My wife has dementia and is unable to stand without assistance, walk or speak. She has an hour each morning care and twice a week she is bathed using two carers. She is healthy and happy and the care given by SureCare (Cheshire East) is superb.
I have found the service to be very reliable, caring, empathetic and supportive of my mother and myself. Despite some inclement weather there has yet to be an occasion when my mother has been left without appropriate care. The only difficulty we have found not a criticism it that it has not been possible to establish a regular rota of carers. However, all the ladies who have attended have been first class. In summary, this company has lived up to its name!
