Having cared for him ourselves for over 30 years, it was initially difficult to let go, but the professionalism of everyone at Care Connected has allowed me to take step back and have a much-needed rest.

Care Connected have continually provided exceptional care for my mum. They have gone out of their way to ensure all aspects of her care are covered, from personal care to medication administration. The carers that come spend time ensuring mum is happy and I love the way they communicate with her. Highly reliable and inform me promptly of any issues. Wonderful company providing outstanding service in a very difficult sector. Would not switch to another company after experiencing this outstanding care from the team at Care Connected.

Care Connected has been caring for my grandad for several years now. The level of care all his carers provide him is exceptional and they continually go over and above on a daily basis. My grandad looks forward to their visits, he has a great relationship with all of them which helps with lifting his mood as he is bedbound and needs as much stimulation as possible. It's so comforting to know that the team looking after my grandad really does care for him and has his best interests at all times. Thank you for everything.

My Nan's carers are excellent, she enjoys having them come in twice a day and as a family we know that she is being very well looked after. They are all very helpful and make my Nan feel safe. The office staff are also very good and let me know if there are any issues straight away. When my Nan had to go in for her Covid-19 jab they managed to change the times of the carers for us at very short notice. Can't thank everyone involved enough.

We cannot thank Care Connected enough for the care they have taken of my mother-in-law for the past 3 years. All the carers were kind, trustworthy and attentive to her needs. The ladies in the office would always contact me when they were concerned about anything and care was often changed due to changing circumstances at short notice to match her needs. When she was fitter they would take her on trips out to shops and the seafront and kept her flat clean and tidy. Without this help, my mother-in-law would not have been able to stay independent in her own flat for so long. I would highly recommend Care Connected.

Care Connected have been looking after my Aunt since 2017 and the care given has been exemplary, nothing is too much trouble. All carers are very friendly and respectful towards her and the management keeps me well informed. My Aunt refers to them as her friends and says she is "well blessed". Her neighbours have also commented on the good care given by Care Connected. I would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and caring company to look after their loved ones in their own home.

A very reliable service, the staff are always professional and friendly. They always try to substitute if the usual staff are unavailable - anxious not to let clients down on anyway. They have very good results with disabilities.

Very kind and helpful whenever needed. My husband was treated with dignity and respect. Helped me as well with their sunny natures.

The carers are kind and give me any help that I ask for, and help that each and every one of these ladies see that I need, like a little chat as a great help when you live by yourself.

I was very pleased with how they cared for my mum. The care and consideration were excellent.

The care company provide a very good overall service. The staff have a good rapport with the client. A weekly timetable of planned visit times is provided and generally adhered to where differences or changes of more than 15 minutes occur. A call to advise would be helpful.
