The people from Home Instead are always courteous, friendly and extremely efficient in dealing with any problems or issues and this occasion was no exception.
I am very happy with the service - pleasant and efficient. Thank you.
My mother has been receiving 24-hour care from Home Instead for 2 years now (she has advanced Alzheimer's). We have found the care givers to be patient, friendly and kind. They have an understanding of dementia and try to provide mental stimulation where possible. My mother has other health issues, which the carers need to monitor and they are proactive in highlighting any potential concerns. One carer recently spotted a DVT which required my mother to be admitted to hospital for treatment. We feel that she is getting the best care available with Home Instead.
I am completely happy with the care-giving.
The care staff are lovely.
I have a carer come to my home twice a week to help me maintain independent living as well as possible. My carer is warm and friendly and helps me set up for the rest of the day as she can get so many things done much faster than me.
Very satisfied - everyone most helpful.
My mother is really happy with both her caregivers and feels that they are the perfect match. Knowing this helps me to feel more relaxed about the times when I can't get to see her.
The willing, friendly relationship which my carer has created has been a real encouragement to me.
!I am not alone".
Best home care in Barnsley.
Very good service and helpful.
I enjoy the company of the caregivers and they are very friendly and helpful.
This is essential for us in the care we need for mum.
All is good.
As a first time user of care services at home, we were unsure of our reaction to this new experience. However, from when the care manager initially visited until the present time, we have felt confident that our expectations would and have been more than met, with reliability, friendliness, professionalism and caring attitudes from all staff with whom we have come into contact.
All together we have had a good experience with Home Instead Senior Care.
A first rate service!
The care staff are good very pleasant. I have them every morning. Could not be better really.
My mother-in-law is pleased with her care giver and she gets along well with her and enjoys her company.
I'm very satisfied with the work and attention given from staff at Home Instead Senior Care. I would recommend the firm willingly.

To them, it truly is personal. Alzheimer’s disease is something that has affected both of their families, and they believe that had there been a service to provide home care, their loved ones would have lived longer and happier lives.
