Looking at April 2020 in what has been a challenging time it has been very good that Bluebird have been able to still provide their care team for my mother who has dementia and mobility issues. We have the same carer for the morning and lunchtime visit and this carer has built a very good relationship with my mother which is vital for somebody with dementia. The morning/lunchtime carer goes about her task's efficiently with a happy disposition and nothing seems like to much trouble. The teatime and bedtime visits are now split between two carers who come on alternative days. The package now is all about stability which I believe is very important for the well being of my mother. I cannot fault the care team who come to our home, the times, the care they provide and the fact they are really nice people who seem to care about my mother. The best compliment I can give is to say I would not want to change anything about the care Bluebird provide.
Thank you very much for taking the time to review our service. Keeping people such as your mother in the familiar comfort of their own homes is so important to them and is what we care passionately about. We are always looking to improve and hope that you continue to enjoy the service we provide.

When not working, Jack can usually be found fishing or playing cricket. Together with their three children, Sophie and Jack enjoy going for walks with their dogs, Pablo and Indy.
