We pride ourselves on providing excellent quality Home Care at competitive prices.
The cost of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from 30 minute visits to 24 hour Live-in Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.
Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.
We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.
We want to make arranging Home Care as simple and easy as possible. When you contact your local Team, we’ll work with you to design a customised care plan. Once you choose our service, your care plan is kept under constant review so that it continues to suit you.

situation. Each carer was competent and able to use the varying equipment needed during my husband's care which I don't think could have been better. Thank you Alina Carers your help brightened our lives.
Thank you, Jo, for your lovely compliment, I will pass it on to the whole team.
My mum came home from hospital in February having been in hospital for 2.5 months. She was weak and tired. She has 24-hour live-in care from Alina and has flourished. She is happy and content and so well cared for. She looks years younger! The live-in carers and relief carers have become friends of all the family and show so much patience. We are so grateful.
Thank you, Elaine, I will make sure your lovely compliment is passed onto the team!
Alina Homecare looked after my mum over the last four years. Sadly she has just passed away. She loved their visits (three times a day) and chats. The Alina team have been brilliant - real professionals who go that extra mile. It has been a real blessing, especially over this past year to know that Mum was in such good hands. Thank you to the team for all your care, help, support, and kindness shown over the years!
Thank you Maria for your lovely review! I will ensure it is passed on to the whole team!
My mum was cared for by Alina and I have to say that they provide the most excellent service that is possible. The carers were lovely to her and it was a great relief to know that she was being cared for in this way. In return, she also loved to see them and nothing was any trouble for them to do. Sadly she has just passed away but I feel much more content knowing that she had friendly company three times a day at the end of her days. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for her and would highly recommend Alina Homecare to any person that may require this type of service and needs a loved one looking after.
Thank you very much for your kind words! We will be sure to pass this on to the team who will appreciate the lovely compliment.
My parents were always sceptical of people they did not know coming into their house, but as my mother's health deteriorated they had no choice. Based upon recommendation I contacted Alina and it was the best decision that I could have made. Alina quickly assessed my mother's needs and continued to at regular intervals as her health changed. They were a great support when dealing with social services and funding and assisted me greatly in getting the right services from the NHS etc. The carers that came into the house, and at the end this was 2 carers four times a day and one overnight, were exemplary. They were all different but they bought a ray of sunshine into the house and perked up my mother and provided good interaction with my father. The biscuit tin has yet to recover! As per the title, they were carers but they proved to be a lot more than that.
Thank you for this lovely compliment, it will be passed on to the team.
The Alina Team have been wonderful, so helpful, kind and accommodating to Mum's needs. Mum still likes to be in control and the carer comes around twice a week and helps Mum to shower and wash her hair wash. She helps Mum get dressed and after, sits and has a chat and a cup of tea and they have struck up a lovely friendship. Just this hour or so gives me respite and gives Mum a chance to have a good old natter.
The carer put Mum's mind at rest from the first visit and is so thoughtful. Nothing is too much trouble for her.
All the team at Alina Homecare Brighton are dedicated and have a high level of commitment to delivering the most outstanding care to all of the clients. The last few months must have presented numerous challenges to both the carers and the office staff, but as always, they have worked tirelessly and without complaint to keep everyone safe and well. The client has both cognitive and physical challenges that Alina respond to with pure patience and kindness.
I had been looking after my mother for four and a half months without any assistance and consequently I was looking for an agency to give me some much needed respite. With Alina I have not only received this but the carers have been excellent and given my mother some additional company which has been very good for her, striking the right balance of being very caring but never condescending. This has allowed me some time to myself to recharge my batteries and consequently become a better carer for my mother.
From the first time I spoke to the manager I was completely overwhelmed by the way she made me feel reassured about putting the care of my parents in her hands. She did not disappoint along with the carer and her team mum and dad have had their every need taken care of even when we had to move to palliative care for dad they made sure his passing was as comfortable and calm as it could possibly be. Moving forward with sadly just mum they continue to support me with mum's ever-changing needs and for this, I will be eternally grateful.
The carers that I met were all very kind and positive and had a lovely way of dealing with my friend who has Alzheimer's.
They were prepared to go the extra mile to ensure she was happy.
Before the carers were involved she was not eating properly or taking her medication. They made sure she had at least two if not three meals a day - my friend was not a big eater at the best of times - and always took her daily medication.
She has enjoyed many trips out which usually involved having either breakfast, elevenses or lunch and the odd spot of shopping.
The good humour and loving care in quite testing circumstances has been simply wonderful! Our grateful thanks to everyone at Alina and how pleased we are that my cousin's partner will continue to receive care from you. Five stars seems totally inadequate! 10* far more appropriate! Keep up the excellent work!
The Alina team looked after my Mum who had Alzheimer's and needed everything doing for her. They were always fantastic with her and she really looked forward to their visits. One particular lady especially made her laugh and they would sing together whilst having a wash and brush up. They were so caring with her once the care became palliative. The manager then turned around a care package really quickly, which enabled us to get Dad home from hospital for his last few days. I cannot express how much appreciated this was. Thanks to all who have helped.
Overall I was very pleased with the service provided by Alina Homecare over many years. They were very reliable and could always be trusted to attend on schedule. The majority of staff made a strong personal connection with the client, an important aspect when they may be the only contact throughout the day. Some of the staff were exceptional, going far beyond the level of personal care expected. The staff were very good at maintaining contact with the family members in times of difficulty and the office staff very amenable in terms of providing extra care in times of need. The cleaners and household duties were done to a high standard in contrast to previous care agencies. If improvement were to be made it might be to increase the level of support for inexperienced carers to prepare them better for dealing with patients with dementia who frequently can be difficult, uncooperative, suspicious and unintentionally rude to carers they see on an infrequent basis.
Very good staff. I adore my carers and have relied on them to get me this far. Thank you very much for looking after me.
I have nothing but praise for Alina Homecare Brighton. They have given 24-hour care to my relative (now deceased). All the carers have been loving and diligent. The office staff have been exemplary and efficient and kind. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Alina Homecare Brighton has been providing care for my 91yr old aunt for the past year.
She is always treated with respect and understanding. Beyond the day to day routine, the carers sit and have a little chat with her, take an interest in what she has been doing and take time to reassure her on the days when she is particularly confused or anxious. On several occasions, they have gone that "extra mile" for my aunt's comfort.
When safety issues regarding medication arose, these were quickly identified and dealt with and a permanent solution efficiently put in place.
Reluctant to have carers at first, these kind and caring ladies have completely won my aunt over. She tells me "They are lovely girls. We always have a laugh. Nothing is too much trouble for them"
I live a 3-4 hour car journey away from my aunt and needed a care agency I could trust. Alina has proved to be 100% reliable, professional, kind and caring. I have complete confidence in their care of my aunt.
On the few occasions when we have had emergencies, they have stepped in and managed the situation extremely well.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
