Blue Ribbon Community Care, located in South West London, offers a service built around personal needs, with versatile payment plans and care plans put together in collaboration with family and friends. Overall, a very positive experience with this company. Mum had two lovely carers who looked after her for the last two years of her life under some difficult circumstances at times, due to the dementia she suffered. We, as her family, found communication with both management and carers simple, efficient
and reassuring. Knowing Mum was being looked after so well, did so much for our peace of mind. Priceless! I'd recommend to anyone.

The care that my friend has received has been excellent and could not have stayed at home without the support from Blue Ribbon live-in care. She has had live-in care support for the last two years. I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Ribbon to anyone who is looking for live-in care.

We have been using Blue Ribbon for the past 5 months following a recommendation from a friend. We now have 2 amazing carers who work in rotation, and both feel like part of the family. They are both so kind, and a really good match with Mum. They allow (and encourage) her to do as much as she is
able to when she is well, and I believe that this has helped her health improve significantly over the past few months. Mum loves to go out and they are happy to take her to the supermarket or for a coffee, as well as her trips to the hospital. Both carers are also in regular contact with my Sister and me on WhatsApp which gives us a great deal of reassurance.
The manager and deputy manager have been brilliant to deal with. They are really responsive to any requests, very organised in making sure that there is coverage at all times, and responded well when we were allocated a carer that we didn’t feel was a good fit with Mum. I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone who is looking for live-in care.

My Mother needed help with personal needs whilst visiting her home, and then with her subsequent transfer of some distance from old to the new care home.


Blue Ribbon quickly understood what was required and provided a carer to help with Mum's move.


Throughout the home visits and move the carer

was very polite, helpful, understanding, caring and professional, and made a huge contribution to the success of the move, both physically for Mum and emotionally.


I would have no hesitation in using or recommending Blue Ribbon in the future. Thank you very much.
