Manager, where I now have the privilege of supporting both our customers and our fantastic care team. I am passionate about continuous learning and believe there is always something new to discover. I enjoy developing my own knowledge while supporting others to grow, ensuring we continue to provide the highest standard of care to our customers.

I moved to France from Italy in 2014 and then to the UK in 2015, driven by my passion for learning new languages and experiencing different cultures. I am now trilingual and continue to learn Spanish as my fourth language. From a young age, I have always enjoyed helping others and being involved in my community. I have a background in hospitality and completed my diploma in Hospitality while living in France, which gave me the opportunity to travel across Europe and gain valuable life and professional experiences. After working in hospitality, I wanted to make a more meaningful difference in people’s lives, which led me to join Bluebird Care as a Care Assistant. In just over a year, I progressed to Field Support Supervisor, where I supported and mentored care assistants, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential. I have continued to grow within Bluebird Care and have now progressed into the role of Care Coordinator. I enjoy supporting both our customers and care team, ensuring that care is delivered safely, consistently and to the highest standard. I look forward to continuing my journey with Bluebird Care and making a positive impact on the lives of the people we support.

My name is Marko, and my first experience in care was when I volunteered one summer at a Red Cross Day centre. I absolutely loved my time there and the company of the people who attended the centre. I then studied Pharmacology at Portsmouth University to further my education and now hold a degree in Pharmacology. Once I completed University, I found employment in a customer-facing role where I stayed for 6 years, as I really enjoy meeting new people and that human connection. When COVID hit and we went into lockdown, I was placed on furlough. This gave me time to reflect and made me realise that I wanted to do something more with my life and really help people, which was why I made the decision to go into care, and I have never looked back. After researching local companies, I first joined a small company to gain valuable experience, and then once the opportunity at Bluebird Care presented itself was an easy decision for me. Having personally known John and Suzanne through being a friend of their son for many years, I knew how dedicated they were to helping people in their local community. From the first day that I came in to meet the team at my interview, there was a great energy within the team and a sense of unity that I knew I wanted to be a part of.

My name is Megan, and I grew up watching my mum thrive in the care sector, which has always been a significant source of inspiration for me. When my Gramp was diagnosed with Cancer, I witnessed the profound impact that Katherine House Hospice had on him, which further fuelled my passion to pursue an opportunity where I could care for people in the local community. Since beginning my career within Health and Social Care, I have worked for another Care agency, but was keen to find a company that aligned with my own values and career goals. After joining Bluebird, my outlook on the care industry was completely transformed. It ignited a spark in me. I find tremendous fulfilment and passion in providing care and support. I started my career as a Care Assistant, quickly progressing to a Senior Care Assistant and then onto my current role as a Field Support Supervisor. This role allows me to support our Care Assistants in all aspects of their roles, helping them grow and develop their skills to become exceptional Care Assistants.
The care industry can be tough, which is why I strive to provide the best possible support for all our Care Assistants to ensure they feel confident and competent in going out and excelling in their roles. Bluebird Care has played a vital role in growing my career. The best decision I made was joining such a hardworking and dedicated team. Care is truly at the heart of what we do.

My name is Joanna, and I have worked within the care industry since I was 18 years old. I first started out as a domestic cleaner in a care home. I found myself spending more time supporting the residents and offering to help. I ended up being offered a shadow shift as a care assistant. It was never a job I saw myself doing as a teen, but since that day, I haven’t looked back and love the job. It’s been amazing hearing about people’s life stories and experiences. I have learnt more about war history from residents and customers than I ever did at school. As I didn’t really enjoy school, I found it easy to expand my qualifications within the job role, as it was learning about something I enjoyed doing and coming to work never felt like work. Once I got married and started a family of my own, my husband’s job meant we travelled a lot, and with this, I gained more experience and training from many different care organisations.
Once we settled in Bicester, I started off working for Bluebird Care back in 2018 and loved their training program, nothing like I had ever received before. As we covered a big area, at the time, it was a great way to get to know the area we had just moved to. Unfortunately, COVID hit, and I felt the need to be home with my family. After taking some time out but still working on my knowledge, training and qualifications while working elsewhere in care, I made the move to return. I love being back, and I’m pleased to be returning as Care Supervisor so I can share everything I know with the forever-growing Bluebird Care team.

I started my career in a residential care home, and I then moved into a domiciliary role to support customers in the community. I then had children, and in 2021, I had a change of career and wanted to widen my knowledge of administration, so I worked for the courts. I always take the time to help others in need and have a strong passion for care. Due to my extensive experience in administration, I have developed and built on in previous roles. I decided to join Bluebird Care as an Office Administrator, and I was keen to continue to support others. I am a strong team player, self-motivated and enjoy the opportunity to learn more.

My career in health and social care started when I was 20 years old, and from the very beginning, I knew I had found something I was passionate about. I’ve always wanted to know I make a difference in someone’s life, and seeing the way we benefit our customers gives me exactly that. I first worked for Bluebird Care before deciding to widen my knowledge and experience within the care industry. During that time, I developed my skills, gained valuable experience, and strengthened my passion for supporting others.
Returning to Bluebird Care as a Trainer felt like coming home. I’m passionate about supporting and developing our care teams so they can provide the highest standard of care to our customers. The care industry can be tough and emotional at times, but with a team like ours behind you, it makes it so fulfilling, and I’m so proud and happy to be part of such a wonderful and supportive team. One of the things I love most about working in care is the connection we build with our customers every day. Being able to make a positive difference in someone’s life, while helping them remain comfortable and independent in their own home, is the most rewarding part of what we do.
