Great service and very nice staff and management. Very helpful and reliable. Highly recommended.

The care Mum has received has been very good. Their continuing care has enabled Mum to stay in her own home. The communication between the staff and family is excellent and they are quick to report any concerns in order that Mum can receive the appropriate treatment as well as any issues in the home, such as a recent water leak they noticed in Mum's home. They have been very accommodating to any changes and increases in care package requests.

A big thank you to the team at Manor Court. It is a huge relief to know that carers, who are friendly and professional, are taking good care of my parents. Nothing is too much trouble. I have been particularly impressed with the service through this difficult time with Covid-19. Even under the added stress, they have managed to provide the increase in care that was required for my parents.

I am extremely pleased with the care mum receives from the carers at Manorcourt. They are very considerate of mum's needs and always willing to go above and beyond what is expected of them. The carers always ensure her comfort is paramount.

I have been in lockdown since March and my carers have been paying my bills and bring me anything I need. They sit and chat with me and cheer me up. I am very grateful to see a kind and familiar face.

I can't praise Manorcourt Homecare highly enough. The staff goes out of their way to care for my Mum and is so kind and loving to her. If they have any concerns over Mum they contact me immediately, which puts my mind at rest. The office staff are equally kind and so efficient and are always so pleasant. I cannot fault the care provided by Manorcourt. From the excellent organisation from the management and everyone in the office to the outstanding carers themselves. Communication was easy and all the carers were very smart and professional but more importantly 'caring', always making time for a friendly chat. A pleasure to deal with.

My husband had the best care anyone could have had, Lovely happy carers with a sense of humour. When we went into hospital just before he died the nursing staff were amazed that he didn't have any bedsores as he was bed and chair bound. Such good care.

Having used your service for over six months, I am most satisfied.

My wife has needed a carer for four years (half an hour in the morning and a quarter of an hour in the evening for washing and (un)dressing). I have been trying to think of criticism I could make about the carers or management but I can't think of anything. My wife previously had help from a different agency and there was much to criticise. The Manor Court carers are friendly, efficient, patient and helpful and they usually arrive within a quarter of an hour of the appointed time. If they get delayed by more than half an hour, I get a phone call informing me of this. The management are helpful and friendly. I get notified each week of who the carers will be and the time of arrival. I requested female carers only and my request has been respected. There is someone on call at all times, although the latest I have made contact was 10.30 pm. As you can tell from my comments above, I am glad I was pointed in the direction of this agency.

I could not do without them and have been with them for 4 years. I could not be happier. Great service.
