Very happy.
Thank you for your lovely review, I will forward this to my team.
I have never been let down by a non-attendance of a carer and in current months, with Covid still persisting, they have had to struggle.
Thank you for your review, I will pass this on to the team.
I have visited as a friend regularly over many years and have become well acquainted with the system of care - some carers are conscientious/willing to help, others overlooking areas of need concentrating on electric recordings of notes, not so accessible or informative as written. Rotation of different carers doesn't work, there is no continuity and information is not passed on, one following carer doesn't know what the previous has done, or what he/she needs to do! There seems to be no overall communication to caring staff.
Service is very difficult now with shortage of staff. Times and carers on rota are never the time or person that turns up in the evening.
Thank you for review and taking the time to discuss your concerns with me.
They listen when there is a problem and are very understanding.
Carers are friendly and polite and respect Mum's and our wishes.
Thank you for your amazing review. I will forward this onto the team.
The timing of visits is the only problem, but I appreciate the problem here. Most carers do carry out all my requirements, which can hold them longer than they allowed time.
Thank you for your review, I will pass it on to the team.
Office organisation/communication could be improved.
All staff are very pleasant.
Thank you for your review, I am sorry that you feel we are not doing everything right. I am happy to discuss this with you. My Team work hard to get everything right for all of our service users including going above and beyond doing things that are not within the care plan such as collecting the...
Admin leaves much to be desired particularly local management.
Thank you for your review and for speaking to me regarding your concerns which I have addressed.
Really nice people.
Thank you for your kind comments. I will pass them onto my team.
I am very well looked after. I find their company very good. They do everything I need. I rate them to be excellent.
Thank you for your fantastic review. I will forward this to my team.
Overall, I am very happy with the standards of care I receive. My problem is with timings of visits. Sometimes I have an early morning call, late lunch and early tea then late bed, for example, the other day, I was up at 07:15, lunch was 11:45, tea was 15:00 and bed was 21:10. I do appreciate that rostering is difficult, but I would prefer later tea and earlier bed. I do know that carers can get held up at previous calls.
Thank you for your review, i have spoken to my Coordinators and asked them to change the times of your care calls.
Excellent care from friendly, competent staff. On my husband's behalf, I wish to convert my thanks to all the loving, cheerful care he has received.
Thank you for your lovely review. It has been a pleasure to provide care for your husband. I will pass your compliments onto my team
Satisfied with the care I receive, but charging double for all bank holidays, I think is extortionate.
Thank you for your review and taking the time to talk to me to discuss your concerns. I will forward this onto my team.
Always visit, generally, on time. Most carers will do shopping.
Thank you for your review. I will forward this onto my team.
Level of care varies between the staff. I feel at times insecure due to lack of information of staff changes and times. Schedules are not always sent and therefore feel insecure at night when I did not know who was coming through the door.
Thank you for your review. I will pass your comments onto my team to address.
Friendly, helpful, reliable, cheerful and prompt.
Thank you for the lovely review. I will pass it onto my team.
Highly recommend. All staff, from management to carers are helpful, attentive, always ready to listen and fit into my routine. I wish to thank them from the bottom of my heart.
Thank you for you lovely feedback, everyone will be delighted to receive such positive comments in what has been a very difficult time. Many thanks again.
I am unhappy with the timing on many of the weekly rotas I receive. It would be more satisfactory if visits could be around 9 am rather than 7.30 am or, particularly, 10.30 am. It can be inconvenient.
Thank you for taking the time to submit a review, we will pass your comments to the carers and the office staff will address your concern and will be in touch.
