I have to wear surgical stockings. Every morning a care worker comes to put them on for me. They are sealed toe stockings, not open toes. The carers attend usually between 09.15 and 09.30. They take the stockings off at between 21.15 and 21.30. They are always friendly, caring and efficient.
Service new to us but excellent so far.
I look forward to their visits.
Most carers OK. But a lot of them could do with more training for the elderly. A lot of them did not care, it was just a job. The older ones had more time and spoke to the clients.
When we are attended by the two unusual carers all is well, but if for any reason, substitutes are on duty they often arrive late and as my husbands routine is time specific I have to manage alone.

The Audley Care team have been excellent. They visit my mother three times a day to ensure meals are eaten and have also been very good at other aspects of her care, such as hospital and doctors appointments.

They all showed care and professionalism towards our Mother. One staff member, in particular, showed much kindness and patience at a difficult period in her with declining health issues. I helped my aunt to move to Audley Care Mote House in 2015 as she was beginning to need more help. As it turned out she didn't until she broke her wrist after a fall. The Audley care team have been excellent and kept her going. Well done!
