My son requires a substantial amount of day and night care, and it became necessary to find a team of carers to provide him with the same great level of care he has been used to having.
I tried many of the large care companies who promised the earth, but when the time came to needing them, they simply
could not spare enough carers to suit the vast number of hours it would take.
After meeting with Care Connected, they took on the challenge and swiftly began to source a team around my son's specialist needs. Within just a few months my son has an expanding team of highly trained 'friends' to help him every day.
Having cared for him ourselves for over 30 years, it was initially difficult to let go, but the professionalism of everyone at Care Connected has allowed me to take step back and have a much-needed rest.

Care Connected have continually provided exceptional care for my mum. They have gone out of their way to ensure all aspects of her care are covered, from personal care to medication administration. The carers that come spend time ensuring mum is happy and I love the way they communicate with her. Highly
reliable and inform me promptly of any issues. Wonderful company providing outstanding service in a very difficult sector. Would not switch to another company after experiencing this outstanding care from the team at Care Connected.

A week ago today I kissed my mother-in-law good night. Later when my husband went to see if she was still tucked in, we found that our beloved Mum had peacefully left us.
My mother-in-law was diagnosed with dementia about fourteen years ago and it was then that we promised her we would do our best
to keep her in her own home.
We are not saying that it was easy, especially in the declining early years, hell at times. However, after one experience of a not-so-good care company, we, fortunately, found Care Connected. Without their devoted, outstanding care we would never have been able to achieve her wish. She became their grandmother and they all became our family. They sure had their work cut out, she could be gentle and loving but more often than not a raging minx, they all had the patience of a saint.
The family would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the Care Connected team past and present. We thank you and love you all.

Care Connected has been caring for my grandad for several years now. The level of care all his carers provide him is exceptional and they continually go over and above on a daily basis. My grandad looks forward to their visits, he has a great relationship with all of them which helps with lifting his
mood as he is bedbound and needs as much stimulation as possible. It's so comforting to know that the team looking after my grandad really does care for him and has his best interests at all times. Thank you for everything.

My Nan's carers are excellent, she enjoys having them come in twice a day and as a family we know that she is being very well looked after. They are all very helpful and make my Nan feel safe. The office staff are also very good and let me know if there are any issues straight away. When my Nan had
to go in for her Covid-19 jab they managed to change the times of the carers for us at very short notice. Can't thank everyone involved enough.

We cannot thank Care Connected enough for the care they have taken of my mother-in-law for the past 3 years. All the carers were kind, trustworthy and attentive to her needs. The ladies in the office would always contact me when they were concerned about anything and care was often changed due to changing
circumstances at short notice to match her needs. When she was fitter they would take her on trips out to shops and the seafront and kept her flat clean and tidy. Without this help, my mother-in-law would not have been able to stay independent in her own flat for so long. I would highly recommend Care Connected.

Care Connected have been looking after my Aunt since 2017 and the care given has been exemplary, nothing is too much trouble. All carers are very friendly and respectful towards her and the management keeps me well informed. My Aunt refers to them as her friends and says she is "well blessed". Her neighbours
have also commented on the good care given by Care Connected. I would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and caring company to look after their loved ones in their own home.

I have only praise for the treatment I have received.
The carers are kind and give me any help that I ask for, and help that each and every one of these ladies see that I need, like a little chat as a great help when you live by yourself.

If you are looking for a caring, friendly, helpful group of carers, you can't go wrong with Care Connected.
I have found all the carers fantastic. They are all friendly, caring, and will go above and beyond to help you.
They are there for not only the client but for the relatives too.
They really
do care about their clients.
The director and assistant manager should be very proud of all their staff.

The care company provide a very good overall service. The staff have a good rapport with the client. A weekly timetable of planned visit times is provided and generally adhered to where differences or changes of more than 15 minutes occur. A call to advise would be helpful.
