Jules decided to join My Care at Home after being a client, when care was provided for her mum. Inspired by the quality of care and the difference it made to her family, she later joined the team to help others experience the same standard of support.

Ros joined the team in 2020 as a Care Practitioner. Her enthusiasm and dedication to the role meant that she was soon supporting the office team with on-call responsibilities.
Ros now supports the office team with rota coordination and also spends time with our clients delivering care. This ensures a keen, current, understanding of client needs and preferences which are invaluable when allocating visits.
