She believes every person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, and she works closely with her team to ensure each care package is tailored to the individual’s unique needs.
Kitty has 13 years of experience in the care sector, beginning her career as a Care Assistant in 2013 with another company. Through dedication and a strong desire to provide high-quality care, she quickly advanced to the role of Senior Care Assistant in 2014. By 2019, she had gained enough experience and leadership skills to transition into a managerial position, where she was responsible for overseeing care operations and supporting both staff and clients. Kitty joined My Care in 2025.
Jules is the Recruitment Lead at My Care at Home and plays a key role in welcoming and supporting new staff as they begin their journey in care. She brings a strong voice, compassion, and empathy to everything she does, with a particular passion for supporting those living with dementia.
Jules decided to join My Care at Home after being a client, when care was provided for her mum. Inspired by the quality of care and the difference it made to her family, she later joined the team to help others experience the same standard of support.
Driven and dedicated, Jules is a powerful advocate for high quality care and is committed to ensuring that new team members feel confident, valued, and well prepared. She provides thorough, hands-on training and is an incredible support to those starting out in their roles.
Her personal experience, combined with her professional commitment, makes her an invaluable part of the team.
Ros joined the team in 2020 as a Care Practitioner. Her enthusiasm and dedication to the role meant that she was soon supporting the office team with on-call responsibilities.
Ros now supports the office team with rota coordination and also spends time with our clients delivering care. This ensures a keen, current, understanding of client needs and preferences which are invaluable when allocating visits.
