I live in Australia and my mother became frail enough to need to transition from daily visits to full time live in carers. She would have had to go into care if not for these wonderful carers. After we left to return to Australia, mother became even more frail and was admitted to hospital. The carer
stayed with her and advocated for her, during her time in hospital, did her washing and saw to her needs, as well as providing some much needed support. Mother came home and transitioned into end of life care, and I can't speak more highly of the care she received. The carers were more than paid help, they became part of our family and kept me updated of mother's progress. My mother had wonderful end of life care, in her own home and well supported by Blue Ribbon. They should be called Blue Angels! My heartfelt gratitude goes to all of the girls. Those who were able to, attended mother's funeral.

Our live in carer Melanie has been with us for over 2 years, which had meant that we are able to be cared for at home, Mel is splendid in the way she cares for us. I have diverticulitis and have to be careful about diet. Mel goes out of her way to prepare delicious soups and meals.
We have a built
an excellent relationship over the time Mel has been with us.
We are so glad my daughter in law found this company and have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We contacted Blue Ribbon for help with care support for my father and his wife. Everything needed to be arranged within a week as Dad was being discharged from hospital. The management were really supportive, meeting with all involved and working out how best to meet the complex needs of a couple. They
also found a live in carer who was able to start quickly enough to allow Dad to get home as soon as he was able. She came into a complex situation and quickly got to know everyone. She also cared for Dad and his wife brilliantly, meeting all their physical needs, keeping the flat spotless and maintaining her warmth and professionalism through some challenging times.

Mam was initially nervous about "strangers" turning up each day to make a cup of tea and help with the more awkward chores around the house. Very quickly she realised that each carer was a lifeline of conversation, reassurance, practical help both in and out of the house, essential medical care and
someone she could always count on.
Blue Ribbon made a very difficult job look easy by being cheerful, caring and professional no matter what the demands. I would highly recommend them.

We have been using Blue Ribbon for nearly 3 years now to help look after my 91-year-old father.
The Assistance and care my father has received throughout this period has been nothing short of exceptional and on many occasions the service provider has exceeded our expectations.
My father's life and
quality of life, has been extended and enhanced by the team at Blue Ribbon. So thank you very much to all the team for your brilliant help and support for my dad.

Outstanding, we are so pleased that we found this care provider. After really bad experiences through local authority care we were told about this care provider. The process is so easy and straightforward. Our current full time carer is Edith who is so good with my mother in law, my mother in law who
has complex needs and the carers are put in place reflecting the need by a excellent team in HQ. The care plan is Outstandingly thorough and we can see this at anytime. The house is spotless and my mother in law is kept clean and tidy with all her needs met. Thank you to all the team you are angels. Edith is an outstanding carer who goes the extra mile.

Blue Ribbon Carers & Management - Professional, consistent, friendly, comfortable - words that sum up our experience from September to date.
Blue Ribbon was recommended to us by relatives and we are more than happy to have engaged the company to provide our care package required at the time, somewhat
in a hurry. We have built up a lovely relationship with the regular Carers who do whatever is required on each and every visit. Being responsible for sourcing care for a loved one could have been daunting, I'm very grateful for the recommendation which led me to Blue Ribbon.

Staff are very good. They cope with messy situations cheerfully. They are helpful, willing to do washing up etc. I can't think what else to say, but I can't move on to submit unless I do. When I first needed a carer, they were quick to oblige.

After a bad fall seven months ago, three months in hospital and rehab and a six-week free care package to enable me to return home, I needed to find my own private help, not least to allay the concerns of my close family, who all live far away. My son and I I had the same immediate reaction that only
Blue Ribbon could provide the help I needed. The representative was the only one who was not trying to "sell" the services of their agency but a hands-on manager who responded to all my concerns with a practical and positive attitude.
My principal carer is absolutely wonderful: always cheerful and pleasant, unobtrusively tactful, extremely efficient, flexible and obliging (if at all possible, she is always prepared to help me with other things, away from, as well as inside, my house. My regular Sunday morning carer is also excellent. They have both actually enhanced my life at home in contrast to all previous 'carers' I have dealt with. I feel incredibly fortunate!

Blue Ribbon have been providing companionship for my father-in-law since the beginning of the year. The care workers are always on time, professional and deal with him so well. They take him out for a walk or sit and chat with him if he prefers. Their kindness and compassion enable my mother-in-law
to leave the house and have some time for herself. I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Ribbon to anyone who is dealing with a partner with dementia.

My sister aged 88 fell at her home 35 miles from where I live. She suffered an undisplaced pelvic fracture and was hospitalised. She had been caring for her 95 year old partner who then and now, as my sister is no longer able, has been cared for by agency staff close to their home.
After hospital
care, my sister was released to my care for convalescence.
To arrange care for my sister, who needed assistance with hygiene and dressing, I contacted Blue Ribbon and was visited by the assistant supervisor. She quickly assessed the level and frequency of the care required and advised that this would be reviewed for suitability as time progressed.
The carers who visited were timely, cheerful friendly and efficient. A pleasure to have in my home and very well liked by my sister and myself.
I am sure that Blue Ribbon aided my sister's recovery and return to her home.

As a family this is the second time we have organised support for family with Blue Ribbon Care. On both occasions great support was provided in sometimes very difficult circumstances. The manager and her team provide excellent support and care. They are also proactive in their suggestions and assistance
as we navigate getting this right for Mum. Specifically they were there for Mum very quickly when an emergency arose and fabulous in their follow through to get Mum the right medical support. They maintain their professionalism at all times and take care to listen to the wishes of their clients as well as providing the right nudges to assist. We would not hesitate to recommend their services and support.

The service they provided to my mum was outstanding, both personal and caring.

The manager who manages the team is a thoroughly professional, caring and dedicated person. Her organisational skills are detailed, accurate and shows tremendous empathy towards our mother.
Her attention to detail in terms of mirroring how our mother likes her routine to be is near perfection and ensures
her well being throughout her daily care.
I cannot praise her enough for the dedication and loving care she has shown the family and our mother making sure her transition from total independence to accepting care provision as a necessity has been a seamless journey for Mum. Peace of mind for our family is a luxury she has provided us abd we are and will continue to be truly grateful!
