The care and support given to my in-laws has made a notable difference to their day-to-day life and well-being. Bluebird Care Wiltshire North eased the pressure on the family making our visits more meaningful. Any issues are dealt with promptly and rectified. The carers are lovely and most take control of the visit which instil confidence for Mum and Dad, which is needed.

We have experienced good and attentive care from Bluebird agency. Thank you. I appreciate the fact that you listen to my dad's needs and make the necessary changes. One wish is we would like to see Dad taken out in his wheelchair - maybe to the shop, just to get some fresh air. We need to also feed him up and give encouragement to him to eat what and when he wants (10/10 - excellent).
Thank you for your positive review.

We found the organisation of the carers to be very efficient. We also found the carers to be of a very high standard, being kind, compassionate and understanding. Their patience in dealing with my 98-year-old mother was excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird to others requiring the same service.

Bluebird care took my son on recently as a client we have had many unsuitable agencies which. Didn't help my sons mental health. He now has male care with the ability to chat. Take my son out personal care with smile. Which as uplifted. My son. To what he truly is ! Forever grateful to have the happy son. Having good care is so important as its the only break I get. I feel happy knowing byron is happy !

The carer provided was a most attentive carer, and we could not have wished for better.
The carer was with him right to the end when he passed away, and for a young man, he dealt with this situation impeccably.
Overall, there is only one word which I would use, and that is outstanding. Thanks to all those that helped at the end of his life as he would have wanted to be in his own home.
Thank you for your review. We use all feedback to drive improvements within our business.
All my carers are amazing. They treat me with respect but also show their high level of knowledge in care matters as the high level of training shows and is very reassuring. I feel as safe as I did with the nurses who looked after me in the hospital. Along with all that, they lift my spirits every morning. My ladies clearly love what they're doing and definitely take pride in how they do everything, and this is where the feeling safe comes into my daily experience, so thank you every one.

Bluebird carers have been wonderful with my 95-year-old mum. They have been great company for her and been able to encourage her to eat, something I was unable to do. The transition from one carer to the next was seamless and I really value the work that has gone into providing live-in care. Mum is now able to stay in her own home and has made a wonderful friend of her main carer. The family can now relax- thank you so much.
Thank you for your review we are pleased to be able to support your Mum to remain in her own home.
My sisters and I would like to thank you and your staff for your care, love and support shown to our Mum over the years, but particularly since August 2020. Having a stranger to support you when still wanting to be independent is never easy, but your staff made the transition as painless and cheerful as possible and showed Mum great compassion as she became frailer. We also found your staff very helpful and supportive as we became increasingly aware of our Mum’s pending passing. Thank you.
We use all feedback to learn and make changes where needed.
I have been using Bluebird Care for over two years to assist me with my wife's care. This has gone from primarily companionship, with minimal personal care to primarily personal care with limited opportunity for companionship, as my wife's condition has deteriorated. Bluebird Care have always been accepting of my requirements and standards when it comes to my wife's care and have made adjustments willingly, as and when requested. Bluebird Care recruitment process ensures that they strive to recruit individuals who want to be carers, not individuals who just want a job. Their induction and on-going training ensures that all their staff are fully conversant with current care sector policy and procedures. The management and directors display both a professional and supportive attitude to the staff and to their clients, which I have no doubt is reflected in a low turnover of both. Value for money I have rated as 'Don't Know' as I have nothing recent to measure this rating against.
Thank you for your review, we use our customer reviews to improve our services.
The support I have received from Bluebird is exemplary. With their support, I was able to leave the hospital, and return to living in a more relaxed homely setting. The carers are all very understanding, have a passion for caring and non-judgemental. Everyone who visits me takes the time to talk to me and make every day brighter. All of the carers are very professional, and nothing is too much trouble. Everyone at Bluebird is very approachable and always makeS time for me. I would no hesitation in recommending Bluebird. They really have made such a positive difference.
The carers are all kind, sympathetic and supportive in doing those tasks that are difficult or impossible for me. One of my problems is standing unsupported. They wash up, prepare vegetables, make my bed and generally leave me set up for the day. They are on hand if I get into difficulties in the shower. With one minor exception, they have anticipated my needs and made my life much easier.
I am very impressed with the care and consideration shown to my parents. Nothing is too much trouble. My parents feel very happy with the help they are getting and have built up a good rapport with their lady. Thank you to everyone we have dealt with.
I know that without Bluebird Care I would not be able to stay in my own home! The staff are so kind and helpful to me; as I am quite disabled in many ways. I look forward to seeing them every day. I couldn't manage without you, thank you for your continued support at this time.
I had researched care companies before approaching Bluebird Care and I believe we have made the right decision. So far things have gone very well with my mum who was at first resistant to the support (even though she had agreed). If I have had anything of the slightest concern, I have called and discussed things with the office team/manager who has sorted any requests immediately. As a family, we know it is important to have care at home rather than our mother having to leave her home of many years. Thank you Bluebird team.
The flexibility this service offers my mum is amazing. We can have a carer when we need one! Care is very good too. Exactly as per the care plan.

Grace enjoys walking and exploring different parts of the UK, travelling abroad, and being creative.

My journey in care started in 2008 after finding it challenging juggling work, children and caring for elderly parents. This is the reality for so many families as they face difficult decisions when considering care for their loved ones. This persuaded me to go into Care. I have a deep desire to ensure high-quality Care for people carried out by well-trained caring workers. At Bluebird Care, we are constantly striving to achieve this.
