My family was very impressed at the person centred care we received and how Manorcourt was able to meet our needs at short notice.

Manorcourt have provided care for my disabled wife for over a year now. We find most of the carers are very kind and knowledgeable. We are happy for them to continue her care. Julia has 4 visits a day, and those are kept to the times given. This is a tough profession to be in with all the travelling between clients, etc. All those associated with Manorcourt must be highly recommended.

The care received has declined over the years. The carers do not provide high-quality care, and on many occasions, we've had to make calls and reports about the poor service received on simple tasks that they are here to provide. On many occasions, our family have come in and have found my nan with dirty clothes or bedding, and even faeces on her hands, not long after the carers have already been in. Not only have we experienced the above issues, but we have also experienced the carers wrongly administering her medication too. The carers have broken many belongings whilst caring for my nan, and it's taken months to get these items replaced. We understand things can go wrong, but it seems to be a regular occurrence. We've had multiple meetings to address this, yet nothing seems to change or improve.

I required care support following an operation and was quite nervous about relying on others but was quickly as ease by the friendly but professional nature of the carers and the management team. They have been able to support as much or as little as needed and have worked with me in regaining my independence as the weeks have passed.

All carers are wonderful, nothing is too much for them team leader is very supportive. we always enjoy their visits as they are always cheerful. and always take the time to just sit and talk, which is very important to us " old uns " as we see very littleof other people

The service I have received with several staff over the past 8 months, has never been less that satisfactory, and generally excellent so I have put good overall.

Manorcourt carers have been very suppportive for me, they give me time as I get really breathless on O2 therapy. I've recently had 2 x heart attacks, and carers have been very understanding. I am very happy with their care.

We've used this service for nine months now and have had no problems at all. My mum is very independent and likes to do lots of things on her own, so she isn't always keen on accepting help. The carers come and make coffee, have a chat, which she likes and will do whatever she wants, though she limits that. They do shower her as well. It helps me know she has her medication, has people to talk to, and when I'm away on holiday, she is kept safe. I'm very happy with the support. Thank you.

Simon is very friendly and always looks after Wendy very well. Patient, kind and helpful to assist her with eating.

My care from Manorcourt has been consistently excellent. The office staff are extremely approachable and have worked to understand my needs and assign carers accordingly. I have built good relationships with the carers I see regularly, who not only meet all of my immediate needs but have also shown they are invested in helping me to move forward. I value the consistency of care that Manorcourt has provided me with very highly.

Overall service is satisfactory and my father has become very fond of a few carers. when told his care plan was being moved to a different provider he became very upset. So overall my dad is happy which to us means everything.

Very good all the girls are very nice and attentive. Would just like the 33rd visit a bit later 2pm/3pm

Everything is fine except most carers don't wash their hands.

Manorcourt are excellent care providers who go above and beyond. They are always contactable and work with you to establish the best care package for you. It's relatively easy to adapt to changing circumstances. The carers are kind and knowledgeable.

Mum's main carers were amazing, going well beyond our expectations, becoming true friends to Mum and us. They were always knowledgeable, respectful, responsive and importantly joyful in undertaking their responsibilities. They worked with initiative and sensitivity. I am so grateful that we were able to access this support as a vulnerable time for us all.

I have found most of the staff to be very polite and helpful. The office staff are at the end of a telephone and resolve issues very quickly. My one to ones are very rewarding. Overall the company provide an excellent service. I would give them 9/10.

Manorcourt have been carers for my Dad for quite a long time, all of the carers are kind, efficient and friendly, and obviously really care about him. They are good at keeping in contact with us and help with dealing with other agencies such as the OT. Recently after an event that left Dad unable to stay in his house briefly, the staff really went above expectations to help sort the issue and make sure that he was safe and comfortable.

I am happy with Manor Court. They look after me very well. I like to have a laugh and joke with them.
