Really happy with my mums care. Between myself and the carers, all of mums needs are taken care of. Carers are so friendly and supportive. I feel that I can relax knowing that my mum is in good hands when I am not available.

I have had Caremark for about five & a half years and I have been able to get in touch with them for any issues I may have about my call times all the girls are very nice and helpful with my care they can't do enough to help with my care.
After changing from Fosse care to Caremark it as made such a dramatic improvement to my wellbeing. The staff are all amazing and I actually look forward to my visits now whereas before I dreaded them. All the girls are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The personal care is second to none, the food they prepare is delicious, showers are a doddle and all my shopping needs are sorted after we make a list on my morning call. All the girls are so friendly and sociable which for a person like me with my disabilities is key to maintain my mental stability. I could go on writing for ages but in all seriousness I couldn't speak highly enough for the complete package that Caremark provide.

Excellent care from the carers, always go above and beyond I can honestly say they are the best. They saved my life in 2022 knowing I was poorly and reassuring me going to the hospital I would be ok. Always found the field care supervisor supportive when visiting, overall, would definitely recommend Caremark to anyone.

The cheerful carers who only want to please you and make you feel individually important are outstanding. Any calls to the office are promptly dealt with, with understanding and efficiently. Carers arrive on time, wear the correct PPE and we have lovely chats as I shower and get ready. Carers are respectful of myself, my home and others living here. Office staff answer the telephone in a timely manner and are always polite and helpful.

The family are very happy with the care that the Caremark team give to our Mum. She often talks about the excellent care they give her. This is of course a great piece of mind for us all knowing she is being looked after four times a day. Hi, I'm Chloe. I have been with the company since January 2020 and have progressed to my current role of Care Manager in this time. Providing high-quality care to those who need it is close to my heart. It is so important to provide care with dignity and respect and to make customers feel supported whilst living in their own homes. I have worked in the care industry for many years, and I’m very passionate about it. I aim to pass on my passion and knowledge of this profession in the training that I provide to our wider team of Care and Support workers (CSWs) so that I can be sure they are all trained to the highest level. I am also responsible for the management of our team of Field Care Supervisors who support the CSWs working in the community to ensure that our vulnerable customers are supported to remain in their own homes independently for as long as possible by ensuring that initial assessments with new customers provide person-centred care plans which promote independence and freedom of choice to all our customers.
I am a Care Coordinator for Caremark Mansfield & Ashfield, responsible for the permanent allocation, and care workers' schedules.
I have worked in care for 5 years and began my journey in the care sector with Caremark in 2017. Since then I have worked as a senior care worker for another care company where I gained experience with rosters and moved back to where my heart really was with Caremark to ensure that staff have consistency as well as customers, my priority is to ensure all our care workers are providing outstanding care and have the time to do so. We work hard to ensure the clients always have consistency and having had experience in the field as a care and support worker I am relatable with the care assistants as I have worked to a schedule before, and I know the importance of keeping consistency and preferred areas. I am responsible for the management of incident forms deciding what support the customer needs when they are submitted and providing advice to all Care Assistants.
I am very approachable and willing to help in any way I can. The team around me really do care and I find that is really important to me.

I started working with Caremark in late 2022 as a care assistant not being in the care sector before I spent 16 years in the hair and beauty sector, so caring was very new to me but I would never look back. Making a difference in people life’s is amazing and I wouldn’t dream of doing anything else! Hi, I’m Joanne I have worked for Caremark Mansfield & Ashfield since October 2022. I started my employment as a Care assistant, a job that I thoroughly enjoyed. I found myself thriving in this role due to my caring nature and given the opportunity to meet new people. I had previously worked as a care assistant in the community and in a care home supporting people with brain injuries, after taking a break to undertake a job as an office receptionist and to have my children I knew this was the time to return to a job that I am very passionate about.
