Manorcourt Homecare (Harlow & Loughton)

We have used Manorcourt for several years now to help Mum stay in her own home safely. She has got to know the regular carers well, many of whom live in the local area, and they generally understand how she likes things, are helpful going the extra mile for her if there is a problem. She enjoys the social interaction and chat when they arrive. It is reaasuring to have a team to keeping an extra eye on her.

I'm very satisfied with the carers they do a great job. They are friendly and hard working. They go above and beyond for me.

Manorcourt carers are friendly, caring and very professional. Happy to assist where needed. Encourage me to do things for myself where I can. Always cheerful and treat me with dignity.

Overall very pleased with service - two carers in particular are excellent. The only downside is time keeping - sometimes they arrive very late. We understand that this is sometimes unavoidable.

Mum has been in the unfortunate position to have had to use other companies when discharged from hospital. I can honestly say that Manorcourt are in a different league to the two other companies used. Having experienced other home care providers has made me appreciate the wonderful service Manor Court provides. Thank you to the whole team.

Overall levels of service and care are excellent. Communication with the office team is also very good. Very happy with the service I receive.

Manor Court are very good.

Have had a very good experience / support from all carers. Have had some minor problems, but this has been resolved well by the carers and the office. Very happy with the carers and the service.

I would like to thank two members of staff who are coordinators in the office. Manorcourt Homecare is a very good company, I receive a weekly rota to let me know what carer is coming on my calls. Office phone me if carers are going to be late. I would like to thank the Field Supervisor for changing my care plans and helping with medication issues. When I am feeling low I know I can pick up the phone and talk to staff. I am also pleased and a big thank you to a carer who has come back to work for Manorcourt Homecare who works very hard and cares for her clients. I would like to thank another carer for all the help and support you have given the organisation you have done in my home. You were a fantastic carer, who has left to become a trained nurse.

Most carers are very caring They are very understanding of my husband's dementia.

My wife has been cared for by the company for at least four years now, and I am very happy with all the care and dignity the carers have shown. I would recommend this company to anybody. All the carers are friendly and professional in their work. If there are any problems a quick phone call to the office and it's sorted out.

Good communication, service and great service.

My mother and family are very happy with the care being provided. Carers are courteous and professional. They always let us know if there are any delays or changes to the schedule.
