Manorcourt Homecare (Harlow & Loughton)

I can't thank the staff and carers enough for the excellent care they have given my mum for the past 5 years, sadly, Mum is now moving to a care home but without a shadow of a doubt she has only been able to remain in her own home for as long as she has due to the fantastic care and support she has been given. My family and my mum thank you all for being totally amazing.

My lovely dad was treated with the utmost dignity and respect from everyone who attended him. The care that was given enabled Dad to live a clean and comfortable last few years. I, in turn, enjoyed the chats from all the carers who would always inform me of any changes or medical problems, no matter how small, which was of immense help to us. The carers have helped us through some very difficult times and we were so happy that Dad did not have to go to a care home. We are always happy to recommend Manorcourt (Harlow). Thank you from all the family.

I am very happy with the care my mum receives. All the carers are extremely good with her, they are all very polite and caring and I'm really grateful for all you do for her.

Thanks to this caring team, Mum has been able to stay in her family home as she always wanted to do.

My father has carers three times a day. They are all friendly, flexible and patient, and engage well with both him and my mother. They help him with washing, dressing and catheter care, as well as assisting with essential household tasks as time allows. I find it helpful that a care timetable is provided for the coming week as times do vary.

Carers have been very good and efficient in the care they have given to me. I have been treated with dignity at all times.

I am very pleased with the care I recieve. I like all the carers, they do the caring job very well and keep me in order. I have showers and washes and they make me a nice lunchbox. I have my shopping done for me by someone in the community so I am well looked after.

The care, kindness, and friendship shown towards Mum was very genuine, and as a family, we appreciated this as it made a difference to her last days. Thank you.

All the carers are friendly and really care. They take their time to meet Mum's needs and support her. They are very reliable. The manager has been great at keeping in touch and updating the care plan.

I can't recommend this company enough, very professional, informative, understanding and compassionate!

The ones that have been doing it the longest are excellent. The new ones have a lot of catching up to do. Some carers don't take my temp as they don't have batteries on their machines, which does worry me. Sometimes they don't turn up on a Thursday.

I would like to let everyone know how fantastic everyone has been whilst visiting my uncle four times a day, caring for him, his hygiene, administering medication (very important as he took an accidental overdose prior to having these wonderful carers) food preparation and chatting and trying to keep him upbeat. Very happy from speaking initially, and a house visit to discuss before starting this service to all the lovely ladies that are a real asset to the company. Thank you all!

We were all impressed with the level of care my mum received from Manorcourt. Every carer that came to look after Mum was kind and friendly. They were all lovely with Mum.

A friendly and reliable service that caters for all needs. The wonderful carers really take their service users to heart and care for them as if they were their own family. These amazing people cared for my granddad so well and made his last few months so much more comfortable than they would have been. I have nothing but praise for this amazing company and the amazing staff that work for them.

Harlow Manorcourt manager and her team are wonderful. They are compassionate, professional and outstanding in their care of my father. They treat my father with respect and show great empathy in the care they give him. We have had peace of mind since they came into our lives. They listen not only to Dad but us as a family. Nothing is too much for them and because of this, Dad receives care which is taylormade to him. They have been a fantastic support to us all... always going that extra mile in everything they do. If ever there is a problem it is sorted immediately. Communication is excellent. I highly recommend this care Company and would love to see the manager and her team rewarded.
