The girls are all very nice and very caring. They all treat my mum kindly.
My father is 94 and an owner on the Mote House estate. We live away and are reliant on the care team to look after him. Without exception, our experience has been very positive. Dad thinks the world of his care team who are endlessly patient and sympathetic to his needs. Living remotely I rely on the office staff for communication and they are always professional and helpful.
I simply cannot fault the service offered by all at Audley Care. My mother is becoming increasingly demanding with deteriorating mental health. The support not just to her but myself is certainly over and above what I ever expected to have. From the carers themselves to the Care Managers everyone is so considerate and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone.
Very helpful, willing to help in any way. The same lady each visit, requested and adhered to, makes things go smoothly. Lovely personality, makes you feel special in spite of covid!
Care has not been in place for very long but Mum is enjoying seeing the carers of an evening and says how nice they have been to her. She said that they smile and chat with her whilst making sure that she is OK.
Care was very person-centred. Delivered at a time to suit us in a way that respected my husband and how he liked to be supported. Carers had age-appropriate and relevant conversation with him. He looked forward to seeing them. In times of medical emergencies, the response was fast and reassuring.
Required the presence of a carer near my bedroom and ensuite shower room for forty-five minutes while I was showering and dressing for nine days when my husband was away from home. Carers were on time, non-intrusive, pleasant, and reassuring. They were careful of my property.
All carers are very pleasant.
Lonely.
Not enough going on during the day.
Age/mobility prevents going out late in the day.
Enjoy coffee mornings.
My wife has enjoyed very good care.
All of your staff were very friendly and the care for my wife was everything we wanted. They were always on time and if they were held up would phone to let you know.
I was very impressed with the staff although I only had help for two weeks.
My husband, your service user, sadly passed away mid-April but with Audley's care team, he was able to stay at home. The team not only cared for him with the utmost respect but also with compassion. They also gave him good company, he really looked forward to their visits. We both felt they all became friends. They kept him in touch with the outside world, and he enjoyed the banter and humour. The management team too always did their best to support us to ensure he had all the visits he required, even when hospital visits disrupted the schedule.
Excellent care all round. Look forward to seeing the girls each day. Always cheerful. No complaints at all.
Your helpers were excellent.
The care my parents receive is first class. Both are treated with care and respect. The carers have a smile on their face and nothing is too much trouble.
My mother always speaks positively of her carers and looks forward to seeing them. She is pleased that the timings of visits are consistent. I am contacted immediately following any problems identified during a visit which is very reassuring.
Nearly always punctual and often do more than expected of them in their hour with us.
The office staff are helpful and friendly. Better warning of changes to the programme would help. We understand the problems of programming but the most successful periods have been with regular carers.
Our experience of four care providers puts Audley in front.
I find the carers very helpful and friendly.
They are friendly, helpful, know what they are doing and polite. Very good choice of ladies.
