When we started Manorcourt Homecare Lowestoft a contract plan was drawn up and signed. This has been broken several times, complained about then ok for a few weeks then back to normal again. Your firm is run right from the office to the carers. My opinion is the carers are only doing the appointments they are given by the office staff and they push the carers with other clients to fit in without extra times, working or travelling. Now to the carers, mainly good and very good but some?. The amount of office staff we think there could be one or two taken from the office to check on carers that are on the road.

On the whole, Manorcourt Homecare meets my father's needs. He is very dependant upon company. Apart from medication, the Carers do not have to physically do much for mum and dad. It's TLC and chat that he needs, together with reassurance. The difficult thing is regular consistent care. Evening visits tend to be a number of different Carers, as do weekends. However, 4 'sits' every week are the same person apart from holiday and illness, which is fab.

The Carers are very polite and helpful. The administration side is very lax i.e I seldom get a rota without asking.

All the Carers carry out their work to the highest degree, showing my mum the care and dignity she deserves. Nothing is too much trouble, so well done to them all.

Generally, the care and service provided to my father is very good.

Like every care company there are sometimes issues that need resolving, however, on the odd occasion this occurs, matters are dealt with very quickly, effectively and in an empathetic manner by staff members and the management team.

My main carer is very good, but when she has weekends off or annual leave some others leave a little to desire.

Manorcourt Home Care is the best company I have had to date. All care staff are friendly and understanding and do there upmost to go out of their way to help me. So ok there are things that could be better as nothing in this world is 100% as I believe in everything can be improved on, but I world not change my care team at all. I like to think of them as a part of the family now as when they come and help me every day it’s hard not to think of the team as anything else. So Manorcourt Home Care get my recommendation 99.9% lol. I thank the team for all they do so keep up the good work :)

They understand the way I am and support me with my cleaning/tidying and help with my money, going on different outings. They advise me to make things easy for me. Caring as a friend and show respect.

Much obliged and I do what I am told as well to make that easy for my care worker.

The carers supported my 95-year-old mother in law very well and allowed her to live out her final years in her own home as she had always wished.

All staff were very helpful and considerate, especially in the last few months when she was confined to bed and involved two carers four times a day. The office staff and the home carers were all very friendly and helpful and would always consult with the family regarding any concerns.
