My Care has been very good to my father. Always on time, clear up and leave flat tidy. My father has moved to a nursing home now as he needed 24-hour care. Thanks for all your care. One carer in particular was extra special!
Since becoming so disabled and my wife having a stroke, we have been very satisfied with daily service provided by My Care.
I am very happy with my care, the carers are usually very cheerful and encouraging and we usually have a chat about families, holidays etc. I like to hear about their children.
Helpful. Easy to chat to, friendly girls.
There is a good team of carers who provide varied support to enable our mum to live at home and enjoy life as much as possible in the circumstances.
Very good, see what's needed. Help me to bed if nesessary and see the door is locked.
I have used their services for several years and always found the carers well trained, friendly and interested in you as a person. The high standard is a blessing and you can trust whoever arrives to care for you will meet that standard. Over the years, I have had other agencies but My Care at Home is way up there in my estimation. Pay for quality and you get quality with them.
The assistance I require is more on the helping side than caring for disability, but the carers are very good in their own different ways. I am pleased with all aspects of their work and found that they will do all that is asked of them. All the carers are very pleasant in some conversations and attitude.
Usually punctual.
Some very good cooks.
All needs taken care of.
We receive a weekly rota, by email, which gives us times and carer's names and if altered we are informed of any changes.
I feel I can rely upon My Care at Home to supply a reliable and caring service. The office staff are friendly and helpful and as I live some distance from my mother, this is essential for me.
The carers make it possible for my father to continue to live happily in his own home. They go beyond expectations; for example, when my father had a fall and I was away, a carer accompanied him to hospital in the ambulance and stayed with him until he was settled in, extending her hours to do so.
My mother has Alzheimer's and is very thin so eating is imperative but she can be intimidating to younger staff I think. Overall they are pleasant, kind and good company and a huge improvement on other agencies we have used so I would and do already recommend them.
I have found My Care at Home helpful, my needs as companions and though I only need light housework they are there for me.
My mother had complex needs, the agency were very efficient, flexible and as cooperative as they could have been. Great care and respect was shown to my mother as to us, in what turned out to be an end of life situation.
My care at home has been providing support and care to my mother for 2 years now. Overall I think the quality is very good but communication needs to be improved between the office and the next of kin. On 2 occasions now I have sent emails over items concerning my mother and received no response. I had to phone them for an answer. My mum does find the carers to be very helpful, kind and considerate to my mothers needs.
