Living a long distance away from Mum we are only able to visit weekly, other members of the family visit her at other times. However, we are always pleased to see Mum having been got up, washed, dressed and having been given breakfast by the care team. She always appears to be content, if somewhat sleepy when we arrive. Generally, we only encounter the lunchtime carer and occasionally the tea carer. They always appear to have a genuinely good relationship with Mum and manage her needs in a very competent and caring manner, on occasions encouraging her to do things that she doesn’t initially want to do, examples being walking to the toilet, having her hair brushed. Such things may in some ways seem unimportant but they are things that maintain her dignity.
When the need has risen for us to contact the management team they have always been very helpful and reassuring in manner.

Thanks to this caring team, Mum has been able to stay in her family home as she always wanted to do.

My father has carers three times a day. They are all friendly, flexible and patient, and engage well with both him and my mother. They help him with washing, dressing and catheter care, as well as assisting with essential household tasks as time allows. I find it helpful that a care timetable is provided for the coming week as times do vary.

I am very pleased with the care I recieve. I like all the carers, they do the caring job very well and keep me in order. I have showers and washes and they make me a nice lunchbox. I have my shopping done for me by someone in the community so I am well looked after.

On behalf of my Mum, I would like to thank the care team who came in twice a day to look after her.
We have been using the company since April 2020, and we were very pleased with the care and kindness shown towards her especially during the lockdown period.
It was pleasing to know that she was being looked after by such lovely and kind ladies, and as we were unable to visit as we would have normally, it gave us confidence as we knew all was ok.
Over the last couple of months her health begun to deteriorate, and again the ladies stepped up and went the extra mile to help out.
Several times the ambulance had to be called and the ladies dealt with this and looked after Mum until we arrived. They were very professional in dealing with this as it was an emergency situation on each occasion.

The care, kindness, and friendship shown towards Mum was very genuine, and as a family, we appreciated this as it made a difference to her last days. Thank you.

I am writing this review for my carer. In the last few months that she has been caring for me, I have been subject to the most wonderful carer I have ever come across and I have had several carers in the past, but no one meets the quality and kindness of her. She has shown me the best type of care and she is always one step ahead of me. I don't have to ask her to do anything. She seems to know everything that I require. She does this with such care and devotion.

I wish I could continue to have Manorcourt and her as my carers and I wish her all the best for the future.

Fantastic service from all the team. From the management staff to the carers themselves. They are all so helpful and go above and beyond at times to make sure that the customer and person being looked after gets exactly what they need. Nothing is too much trouble.

Highly recommended and I wish all of the Manorcourt team our best wishes.

I would just like to say how pleased I am with the care the carers give to my nan.
They are always professional and polite.
They go above and beyond to complete the care my nan's needs.
They are always on time, knock before entering and let Nan know they have arrived.
In the 4 months of them caring for Nan, we don't have one bad word or complaint to say about them.
We appreciate everything that do.

Thank you.

I employed the services of Manorcourt for my father with some trepidation, as having used care agencies before wasn't a positive experience! From the moment the new carers were put in place, it has been a truly wonderful experience. The manager is so informative, giving really good and sound advice. She chose carers that would suit my father and every detail was taken into account - his needs, interests, capabilities etc. The carers themselves are compassionate, sympathetic, patient and so very caring.
We have been delighted with the service and are kept informed of anything the agency consider to be significant. Be it a leaky shower or medications.

I can't recommend this company enough, very professional, informative, understanding and compassionate!

The ones that have been doing it the longest are excellent. The new ones have a lot of catching up to do. Some carers don't take my temp as they don't have batteries on their machines, which does worry me. Sometimes they don't turn up on a Thursday.

I would like to let everyone know how fantastic everyone has been whilst visiting my uncle four times a day, caring for him, his hygiene, administering medication (very important as he took an accidental overdose prior to having these wonderful carers) food preparation and chatting and trying to keep him upbeat. Very happy from speaking initially, and a house visit to discuss before starting this service to all the lovely ladies that are a real asset to the company. Thank you all!

A friendly and reliable service that caters for all needs. The wonderful carers really take their service users to heart and care for them as if they were their own family. These amazing people cared for my granddad so well and made his last few months so much more comfortable than they would have been. I have nothing but praise for this amazing company and the amazing staff that work for them.

Harlow Manorcourt manager and her team are wonderful. They are compassionate, professional and outstanding in their care of my father. They treat my father with respect and show great empathy in the care they give him. We have had peace of mind since they came into our lives. They listen not only to Dad but us as a family. Nothing is too much for them and because of this, Dad receives care which is taylormade to him. They have been a fantastic support to us all... always going that extra mile in everything they do. If ever there is a problem it is sorted immediately. Communication is excellent. I highly recommend this care Company and would love to see the manager and her team rewarded. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, on be half of Dad and us.

If you're looking for a care team run efficiently and (stress-free) with the confidence that they can carry out all tasks set, wearing full PPE, all staff regularly tested every week for the virus, exceptionally high hygiene standards, perfect time management the girls are (always on time) then this is the care provider for you. Their managers will listen to all your requests and concerns about what type of service you require and then guide you through a simple procedure to help set up these requirements and needs, once you start to receive care from them you will discover very quickly that they are a dream come true.
I couldn't be happier with the level of care provided I have full confidence that my family member is perfectly taken care of he's happy, clean and dry, regularly checked on.

Thanks.

This care agency had provided care for a period of time for my elderly mother who is blind, frail and lacking in mobility.
As most people would be, in the first instance I was nervous about trusting my mum to carers but I have grown to admire and appreciate the work and conduct of those providing the care and managing the service. The carers are clearly recruited for their ability and willingness to perform their duties with an excellent blend of professionalism, cheerfulness and a genuine desire to help their clients. The resultant positive psychological effect for my mother and our family can be described as uplifting.

The care service has bought peace of mind to my mother and our family such that we able to rate all the categories as excellent, including value for money.

The care Mum has received has been very good. Their continuing care has enabled Mum to stay in her own home. The communication between the staff and family is excellent and they are quick to report any concerns in order that Mum can receive the appropriate treatment as well as any issues in the home, such as a recent water leak they noticed in Mum's home. They have been very accommodating to any changes and increases in care package requests.

A big thank you to the team at Manor Court. It is a huge relief to know that carers, who are friendly and professional, are taking good care of my parents. Nothing is too much trouble. I have been particularly impressed with the service through this difficult time with Covid-19. Even under the added stress, they have managed to provide the increase in care that was required for my parents.
