We are fortunate to have regular carers, who are all excellent. They try their best to accommodate my father's preferred wake-up time, which is priceless. Without having these regular carers, the service wouldn't work.

Manorcourt have been an amazing care company, they are kind, caring and always available. There have been a few little hiccups, which is to be expected, but nothing that cannot be rescued. I know when I go on home, Mum is in good hands. Some of the girls have become Mum's friends and treat her as they
would their own relative.

Fantastic experience with friendly and helpful staff. It has allowed us to spend more quality time with our grandma and ensures us she is connected to a variety of people in order to keep her social skills sharp. The Easter Party for example was a brilliant social opportunity. It would be awesome if
there was an official line of communication between us and the carers so we know what has been done each visit and so that we too can communicate relevant updates and requests. This would improve consistency for example times around appointment etc.Thank you for your continued support it has been valued beyond measure!

The care my mother receives from Manorcourt Homecare is of a very high quality. The carers are always cheerful and treat my mother with respect, prepare lovely lunches and evening meals, and support my mother in her needs. They always ensure my mother is comfortable and has everything my mother needs
