SureCare (Cheshire East)

SureCare Cheshire East provides person-centred care services to clients in their own homes. Live-in support is available, which includes dementia care, palliative care, reablement, and client-specific care which requires specialist training. SureCare can also provide care and support for those with learning and physical disabilities.

The SureCare team devises individualised support plans which take each client’s interests, likes and dislikes into account and are arranged on the client’s terms to ensure continuity of their existing arrangements and routines.

SureCare provides a range of care services including personal care, such as washing, dressing, medication support, and skin and hair care. The team can also help with daily life activities such as shopping, assisting with attending clubs and participating in hobbies, and accompanying clients to appointments. Read less
