Bluebird Care Wiltshire North has a Review Score of 9.6 (9.606) out of 10, based on 24 reviews in the last 2 years.
Over all time Bluebird Care Wiltshire North has 59 reviews.
The only negative comment I would put down is the constantly changing new faces to provide the weekly 5 hour care to my son. I wish there was some consistency to the carer provided as it takes time to build the bond between the carer and the client. A familiar face will really help rather than a new face every week.
We are sorry that sometimes changes are made.
We will do our best to keep these to a minimum going forward.
When my Mother.suffered from recurring medical issues, Bluebird Care responded quickly to my request for extra help. They changed the schedule to accommodate the extra visits my Mother required.. The friendly care staff treated her with kindness & respect. Nothing was too much trouble for them in helping my Mother to recover.
Thank you for your review. We appreciate it and use all feedback to improve where required.
The company provides an extremely professional service, visibly providing great care for both their clients and staff. The particular carer that works for my great aunt provides exemplary care and regularly goes above and beyond to ensure the best care is provided. That is complimented by the support/office staff who are equally supportive to both my aunt and the carer.
We use all feedback to improve our range of services.
The Bluebirds are generally on time, difficult in an area with peculiar traffic conditions.
They perform their tasks with care and kindness and respect for my husband's dignity and condition.
They have frequently to work alongside district nurse and support her as much as they can.
Communication with the office is good, the staff being cheerful and friendly with a can-do attitude.Schedules and changes are updated in efficient and timely way.
Any concerns have been addressed.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service. We appreciate it and use all feedback to improve.
Bluebird stepped in when my husband suddenly needed care and I had a holiday booked. I found the assessment process and guidance invaluable and the respite package was set up swiftly. We continued to use Birdbird on a weekly basis to provide support when I was unable to be around due to grandparenting duty. They have always listened to our requests and done their best to fulfil them which is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service. We appreciate your feedback.
I am so grateful for the Bluebird team looking after my Mum, they are always friendly and kind when they turn up and very gentle and respectful of Mum. They assist my Dad with his caring duties and I know that a few carers have become like friends to Mum & Dad both. The team are always looking out for my parents and let me know if anything is slipping or they think they need more help. They have been keen to assist in care/funding reviews and are always flexible if we need a one-off change of time. Thank you for all your hard work.
Thank you for your positive review. We appreciate it.
Thank you

My mother had a fall, the career comforted her made her comfortable and kept her fluids up, until a family member arrived. Daily visits and carful administration of medication, leaving family to have a better relationship with mum, with out this help she wouldn't be able to live independently which could put pressure on family relationships.
We are proud of our service and use all feedback to develop and improve
We found Bluebird Care to be excellent, and built up my husband's confidence in a way that has been unbelievably valuable. We found them reliable, punctual and gentle and are most grateful to all of them.
Thank you for leaving such a positive reviewWe appreciate it.
The care over the last 12 months has varied from Excellent to unsatisfactory, but it is allowing my mother to stay in her home which is her wishes. At the moment she is very happy with the ladies who are looking after her.
Thank you for your review. We take all feedback seriously and use it to improve our range of services. We would welcome a conversation to discuss any areas where you feel we have not reached our usual high standards.
I have been looked after by Bluebird for the past five months. I have found the Bluebird carers to be very conscientious and caring in a genuine way. They have responded to the occasional difficult situation in a very professional and sensitive manner.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a positive review. We appreciate it and use all feedback received to improve our services.
My parents are treated with dignity, respect and compassion. All tasks are carried out by the carers as agreed. There is a small team of carers who visit mum and dad which works really well for them as there is continuity and familiar faces which helps them build a working relationship.
Mum and dad receive a weekly schedule so they know what time and which carer will be visiting. This is helpful for mum and dad's routine and for planning appointments etc.
Any changes are usually communicated by telephone to mum and dad or are emailed to me.
There is good communication regarding management at Bluebird Care and if there is any cause to discuss any problems the management team listen to concerns and discuss and address whatever the problem is.
I would recommend Bluebird Care.

Mum has been cared for wonderfully by Bluebird Wiltshire North for the past two and a half years. We have been fortunate to have one superb live-in carer for much of that time, with an excellent stand in when she is away. The care and compassion delivered is second to none, plus our current lady is a good cook too. The office oversee the account closely, with weekly visits, reviews with me, and the admin is always spot on too. We are confident we made the best choice when we were seeking care for Mum.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review we appreciate it.
Carers are kind, responsive & understanding. Administrative staff are also good as I often need to change arrangements due to hospital visits/appointments & they do their best to accommodate these changes, often at short notice. Persistent changes in medication needs are also addressed efficiently. I am more than satisfied with the daily care Bluebird provides to my mother-in-law and would be happy to recommend them.
Thank you, Dawn,Your feedback is much appreciated.
My father has been using Bluebird for a year now and the service is always of a high standard. All the care givers are friendly and professional providing physical care and emotional support. The carers ensure fluids are always available and my father maintains a good fluid intake and output even in this weather but is reluctant to eat in hot weather and is encouraged by all the carers to have something at each meal time even when not hungry. This helps maintain his strength and independence. As always, in a team, one or two carers stand out as excellent but all the carers provide a very high standard and I would happily recommend the service to others
Thank you, Cheryl, we appreciate you taking the time to leave such a positive review of our service.
Happy with the service provided live in carer has been outstanding , communication has been good and both my relatives have been very well cared for. If there have been any concerns they have been addressed promptly.

Dad is gently reminded to eat and drink and to maintain hygiene, as well as encouraged to chat about things important to him. Dad's environment is kept clean and tidy. He is very well cared for and we feel his needs are being met. Dad is happy with the visits and reports liking the carers. I am extremely pleased with the service provided to our dear father.
We want to thank you for your kind review.Keeping our customers safe and at home is at the forefront of everything we do.We are pleased to hear you feel we are doing what we say we will.
I am the daughter of a service user. I find the service overall very good, reliable commited staff always smiling and willing to meet my mothers needs. The staff interact and communicate very well with mother, my sister finds it easie to access information on the visit and moms interaction, weither she has had personal care, food drink etc. Mother likes the carer and she's happy with the service.
Thank you for leaving such a positive review, we appreciate it.We use all feedback to improve our range of services
Bluebird were very reactive and on two occasions managed to provide us with carers only a few days before Christmas which was very much a last minute thing.
Sadly the last time we used them was for my Dad for the last two weeks of his life. It was a quick decision as a family that we needed help as we could see our Dad was deteriorating. We spoke with Bluebird literally a couple of days before Christmas and they managed to provide us with a carer straight away. We were so appreciative as this gave everyone the best possible Christmas. Oscar was absolutely fantastic and looked after Dad so well and gave him the company that he loved.
I would definitely recommend Bluebird to anyone looking for home care, they will provide you with a piece of mind service and give you the respite you probably need.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a positive review. We appreciate it.We use all feedback to improve our range of services.
