Over all time Watra Care Birmingham has 2 reviews.
The staff are friendly and if I have any issue or query the management deal with it very quickly. The price of the care package is affordable. Most of the time we are given the same carers which is a good thing as it can be reassuring for my mum to see familiar faces plus they get to know my mum's needs.
Watra Care have exceptional carers who are caring, considerate and professional. We have used Watra Care now for about 3 years. They offer great service and we are grateful for their help with my Mum.
