Mum has only been receiving care from Right at Home for just 2 weeks but I can already see an improvement in her general wellbeing. The staff and carers are friendly, helpful, well organised and genuinely seem to care for mum, nothing is too much trouble. She is already settled with her carers and enjoys
their visits, her mood has lifted and she has started responding to them. I have been kept informed right the way through the process and receive regular phone calls from the carer, who is fabulous, really well organised and keeps on top of everything. I also met the manager on the first visit, who is a lovely caring person. I am very impressed by the level and quality of care from these providers and have no hesitation in recommending them.

My brother and I have been using the services of Right at Home for over 3 years now for my 98-year-old mother. Initially, she had 3 visits a day to prepare meals and help with the household chores and more recently we have progressed to a live-in carer as she has become more frail.


I can’t praise

the manager and his team enough! Nothing is too much trouble and he always keeps my brother and myself informed as to any issues or concerns whatever the time of day or night.


My mum has liked all the carers provided and has become fond of the manager, as he sometimes calls in just for a chat with her.

I used Right at Home to care for my father for nearly a year, only finishing with them in January this year when my father was admitted to hospital and sadly passed away.
They looked after my father 2 days a week and the whole time he was treated with the utmost dignity and had wonderful care. He looked
forward to the carers coming, and they went out of their way to make sure he was well looked after,
The staff in the office were a pleasure to deal with and they never let us down. They always made sure that the carers they provided knew my father and understood all his medical requirements.
I would recommend Right at Home time and time again and can’t thank them enough for the wonderful care my father received.

Right at Home (South Trafford) have been looking after my father for quite some time. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The manager and his team went out of their way to make sure that his every need was catered for. Sadly dad passed away last month and I know for sure that he would have wanted
me to provide a glowing reference for them. In the latter years, he had an awful lot of medical conditions that needed attention. They took all of these under their stride and looked after him so well. From my sister, brother and I, thank you so much for everything.

We were delighted with the service provided by ‘Right At Home’ for the support of my mother. We were made to feel straightaway that the service was all about the needs of the individual and so it proved to be. My mother, a dementia sufferer, benefitted greatly from the visits of the carers, who provided
support for her in a variety of ways. The service was flexible, adapting to changing circumstances, and the carers were always on time and very attentive. I would have no hesitation in recommending ‘Right At Home’.

It was a huge decision for my family to appoint carers for Mum who suffers from dementia. Initially, Mum was adamant that she did not want carers coming into her home but the situation was becoming increasingly difficult both for her and the family. I can't emphasise how much 'Right At Home' carers
have changed both Mum's and our lives to the point that the family as a whole could not survive without them. The team that care for Mum consist of four ladies and Mum is now very fond of all of them. I understand that all members of the team are NVQ qualified (or taking the qualification) in caring for someone with dementia, so much so that the family often refer to them for advice on dealing with Mum's behaviour. This advice has been so valuable to us in dealing with Mum's condition. The ladies treat Mum with dignity and compassion and nothing is too much trouble. Without hesitation, I recommend this company to anybody thinking of appointing an outstanding and professional caring team.

The name of the agency reflects, accurately in my view, the quality of the care that it has provided for our son. The ladies are both caring and very competent and seem to know, by training and, probably, by instinct, just what is needed by our son, each time that they visit.
At the initial visit,
it was clear that they were able to carry out the necessary care and to make our son enjoy their presence in helping him, in the morning, at the afternoon visit, or at his bed-time.
The carers come on time, at the agreed times and are able to carry out the necessary tasks to help our son, without seeming to be in a rush.
They are always cheerful and able to communicate, effectively and accurately, what they have observed and what our son's condition and mood is during their visit.
Our son is happy with their assistance and that, in turn, makes us, as parents, happy and reassured that the care being provided is right for our family's need.

We were surprised and delighted by the quality of care provided by the ladies from the agency, for our son. The attitude and efficiency of each of the ladies who comprise the small team of his carers was a shock, a delightful shock, when we observed their dedication to our son's care needs. Communication
is an important element of care and our son is talked to while they carry out their duties. The ladies are, without exception, able to communicate effectively and professionally with us, his parents, about what is needed by our son, at the end of each visit. Communication with the management is also effective, with rapid and knowledgeable responses to our calls and e-mails.
Thank goodness that we found them and that they, in turn, were able to provide the necessary care with efficiency and to such an impressive standard.

We have a regular carer who came to look after my mum and who comes to stay with us. She is 86 and a very private person she was brilliant with her. And mum felt she kept her dignity very much. Thank you for all you did.

When my mother started to be unable to look after herself properly, I wanted to bring in a care agency who would provide more than just the basic care she needed. I met with the staff from Right at Home (South Trafford) and was impressed by their professionalism. Since using them I have been exceptionally
pleased by the standard of care she is receiving, my brother commenting on how it is a weight off his mind now she is being looked after by people who care. They cook, clean and generally look after her - getting her up in the morning, helping her to clean up accidents with dignity, and even call late evening to put her to bed and make sure she is alright. With her loving fish and chips, they even go out to buy them for her twice a week.
My mother is not the easiest of people to deal with in her old age but the carers put this to one side and have strategies to bring her around and engage with them.
Thank you, excellent work and I highly recommend you to others in similar positions.

My mother had a fall a few weeks ago which affected her mobility badly and also contributed to the onset of other health complications resulting in a huge change in her ability to take care of herself within a short period of time. I found Right at Home (South Trafford) on the website and can only say
what fantastic help they provided to our mother when she needed it most. All the staff were very professional and compassionate in every degree. Thanks again from my mother and myself.

Right from the start, we as a family felt completely amazed at the level of care all the girls provided for my Grandad. Our situation was very hard but all the staff were incredible and regularly kept me up to speed with an update on my Grandad's progress. My Grandad sang their praises and he came on

I want to thank you for making what has been a stressful decision much easier for myself and my parents. I knew my mum and dad wanted to stay in their own home but were reluctant to accept help or support as they were "managing". We knew they would feel apprehensive and I wanted to try and make it as
painless as possible. I wanted to make sure they were at the centre of their care as well as being safe. As a healthcare professional myself I could see my parents struggling to keep on top of things but living 120 miles away I was struggling to support them. I have certainly found a care agency that truly looks after my parents. I cannot thank the team enough for the support and ongoing advice they have given me. I feel completely assured that my mum and dad are truly getting the best and if there are any problems I get a call. We have had to change things regularly because my mum has been in and out of hospital but nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend Right at Home

It is hard to introduce carers to my (previously) independent mother who is reluctant to admit she needs any help and support when the support is as much for us, her family, as for her. Right at Home has a introduced a wonderful carer for my mother and made it easy, the service is truly faultless, kind
and compassionate, and bodes well for the future when we can anticipate needing to increase the level of support needed.

We can not thank the care team at Right at Home enough, we have had carers for my mother and father several times over the years, and we have never been pleased with the service provided. We are thrilled with everything the whole team have done for us, mum has enjoyed the carers company immensely.
Working away from the UK and organising emergency care providers can be very stressful, the manager and the team, supported and helped me, having everything in place to enable my mum to come home from the hospital and maintain her very independent life. This has most definitely helped my mum recover from her fall and gain the confidence she needs to continue living on her own. Thank you very much to all at Right at Home.

My family has used Right at Home to provide live-in care for my Mum for the past five months and we are very happy with the care received.
The agency has been very professional in all aspects of organising the care package which is complex and reflects a high level of need. There has been excellent
liaison between the management and our family and any problems which have arisen have been quickly sorted out, through discussion and good communication.
It has been useful to read the carer's file and the clear recordings provide a good overview of the day-to-day care provided.
The agency has always been understanding and flexible and the carers have been competent and caring, which has meant that we have had no concerns about Mum's care and believe that we have made the right choice in selecting Right at Home.

The decision to appoint a home care agency is difficult for both client and family. My mother is very independent and found it difficult to accept that she needed some help. We had tried a number of different agencies which had not been successful. So pleased we found Right at Home. Their approach
was exemplary and they place the client at the centre of everything; accessing them as an individual person. This helped in our choice and the confidence we had in appointing Right at Home. We are absolutely delighted with the care and attention shown to my mother in law by Right at Home.
It gives us peace of mind when we cannot be there and the frequent updates are very reassuring.

The Manager and his team are without a doubt one of the most professional, caring and flexible home care agencies in the area. From my initial telephone conversation with him I knew straight away I had found someone who genuinely cared about his clients.


I knew mum would need a softly softly approach

introducing 'strangers' into her home as she is fiercely independent and as I watched the carer talking to mum and more importantly listening to mum, I could see the approached she used soon won mum over.
In the last few months we have had to occasionally change the routine of the visits, this has been instantly reorganised to suit mum and nothing is too much trouble.


The Manager keeps in close contact with me at all times updating me of any changes or concerns he may have with regards to mums welfare. He has the most wonderful staff, one in particular who is a truly delightful and caring person and mum looks forward to her visits.


Having had some bad experiences with care agencies in the past with my late father, I am so delighted to have found at last, a company I am 100% confident and happy with and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Most of us at some point in our lives will have to make difficult decisions about the care and well-being of elderly or disabled loved ones. It can be a traumatic and very emotional time for all concerned. Fortunately, there are many good organisations and people who are well trained and committed to helping elderly and disabled people maintain their independence and quality of life in their own homes.


I decided to become a part of Right at Home because of their exceptionally high standards, their well-developed systems, and especially their ethics. Each local office is owned and managed by local people like me who are committed to serving their communities. Our endeavours are backed by Right at Home, which has a growing world-wide network of more than 500 offices. Accordingly, we have a wide support network of knowledgeable and experienced owners and our national office to draw on.


Prior to opening Right at Home South Trafford, I had masters degrees in business and marketing. I have since completed an NOQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.


Our commitment to the South Trafford area is to ensure that the quality of care and the well-being of our clients is at the heart of everything we do. Our caregivers are carefully selected and provided with continuous training and support to enhance their skills and (if they wish) develop their careers in health and social care. As Registered Care Manager for Right at Home South Trafford, my role is to ensure the implementation and compliance of relevant legislation and regulatory body guidance. I have over 20 years of experience in Health and social care, 17 years as a Registered Care Manager in Domiciliary Care along with ‘hands-on’ care experience.  I joined Right at Home South Trafford as I share the same values, whereby trust, quality, compassion and respect are at the centre of everything they do. 



My heart is in homecare, I am very passionate about person-centred care and believe that everyone has the right to live a fulfilling life, empowering them to make decisions about what their care looks like. It is a privilege to be involved in devising person-centred support plans that enhance people’s quality of life. 



I have achieved various qualifications over the years including Level 4 in Health & Social Care, train the trainer in Alzheimer’s, Medication, Manual Handling and Safeguarding. I was fortunate enough to be chosen by the Department of Health to be trained as a Life story work train the trainer, proving to be an excellent tool when supporting clients with dementia. 


It’s important to me that all Caregivers have the skills and knowledge required to ensure we provide our clients with excellent support, ensuring dignity, respect and safety always. 


I have a positive outlook and am at my happiest when I am helping people. I hope that my experience and compassion will support people on their homecare journey. I love meeting clients along with building great relationships with both clients and caregivers.

I have been working for Right at Home for almost three years now, I now have a Level six degree in Integrated Health and Social Care and have been promoted to senior carer.


I have always been interested in care, as I enjoy helping others and working alongside others too. I am a very caring and passionate person and I love getting to know people. I also love to cook, do gardening and spend time with my amazing children.

My name is Sophie and I am a Senior Caregiver at Right at Home South Trafford. I began working for Right at Home in 2018. Throughout my time here, I have achieved Level 2 and Level 3 in Health and Social Care. I love being out in the community, meeting the clients and bringing a smile to their faces.


I enjoy learning new things, and I am always willing to expand my knowledge. It is important to me that Caregivers and clients are happy, as this allows the team to provide the best quality of care.


The team at Right at Home are amazing, and it is a joy to work with every one of them.


My home life is busy, I am very family orientated, I like to spend my free time on mini adventures with my children whether sunny or raining ( they may not agree!). I also love collecting rare Pokemon cards.
