My mum has had manorcourt carers for a few years now. We could not fault them. The care they have given to mum is very good and the carers alway go above and beyond. They are a very caring bunch. We are very happy we chose Manorcourt to look after mum in her own home.
Thank you for taking time to send in your review much appreciated
All carers are very good. They should be given a Gold Medal, and they should be given a pay rise

My dad receives exceptional care from this home care provider, and our family couldn't be more grateful. Every member of the team is kind, patient and genuinely committed to his wellbeing. They treat him with dignity and respect, always taking the time to chat with him and make sure he feels comfortable and supported.
The support they provide has made a huge difference to his daily life. They are reliable, attentive and consistently go above and beyond, whether it's helping with personal care, preparing meals or simply offering companionship. Their professionalism gives us complete peace of mind, and it's clear they truly care about the people they look after.
Communication has also been excellent. We're always kept informed, and any questions we have are answered quickly and thoughtfully. Knowing that my dad is in such capable hands means the world to us.
I would highly recommend this care provider for anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality support at home.
Thank you so much for your lovely review much applicated kind regards Jo Sampson
Overall levels of service and care are excellent. Communication with the office team is also very good. Very happy with the service I receive.

Manor Court are very good.
Thank you very much for your review very much appreciated
Have had a very good experience / support from all carers. Have had some minor problems, but this has been resolved well by the carers and the office. Very happy with the carers and the service.
We have had running issues of medication being messed up, wrong day given & missed altogether. Recently an issue where a carer has missed medication & not signed for it but upon their return at a later date have signed the mar-chart to cover themselves. Sometime the rota is wrong & a different carer turns up at a completely different time e.g. 2 hours early.
Also damage to our kitchen.
I would like to thank two members of staff who are coordinators in the office. Manorcourt Homecare is a very good company, I receive a weekly rota to let me know what carer is coming on my calls. Office phone me if carers are going to be late. I would like to thank the Field Supervisor for changing my care plans and helping with medication issues. When I am feeling low I know I can pick up the phone and talk to staff. I am also pleased and a big thank you to a carer who has come back to work for Manorcourt Homecare who works very hard and cares for her clients. I would like to thank another carer for all the help and support you have given the organisation you have done in my home. You were a fantastic carer, who has left to become a trained nurse.
Most carers are very caring They are very understanding of my husband's dementia.
My wife has been cared for by the company for at least four years now, and I am very happy with all the care and dignity the carers have shown. I would recommend this company to anybody. All the carers are friendly and professional in their work. If there are any problems a quick phone call to the office and it's sorted out.
Good communication, service and great service.
Thank you for your kind words its a pleasure to come to you
My mother and family are very happy with the care being provided. Carers are courteous and professional. They always let us know if there are any delays or changes to the schedule.
Several, in my opinion, efficient and importantly, 'caring' carers, working in the Waltham area, which covers my aunt, have left your employment since March 2023. I believe this is due to a lack of company incentives both to progress further and monetary and low hourly pay rates. I hope you can consider these points in order to keep 'good' staff in the fixture. I also wish to say that aunt's current carer is very efficient and caring and this should be recognised.
I am very happy with the carers and the service.
Lesley, thank you for you review, you are a pleasure to look after and always remain positive through everything you go through.
I can't thank the staff and carers enough for the excellent care they have given my mum for the past 5 years, sadly, Mum is now moving to a care home but without a shadow of a doubt she has only been able to remain in her own home for as long as she has due to the fantastic care and support she has been given. My family and my mum thank you all for being totally amazing.
Thank you so much for your kind words. Your mum will be sadly missed.
My lovely dad was treated with the utmost dignity and respect from everyone who attended him. The care that was given enabled Dad to live a clean and comfortable last few years. I, in turn, enjoyed the chats from all the carers who would always inform me of any changes or medical problems, no matter how small, which was of immense help to us. The carers have helped us through some very difficult times and we were so happy that Dad did not have to go to a care home. We are always happy to recommend Manorcourt (Harlow). Thank you from all the family.
I am very happy with the care my mum receives. All the carers are extremely good with her, they are all very polite and caring and I'm really grateful for all you do for her.
When the need has risen for us to contact the management team they have always been very helpful and reassuring in manner.
Thanks to this caring team, Mum has been able to stay in her family home as she always wanted to do.
Thank you for your very kind review - I am so proud that my team is recognised for their hard work and commitment.
