We have been happy with the care provided to my mother and the support.
I need carers because I cannot do things for myself. I am so pleased I have them; they help me with personal care, household duties and social visits. I find the carers really helpful, and they are very friendly. They always make sure I've got everything I need. Also, as I have social anxiety, I don't go out socialising, so it's good when the carers visit so I have got people to talk to during the day. I have nothing to say about the office staff apart from they are very rude. The carer i like and have time for is Terence Kent. He is an amazing carer.
The only issue thus far is the timing, and we have reached a point of requiring extra time due to continence issues mainly.
I'm receiving excellent care, the carers treat me with kindness and dignity. They have also conversated with me and my family clearly.
Thank you for such a lovely review. I am so pleased you think your care is excellent and the communication is clear.
I will pass this onto your care team.
Thank you
I find Manorcourt a very good and professional company to care for the disabled.
Thank you for your review.
I am happy you find us a professional company and you have trusted us to meet your care needs.
Carers are amazing, but the lady in the office is very condescending, rude and has no understanding or compassion. She shouted at me over the bank holiday as my new medication was wrong and I needed help with what to do. Have also heard her responses to carers who have called in my presence. She does not have the right temperament to support the service user or care staff.
I'm pleased to hear you have had a positive experience with our care team, and I will ensure your kind comments are shared with the carers involved.
I'm sorry, however, to read about your experience with a member of our office team. This does not reflect the...
Everything is absolutely fine. Staff are great.
Thank you for your review and i am pleased you think your staff are great, i will pass this onto them.
The homecare staff have no been coming to our home for long, but the staff are polite, caring friendly and got on very well with our daughter straight away.
Thank you for leaving us this lovely review. I will make sure the carers know that you and your daughter are happy with how things are going. Kind regards,
Shocking to the core! This company need a complete risk assessment done on them as they really let my dad down, supposed to be experts in the field required, untrained staff, understaffed, dad sadly died x
I am very shocked to read this review, and I am wondering if you are referring to the other agency that also cared for your Dad? He had a small team of regular carers from us that visited him once a day, with a combined total of over 49years experience, all fully trained who went over and above...
This is a new experience for my husband but any fears he has were soon allayed by the cherry, competent carers. They are so kind, patient and considerate.
Thank you so much for this lovely review, and Im glad you and your husband are happy. I will pass this on to his carers, I know they will be pleased to hear it too!
The staff are very kind and patient. When they do tasks e.g. helping my husband to eat a meal they do it at his pace and always treat him with respect. They talk to him and I am sure the daily chats are helping him to recover. We are both very grateful for the support they offer.
Thank you so much for your review! We really appreciate hearing all the feedback, but it's always nice to be able to tell the carers that they are doing a great job. Best wishes, Tammi
Happy with the service provided.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave his review. If there's anything we can do to improve your experience, please don't hesitate to contact us! Tammi
I am so grateful to all the lovely carers who have helped me, they are all wonderful people. Nothing is too much trouble. We have some laughs that cheer me up no end. (They deserve a medal).
I'm so happy to read your comment, and I know the carers will be too! Thank you for leaving us such a lovely review. Yours, Tammi
One wish I have is to be a client and not a service user.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. It's lovely to hear that you are getting along with your carers and that they are doing everything you want them to. We can arrange for extra time if you'd like, I'll give you a call and we can have a chat.
My mother has been receiving care from Manorcourt since she was discharged from hospital in early February. We have been impressed with all the carers who attend my mother in her home with their kindness, respect and helpfulness.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this lovely review! The carers will be really pleased to know that you are happy with their care.
All staff are very professional. PPE is used at all calls. Polite, caring, nothing was too much for the carers. Cooked food, coffee were always declined, preferred cold drinks.
Thank you for leaving us this review, I really appreciate you taking the time to do it. I'm glad you've been happy with our care, and it's nice to hear you've always been given options! Take care.
Staff are good (carers) polite. Office are rude and need a customer care course. Always making excuses of sickness or short staffed due to holidays. Don't show any dignity to either parent.
Im really sorry to see this response, as we always do our absolute best to please your parents. As you are aware, they have recently increased their care package with us, and I have received no complaints from them. I do appreciate you had an issue around a year ago, but as was explained at the...
Appreciate that you don't put male carers on my rota, but increasingly, that means the female carer has to work on her own. This means my husband has to hoist me to the bed and then change me into nightwear. Disappointed that prior to my extended hospital stay, I always had two female carers for all visits. I'm very happy with the excellent care I receive. The carers treat me with dignity and are very professional. However, I would like them to always check before leaving that - a, my beg bag is left open, b, the toilets are left clean and flushed, c, the handbasin is drained and wipes disposed of properly, d, the washing machine is loaded and actually running. Would like to see consistent recycling of wipes wrappers, pads wrappers, take tined and cream dispensers. Orange bottles and cranberry cartons are almost always left on the worktop when there is a large green bin marked "general recycling".
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, and Im glad you are happy with how you are treated by the carers. Some of the points you have raised, however, I believe had been solved many months ago. The staff member concerned is no longer working with us, and you have not mentioned anything...
I am a user! All your staff are very, very good.
Thank you so much for this review! We really appreciate you taking time to do this.
Since I have had Manorcourt Homecare to look after me, they are very helpful, kind, honest and trustworthy carers. I have to say I wouldn't cope without their help.
Thank you for leaving us this lovely review! I will pass this on to the carers, I know they will be really pleased to hear you are happy.
