We have been clients of the Clacton on Sea Branch since 2019 and are still pleased with the levels of care and kindness given by all staff both in the field and in the office.The carers are always good to Mother and show great affection for her.They are willing to go that bit extra always.The office
staff are very helpful and responsive to requests and extra requirements when necessary.Manorcourt are an essential part of Mother's life and we remain most grateful to all the Staff at Clacton on Sea - many thanks to you all.

I would like to thank the Manor Court Clacton on Sea Team for the care they have taken with my Mother Lillian Pyle over the last 10 months. Mum has been slowly declining and the care she is given is excellent. There are a few members of the team that she has a special bond with and I would like to thank
them, James, Lauren M. Chloe, Claudette and Courtney. Wishing the whole team a very Happy Christmas and look forward to the care you give mum in 2026.

My dad receives exceptional care from this home care provider, and our family couldn't be more grateful. Every member of the team is kind, patient and genuinely committed to his wellbeing. They treat him with dignity and respect, always taking the time to chat with him and make sure he feels comfortable
nd supported.


The support they provide has made a huge difference to his daily life. They are reliable, attentive and consistently go above and beyond, whether it's helping with personal care, preparing meals or simply offering companionship. Their professionalism gives us complete peace of mind, and it's clear they truly care about the people they look after.


Communication has also been excellent. We're always kept informed, and any questions we have are answered quickly and thoughtfully. Knowing that my dad is in such capable hands means the world to us.


I would highly recommend this care provider for anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality support at home.

Manorcourt have been an amazing care company, they are kind, caring and always available. There have been a few little hiccups, which is to be expected, but nothing that cannot be rescued. I know when I go on home, Mum is in good hands. Some of the girls have become Mum's friends and treat her as they
would their own relative.

Fantastic experience with friendly and helpful staff. It has allowed us to spend more quality time with our grandma and ensures us she is connected to a variety of people in order to keep her social skills sharp. The Easter Party for example was a brilliant social opportunity. It would be awesome if
there was an official line of communication between us and the carers so we know what has been done each visit and so that we too can communicate relevant updates and requests. This would improve consistency for example times around appointment etc.Thank you for your continued support it has been valued beyond measure!

Overall decent service, Dad's main carers are good with him.
We have had running issues of medication being messed up, wrong day given & missed altogether. Recently an issue where a carer has missed medication & not signed for it but upon their return at a later date have signed the mar-chart to cover
themselves. Sometime the rota is wrong & a different carer turns up at a completely different time e.g. 2 hours early.
Also damage to our kitchen.

I would like to thank two members of staff who are coordinators in the office. Manorcourt Homecare is a very good company, I receive a weekly rota to let me know what carer is coming on my calls. Office phone me if carers are going to be late. I would like to thank the Field Supervisor for changing
my care plans and helping with medication issues. When I am feeling low I know I can pick up the phone and talk to staff. I am also pleased and a big thank you to a carer who has come back to work for Manorcourt Homecare who works very hard and cares for her clients. I would like to thank another carer for all the help and support you have given the organisation you have done in my home. You were a fantastic carer, who has left to become a trained nurse.

The carers were so dedicated and they always went above and beyond. They sent in a smaller group of carers due to my wife's dementia and they built a great relationship with us. Not only did they care for my wife but they also helped me by accommodating sitting visits to relieve me. The office staff
were phenomenal and they also went above and beyond. Great company and I highly recommend. Thanks.
