I am extremely pleased with the care mum receives from the carers at Manorcourt. They are very considerate of mum's needs and always willing to go above and beyond what is expected of them. The carers always ensure her comfort is paramount.
I would like say to a huge thank you for showing your appreciation for staff during what has been a very worrying time for all of us and that as their manager I am very proud of everything they are doing. Thank you for taking the time to write such a positive review.
I have been in lockdown since March and my carers have been paying my bills and bring me anything I need. They sit and chat with me and cheer me up. I am very grateful to see a kind and familiar face.
Very good attention, treated with respect and good at advising if going to be late.
Thank you very much for this review. We are working around the clock to keep good communication with our customers.
I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
I can't praise Manorcourt Homecare highly enough. The staff goes out of their way to care for my Mum and is so kind and loving to her. If they have any concerns over Mum they contact me immediately, which puts my mind at rest. The office staff are equally kind and so efficient and are always so pleasant. Bless you all and stay safe at this very worrying time.
I cannot express my gratitude for the kindness and helpfulness that the staff show to my mother and other residents.
The manager has gone out of her way to not only care for my mother, she also puts herself out sorting any problems that may occur, be it personal, financial or otherwise. I cannot recommend this home highly enough.
The home is absolutely immaculate after recently going through a complete overhaul throughout all the apartments and communal areas.
The dining area is great, offering nourishing meals, also going that extra mile catering for my mother who has many dietary requirements.
Once again thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who puts in the hard work that keeps this place going.
My brothers and my Dad can't thank you enough for all the amazing support and care you have given at this most challenging time. Thank you.
As the manager, I am very proud to have such an amazing team delivering service to our customers. Thank you for your kind words.
I was always confident that Mum was being well looked after, and communication with me was clear and efficient. I feel very lucky to have found this firm.
I cannot fault the care provided by Manorcourt. From the excellent organisation from the management and everyone in the office to the outstanding carers themselves. Communication was easy and all the carers were very smart and professional but more importantly 'caring', always making time for a friendly chat. A pleasure to deal with.
My husband had the best care anyone could have had, Lovely happy carers with a sense of humour. When we went into hospital just before he died the nursing staff were amazed that he didn't have any bedsores as he was bed and chair bound. Such good care.
My mother has received an excellent standard of care from you during her stay over Christmas. Your staff make helping her look so easy! They were all very conscientious and caring towards her and the rest of our family. Thank you!
The service is very good. The carers are friendly and will talk to my mum.
Care staff are excellent, helpful and very caring. They make me feel comfortable and have helped me a lot.
Good, extremely good.
Having used your service for over six months, I am most satisfied.
My wife has needed a carer for four years (half an hour in the morning and a quarter of an hour in the evening for washing and (un)dressing). I have been trying to think of criticism I could make about the carers or management but I can't think of anything. My wife previously had help from a different agency and there was much to criticise. The Manor Court carers are friendly, efficient, patient and helpful and they usually arrive within a quarter of an hour of the appointed time. If they get delayed by more than half an hour, I get a phone call informing me of this. The management are helpful and friendly. I get notified each week of who the carers will be and the time of arrival. I requested female carers only and my request has been respected. There is someone on call at all times, although the latest I have made contact was 10.30 pm. As you can tell from my comments above, I am glad I was pointed in the direction of this agency.
I could not do without them and have been with them for 4 years. I could not be happier. Great service.
My father has deteriorated generally over the past few months. The carers at Manorcourt have been wonderful, even if it's just a chat. If my father has a problem, usually the manager will sort it out together with her team. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, even calling me when my father has gone out unexpectedly and not told them. Thank you, everyone, at Manorcourt.
From the time they started the care until the finish they were caring and their experience was about the best we could have expected. I cannot complain about one carer or management, they have all been excellent.
We would highly recommend their services.

These are the three core values that we live by at Healthcare Homes, and we pride ourselves on recruiting staff not only for their skills and experience but for the warmth, friendliness and care that they show to each and every individual.

I enjoy meeting and greeting both old and new customers and working with my great team of colleagues.

I ensure that our customers and care team are brought together at the correct timings as per agreed visits, and ensure all their needs are met by completing the same.

The daily role is to ensure that all our carers are visiting their clients and assisting with their needs as agreed and required.

As Branch Administrator, I enjoy the balance of teamwork and variety that each day brings. Working in a supportive environment and seeing how our efforts contribute to client satisfaction and the success of the branch makes my role especially rewarding.
I make a difference by listening carefully to our clients' needs and providing clear, reliable, and personalised support. Building trust and helping to make things easier and less stressful for clients is what I find most meaningful about my role.
Through relevant training and hands-on experience, I have developed strong client service, communication, and problem-solving skills. I am committed to continuing my professional development and supporting the branch in delivering excellent service.

I enjoy working as part of a supportive team and building relationships with our clients and their families. One of my favourite parts of the role is creating personalised care plans that reflect each client's individual needs, preferences, and interests.
I make a difference by ensuring care plans are detailed, engaging, and tailored to each person, helping our care teams deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
I hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, which has provided me with a strong foundation for supporting clients and delivering excellent care.
