I write on behalf of my mother, who, due to bad arthritis in her hands and wrisis finds many household tasks difficult. Her carer has not only provided conversation and interest outside the family, but also undertakes many of these jobs cheerfully and willingly. My mother has found her help invaluable, and it has provided peace of mind and reassurance to myself and sisters knowing that our mother is being looked after on the days we are unable to visit.
They treat Betty and John like family. Nothing is too much trouble. I am extremely grateful for everything they do as it relieves the pressure off the family.

Over recent months, his condition has deteriorated steadily, but there is never a problem amending his care plan accordingly. The carers are friendly and professional and always treat him with respect. The management is very approachable, and deal with any minor issues promptly.

My needs has been changing in the 2 years the carers have been coming. They are all pleasant and competent and I enjoy their visits. Its is not easy to adapt my requests to their unique skills. Some individuals are especially interesting company, helpful escorting me to appointments and taking me for walks around the garden. There has been times to get to know another better as we enjoy each others company, and they understand my company.

I was very pleased with the service provided and the ladies that attended were very professional and polite.
Having looked after my aunt for around 2 years ago, I called Everycare to see if they could step in very quickly, at very short notice, to look after my mother after she came home from hospital and was let down very badly by the carers arranged by the hospital discharge team. Once again, Everycare came to my rescue and arranged care for her at very short notice. The carers are professional and caring. Most importantly, they communicate very well with my mother and with the Everycare office team, who in turn, are excellent in reporting any concerns to me. I cannot thank them enough!

Meet the Team (5)
After working in the City in Banking & Finance for over 10 years, I decided to have a complete change. I left my job in a Bank in 2012 and knowing only that I wanted to do something that would help people and make a difference in people’s lives.
Having always got on very well with elderly people and having always been close to all 4 of my grandparents, I knew that I would have a passion for providing high quality care to the elderly. With this, I started Everycare Hillingdon in 2013 and have never looked back. I am now the Registered Care Manager and the Nominated Individual for Everycare Hillingdon and I have achieved my Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
My passion for care began in 2008 with a domiciliary care company, leading me to work in care homes and eventually becoming a director of my own care company in Harefield. After its closure, I joined Everycare Hillingdon in August 2023 as a Field Care Supervisor. I assist the Registered Manager with initial assessments, conduct care plan reviews, and address service user concerns. My duties also include conducting unannounced spot checks, staff supervisions/appraisals and reviews. Everycare has provided valuable training opportunities, enhancing my professional development within an exceptional team. I am a qualified trainer in Manual Handling, First Aid and Medication.
I joined the care industry and Everycare in January 2023. I started off as an Administrative Assistant with no previous experience in care. Over the last 2 years, I have been able to work alongside other carers to learn from their vast experience. Last year I was promoted to the Care Coordinator role and I am now a qualifed Trainer in Manual Handling and First Aid. I am currently in the process of starting a Level 3 in Business Administration, another great opportunity I have been given while working at Everycare to enhance my knowledge and development.
I joined Everycare in February 2025 with no previous care experience. Most of my previous experience was mainly in admin work; I never had experience helping the elderly or the vulnerable, except for family members. At first, I was not sure if this was for me, but the team here were very helpful and encouraging. I feel like I have worked here for a very long time, truly part of a lovely team, and I was made to feel very welcome and supported.
The combination of working in the office and the hands-on care side of the work for the elderly and vulnerable offered me a deeply human aspect, as it makes a difference when you bring comfort and offer physical or emotional support to some, helping someone to get ready for the day, listening to their stories, etc. It is one of the most meaningful things I have done.
I joined Everycare in 2018 as a part time Care Assistant. One of the main reasons I have stayed with Everycare for so many years is due to the way that the company treats it's staff. I am always treated with respect and courtesy and in much the same way, that is how I am expected to treat our lovely service users. The company has always supported me when needed and in return, I am always happy to help out and go over above. I have just started my NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
