I do not know how I would cope without this service. Thank you!
Thank you so much for your lovely review, we will be sure to pass on your compliment to the carer involved. Many Thanks.
I am so lucky to be looked after every day by carers. One calls each morning to wash and dress me. They always check on my health conditions and are always gentle with me. The evening visit is to get me ready for bed. The girls are all friendly and very efficient at their jobs.
Thank you for your lovely review and taking the time. This feedback will be passed straight on to the carers who very much deserves it. Thank you
Every carer I have had, I have been very happy with. Always bright, cheery faces, they have all been very kind and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. I have never had a missed call. Without their help, I would not have improved in my well-being without their visits. They brighten my day. Thank you all.
Thank you for taking the time to write a lovely review. The team at Manorcourt works very hard every day providing help and support. This positive feedback will be shared with the carers. Thank you again.
Very good.
Thank you for taking the time to review your care and support. I am delighted to read it is all good. Your feedback will be fed back to the carers. Thank you
We have found that over the last 3 months - when our carers started - that all of them have been friendly, efficient and kind. What more could we ask for?
Thank you for taking the time to review our service; your feedback is extremely important to our carers; they have worked their socks off and deserve recognition. Thank you.
Manorcourt Homecare has provided care for the last 9-months, very reliable with good quality carers.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service; I am pleased to read that you have found the carers working to a high standard. Your feedback is a very important recognition during this difficult time.
Manorcourt has continued to be consistent with the quality of care shown to my mum. This year has been extremely difficult for the carers but they have been fantastic thank you all so much. Mum is in good hands.
Thank you for your valuable feedback, this will be passed to the carers that support your mum. Thank you for taking the time to provide such positive feedback.
There was a really good initial assessment which not only included the care needs but also my Mum's likes and dislikes to ensure the carers were able to chat to Mum. All carers are very considerate and treat Mum with care and dignity. They also ask about my well being each day.
Thank you for your very positive review. I will certainly feedback to those involved in Mum's care and support.
Of course, this review is dependent on the carer involved, and luckily during the pandemic, we have had one carer as our sole carer. She is superb, caring and highly efficient. My son and I have nothing but praise for her, and she always brightens our day. The only issues we have had is sometimes cancelling care visits. A number of other carers have turned up despite us making clear I'm shielding from Covid due to my cancer, and the hospital recommended that I keep contact with different people to an absolute minimum.
Thank you for taking the time to submit your review. I am pleased to read that your regular carer brings joy and happiness to your home, however I do appreciate the difficulties we have all faced during this challenging time and will pass your feedback on.
Mother was located some 3 miles away, and the people fortuitously called the Manorcourt offices nearby.
They attended promptly and returned her back home. I believe this demonstrates the real and genuine concern that the staff have towards their care recipients’ and on this occasion was well above the service expected and should be praised as such.
Many thanks for taking the time to write a review. I will certainly share with the team who will be delighted by your positive feedback. Thank you.
I have found all carers that care for my daughter to be very professional, caring, understanding and they give my daughter dignity all the time. My daughter is unable to communicate with the carers as she is non-verbal, but she always laughs and smiles at them when they talk to her.
To date, very good, reliable, comprehensive care with good communications. I am happy with Manorcourt's provision of staff and the commitment they have given in the care of my mother. I would recommend them.
The staff are all extremely polite, caring and dedicated.
When we started Manorcourt Homecare Lowestoft a contract plan was drawn up and signed. This has been broken several times, complained about then ok for a few weeks then back to normal again. Your firm is run right from the office to the carers. My opinion is the carers are only doing the appointments they are given by the office staff and they push the carers with other clients to fit in without extra times, working or travelling. Now to the carers, mainly good and very good but some?. The amount of office staff we think there could be one or two taken from the office to check on carers that are on the road.
On the whole, Manorcourt Homecare meets my father's needs. He is very dependant upon company. Apart from medication, the Carers do not have to physically do much for mum and dad. It's TLC and chat that he needs, together with reassurance. The difficult thing is regular consistent care. Evening visits tend to be a number of different Carers, as do weekends. However, 4 'sits' every week are the same person apart from holiday and illness, which is fab.
The Carers are very polite and helpful. The administration side is very lax i.e I seldom get a rota without asking.
All the Carers carry out their work to the highest degree, showing my mum the care and dignity she deserves. Nothing is too much trouble, so well done to them all.
All your care workers have been pleasant, helpful, professional and have been treating my partner with dignity.
I would be completely lost without the help of Manorcourt Homecare. I am always treated with respect and dignity. My carers are very professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. I am never rushed during my care. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for homecare.
Like every care company there are sometimes issues that need resolving, however, on the odd occasion this occurs, matters are dealt with very quickly, effectively and in an empathetic manner by staff members and the management team.
