My mother and father were attended by Home Instead in Kings Lynn for a couple of years with increasing support during this time. When father passed away earlier this year, the caregivers not only helped the whole family during a difficult period but enabled mum to continue living at home independently and with dignity. We are pleased to say that all the caregivers and management support we dealt with became friends and had a positive impact on all the family with the comfort of knowing mum was supported and well looked after.
When looking for carers for mother, we initially chose Home Instead Senior Care (West Norfolk) from their advertisement, particularly liking the minimum one hour care. From the first meeting with management and carers, we were really impressed and had no hesitation in engaging Home Instead Senior Care (West Norfolk). A huge advantage was that mum was able to keep her two main carers and therefore build up a trusting and affectionate relationship. This then extended to the whole family and we would have no hesitation in recommending Home Instead Senior Care (West Norfolk) to anyone.
First class service. Carers are friendly and patient and always willing to help with any task large or small. They are obviously trained well to be able to look after disabled clients. In a fairly short time, they have been friends of the family. The management is very efficient and reacts well with sudden staff shortages so that we are never let down.
Excellent company with fabulous employees. Standard of care is wonderful. My mother is very happy and the carers are genuinely good souls with her interests at heart.
We have an excellent team of carers who always go the extra mile. Caring, professional and friendly a fab team. Thanks.
The team at Home Instead Senior Care (West Norfolk) offer a first class service which integrates excellent care provision with an efficient administrative function that offers an overall service that is both easy to use and effective. There is a commitment to teamwork which is evident in how the staff work together and the feedback given to clients. The carers are really nice people and a great deal of effort goes into matching the appropriate carer with the client's specific requirement. This is a testimony to management's commitment to put client's needs at the centre of the business and a commitment to delivering the highest quality of care through the recruitment of first-rate individuals as carers. This is overall an impressive service for which I have been grateful.
