Manorcourt provide a professional yet friendly service. A number of different carers call on a regular basis - all of whom I find well trained and knowledgeable about my husband's needs. They go above and beyond to engage in a caring way.

Staff very friendly and helpful.

It's early days for dad with this care provider and so far so good. Carers arrive as per schedule and are so kind to dad. It's lovely to hear how they interact with him. Dad checks his schedule diligently so knows who is coming and when. At times, the time changes but it's to dads advantage as he doesn't like a late evening call. Carers are more than happy to have banter with him and report any concerns. We were apprehensive about carers coming into our home to help care for dad but we've found the experience so far to be positive. Staffing issues have had slight impact on who provides care but it's not enough to say it's problematic at this stage. Communication with office has been good.

Carers are very good at the job. They are willing to help with anything needed to be done. They are happy to me and look after me well.

Most of the carers are great. They know the routine and what we need. Some of them we have a laugh with, which is really nice. The washing part we feel comfortable with most of them. If there's a problem we ring the office and they sort it out.

Overall the carers do a good job, but there have been sometimes when some of the carers didn't do the washing up as well as it should be done, and sometimes the cleaning in my bathroom wasn't done very well. Some of the carers are a bit slap-dash doing their work in less than half an hour, when they should have up to an hour to complete their work.

Overall, I am satisfied with the care provided. The standard does vary according to the ability of individual carers. Some carers worry about being late and try to hurry me up with my meal. It is good when carers explain what they are doing to my husband, who is in bed, it reassures him. Carers are not always happy ot use the dishwasher. They would benefit from some training, so it would save them time. The standard of carers has improved over the two years we have been with Manorcourt Homecare. The timing of visits remains difficult. A two-hour variation in visits is not good. Early meals do not suit me, and I have trouble eating when I am not hungry.

Manorcourt have provided care for my disabled wife for over a year now. We find most of the carers are very kind and knowledgeable. We are happy for them to continue her care. Julia has 4 visits a day, and those are kept to the times given. This is a tough profession to be in with all the travelling between clients, etc. All those associated with Manorcourt must be highly recommended.

The care received has declined over the years. The carers do not provide high-quality care, and on many occasions, we've had to make calls and reports about the poor service received on simple tasks that they are here to provide. On many occasions, our family have come in and have found my nan with dirty clothes or bedding, and even faeces on her hands, not long after the carers have already been in. Not only have we experienced the above issues, but we have also experienced the carers wrongly administering her medication too. The carers have broken many belongings whilst caring for my nan, and it's taken months to get these items replaced. We understand things can go wrong, but it seems to be a regular occurrence. We've had multiple meetings to address this, yet nothing seems to change or improve.

I required care support following an operation and was quite nervous about relying on others but was quickly as ease by the friendly but professional nature of the carers and the management team. They have been able to support as much or as little as needed and have worked with me in regaining my independence as the weeks have passed.

All carers are wonderful, nothing is too much for them team leader is very supportive. we always enjoy their visits as they are always cheerful. and always take the time to just sit and talk, which is very important to us " old uns " as we see very littleof other people

The service I have received with several staff over the past 8 months, has never been less that satisfactory, and generally excellent so I have put good overall.

Manorcourt carers have been very suppportive for me, they give me time as I get really breathless on O2 therapy. I've recently had 2 x heart attacks, and carers have been very understanding. I am very happy with their care.

Simon is very friendly and always looks after Wendy very well. Patient, kind and helpful to assist her with eating.

Overall service is satisfactory and my father has become very fond of a few carers. when told his care plan was being moved to a different provider he became very upset. So overall my dad is happy which to us means everything.
