Burgundy have been looking after Mum for almost 18 months now and I cannot recommend them highly enough. All the carers are very friendly and professional and have gone out of their way to support both Mum (and Dad) in whatever way they can. Both Mum and Dad have gained a great relationship with the carers. Burgundy have been very helpful to me too by always accommodating my extra requests as Mums needs became greater and phoning me straight away whenever necessary to report any issues. The App has been a great way for me to see how things are going on a daily basis and given me the piece of mind that everything was OK in between my visits.

Burgundy have now been looking after mum for several years. She is very happy with the care given which is relevant to her needs. Staff are always friendly and helpful. She would happily recommend their services to others.

All the team are professional , experienced, caring and go beyond what is needed for my mum. The app they use is invaluable, I don't live locally to my mum so to read how she has been and what she's eaten etc is a huge comfort.

If any of the daily tasks need adding to or taken away, they are actioned straight away. Communication from the office is excellent and the suggestions they have made recently (buying an air fryer so mum can have a wider choice of meals prepared quickly) is invaluable.

My mum calls the team her friends and that says it all.

Burgundy Care Services has looked after my dad for several months, until he had to go into a care home.They were very professional and had a kind, caring and supportive attitude, always chatting and listening to what he had to say. We very narrowly missed out on Burgundy Care as my grandmother was booted out of hospital, I am forever grateful Kirklees pushed their care package offer through at the last minute as they have been incredible. I had been organising my grandmothers nhs nightmare for months, as soon as Burgundy stepped in my shoulders relaxed and they have been nothing but amazing. The world of care is new to us and my grandparents were apprehensive about strangers in their home but immediately they felt at ease and 2 months in they adore all the carers that look after my grandmother so well. I absolutely cannot recommend them enough. The app is great, the updates we get are so helpful and often heartwarming. The manager came to meet us before the first visit after hospital discharge, which was quite traumatic as she was discharge home without the correct equipment and I had no idea about all the continence products she would require once home. They helped with all this massively.

After talking to the staff, there's no communication from Management to staff. Management don't like the client pointing thing's out, so they cut you off the app. Very unprofessional. Would definitely not recommend.

The care sector has many pressures, Burgundy will always strive to deliver as best as it can.

Unfortunately, my mum has recently passed away, but I just wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff who looked after my mum from April 2020 until June this year. Many of the staff also went above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure she was safe. The compassion and level of care shown enabled Mum to stay in her own home far longer than I ever thought would be possible. Thank you all.

We started with Burgundy Care in January 2022 and are still going strong. We feel very lucky to have the Burgundy team prompting Mum to take her medication and encourage her to eat and drink and provide pleasant company. We could not do without this as we do not live nearby. The care Burgundy provides, enables Mum to stay in her own home.

Every one of the carers that come to care for my mum is professional and provides an efficient service. They always make sure Mum is well looked after and has everything she needs around her on each visit.

My mum really likes all the carers. They take time on each visit to care for her needs and always have a friendly chat with her. She looks forward to each visit and has got to know each of them quite well. It is a great comfort to my sister and I, that she likes the people and trusts each and every one of them.

Thank you to the ladies who visit Mum, for the kindness and patience shown to her during her illness. Also, to the staff in the office for the help and advice and a willingness to listen, no matter how small the issue may seem and a willingness to go the extra mile.

The carers who visit my mum are all lovely and caring. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Not only do they treat my mum with respect, they also take the time to chat with her. Knowing my mum is happy, means a lot to us.

Brilliant service. Nothing too much trouble. My mum has come on so much since the carers got involved. All the carers are very friendly and look after my mum very well. I don't worry about my mum now, because I know she is well looked after.

Burgundy Care has been helping my wife to bathe and dress since the beginning of 2021, in that time we have found the staff to be friendly, helpful, patient and courteous. We are satisfied with the care my wife is necessary.

I find Burgundy Care Services to be thoughtful and reliable in the care of my father, and responsive in emergency situations.

Most of the staff are excellent, very caring and kind. The management always supportive if any problems arise. In a perfect world, same time, every visit would be good, but I know with holidays, sickness etc, this isn't possible, but they do the very best they can.

As the daughter of a client that also works full time. Myself and my mother rely on her caregivers 100% of the time. The carers a Burgundy Care could not be more helpful from providing all aspects of care to just having a chat with my mum. Through lockdown just spending time to talk to my mum is just as important as administering her medication. I am so grateful for the job that they do.

We found Burgundy to be very professional and caring. They listened to what my mum/we said and they used their initiative and obvious experience to make Mum's last few weeks at home as comfortable as possible.
