Staff are very good. They cope with messy situations cheerfully. They are helpful, willing to do washing up etc. I can't think what else to say, but I can't move on to submit unless I do. When I first needed a carer, they were quick to oblige.

After a bad fall seven months ago, three months in hospital and rehab and a six-week free care package to enable me to return home, I needed to find my own private help, not least to allay the concerns of my close family, who all live far away. My son and I I had the same immediate reaction that only
Blue Ribbon could provide the help I needed. The representative was the only one who was not trying to "sell" the services of their agency but a hands-on manager who responded to all my concerns with a practical and positive attitude.
My principal carer is absolutely wonderful: always cheerful and pleasant, unobtrusively tactful, extremely efficient, flexible and obliging (if at all possible, she is always prepared to help me with other things, away from, as well as inside, my house. My regular Sunday morning carer is also excellent. They have both actually enhanced my life at home in contrast to all previous 'carers' I have dealt with. I feel incredibly fortunate!

My sister aged 88 fell at her home 35 miles from where I live. She suffered an undisplaced pelvic fracture and was hospitalised. She had been caring for her 95 year old partner who then and now, as my sister is no longer able, has been cared for by agency staff close to their home.
After hospital
care, my sister was released to my care for convalescence.
To arrange care for my sister, who needed assistance with hygiene and dressing, I contacted Blue Ribbon and was visited by the assistant supervisor. She quickly assessed the level and frequency of the care required and advised that this would be reviewed for suitability as time progressed.
The carers who visited were timely, cheerful friendly and efficient. A pleasure to have in my home and very well liked by my sister and myself.
I am sure that Blue Ribbon aided my sister's recovery and return to her home.

As a family this is the second time we have organised support for family with Blue Ribbon Care. On both occasions great support was provided in sometimes very difficult circumstances. The manager and her team provide excellent support and care. They are also proactive in their suggestions and assistance
as we navigate getting this right for Mum. Specifically they were there for Mum very quickly when an emergency arose and fabulous in their follow through to get Mum the right medical support. They maintain their professionalism at all times and take care to listen to the wishes of their clients as well as providing the right nudges to assist. We would not hesitate to recommend their services and support.

The manager who manages the team is a thoroughly professional, caring and dedicated person. Her organisational skills are detailed, accurate and shows tremendous empathy towards our mother.
Her attention to detail in terms of mirroring how our mother likes her routine to be is near perfection and ensures
her well being throughout her daily care.
I cannot praise her enough for the dedication and loving care she has shown the family and our mother making sure her transition from total independence to accepting care provision as a necessity has been a seamless journey for Mum. Peace of mind for our family is a luxury she has provided us abd we are and will continue to be truly grateful!

My wife suffered from Alzheimer's for several years, I consequently, provided full-time care for about seven years. For six of these, Blue Ribbon provided the best of care, the last couple of years needing to attend twice a day. A key factor was the continuity of care, with two of the carers covering
the whole six-year period and another for the last two years. Having spoken to other carers, I know this continuity is not always the case. Furthermore, the practical and emotional support and advice they gave was invaluable and much appreciated. I am thoroughly satisfied with Blue Ribbon - they made a very difficult time a lot less difficult.

Mum enjoyed the cheerfulness and care the team took and I was pleased that she was being so well cared for. Thank you team!

Amazing care for my elderly mother. Staff that genuinely care about the welfare of their clients unlike some other companies we have used in the past. Always punctual for calls, and treat clients with the dignity and respect they deserve. My mum looks forward to her visits. Would highly recommend it!

Blue Ribbon Community Care has been caring for my elderly relative, I was nervous at first but I have total confidence in them now. I live quite far away so it was a concern but they have been really great!
I can leave them in charge and have peace of mind, so a big thank you.

My father received care from Blue Ribbon Community Care for over ten years. His life was enhanced greatly by the great personal and professional care he received each day. The carer's practical advice and genuine care gave us confidence and peace of mind when health issues arose. There was always someone
to guide me and always someone to make my father smile. Blue Ribbon became part of our family and good friends. They not only cared for my father but were amazing emotional support for us too.
The office staff are professional and very empathetic and always there to help with advice and always make that extra effort to accommodate the client's needs and their family.
We were very fortunate to have found Blue Ribbon, it made caring for my father so much easier.
Blue Ribbon staff played an important, supportive and loving role in my father's last years and I will always be grateful for the positive impact on our life as a family.

My husband was discharged from hospital with a palliative care package in place. Hitherto unknown to me Blue Ribbon provided excellent service - any two from a team of six insured continuity and were professional, caring, reliable, considerate and always encouraging.

My mother received domiciliary care from Blue Ribbon in addition to live-in care, during the last few weeks of her life.
All the carers were kind, helpful, compassionate and efficient. They treated my mum with dignity and professionalism and I would have no hesitation in using them again. As a family,
we were confident Mum was in safe hands and had no worries in leaving her in their care.

I have been using Blue Ribbon for some years to provide home care for my husband, who has terminal cancer and is bed bound. They are completely reliable and go out of their way to help, always ready to respond to requests for one-off extra assistance to allow me to have some time off. We have good continuity
of carers, who are all very kind and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Very pleased with the care provided for my 102-year-old father. I live in Scotland so I need the assurance that he is being looked after in his own home. He has a carer going in three times a day to attend to his needs, which is a great reassurance for me.

Blue Ribbon has been looking after my uncle who suffers from dementia and is 94 years of age for over 3 years. The management team have been excellent and very approachable if a problem needs resolving. We have had the same in house carer looking after him throughout this period. She has been very friendly
and understanding of my uncle’s requirements. When the carer is given time off the management always replace her with another high-quality carer taking into account my uncle’s needs.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Blue Ribbon who are a first-class outfit.

The management is excellent and very approachable, caring in a friendly understanding way to the service user, family and also their staff. This is a key factor to Blue Ribbob's success. The 3 live-in carers we have had are all high calibre, very experienced, trustworthy, reliable, cheerful and friendly
to the service user, his family and friends. Management ensures staff have regular Covid tests and Covid inoculations and provide PPE for them. The staff are given time off and another high standard carer comes with informed handovers.
