Robin Home Care has been providing compassionate home care services to people living in Ealing, Richmond and the surrounding areas for over seven years and offers care packages tailored to each individual's needs and requirements.

In May 2018, the CQC awarded an 'outstanding' rating to the agency, a significant achievement because fewer than 2 per cent of home care agencies in England have an outstanding rating.

The team pride themselves on attention to detail and understand that needs change all the time. Care workers and office staff regularly review the support plans of the clients to ensure their needs are being met, whilst maintaining and promoting their independence.

Carers are hand-picked and led by the registered care manager as Robin Home Care endeavour to find the right carer for each client. All staff undergo comprehensive and continuous training to ensure quality and continuity for the service users.

Visits from care workers can range from short stays to round-the-clock care and can assist with personal care, domestic housekeeping tasks and offer companionship to those who require it.

Heritage Homecare have been providing care to my father who has dementia. In the past, we have always found it difficult to find an agency which is reliable and who can provide the same carer each week. I have been extremely happy with Heritage Healthcare and have been with them for 2 years. What makes them so special are that the carers are so so wonderful. So much so that I regard them as part of the family. They really are professional, reliable and really caring towards my 87-year-old father who
has Alzheimer's.
If there are any problems they are fixed straight away. They are also very flexible with cover, allowing myself and my family time off for much needed holidays or respite.
The managing staff really are passionate about providing the best possible service and hold reviews every 6 months. Amazing people and amazing service!

A kind, caring and very professional agency that made daily visits to my elderly mother for a year. I trusted the Heritage carers implicitly. My mother had around three or four regular carers visiting which meant they could get to know her needs, likes and dislikes and she could build up a personal
relationship with each of them. She enjoyed the visits and company and always remarked how she was treated with kindness and dignity. Management kept me well informed and gave me personal support too.

I do believe that staying with this agency, I am more vulnerable and uncared for. First of all, I told them few times that I do not appreciate 2 carers a week but 3 are unacceptable. Spoke with them today Wednesday 18.4.18 but of course, they deny that from Monday 16.4.18 I had already 3 carers. Monday
16.4.18, the agency got in touch with my Drs surgery, as it wasn't possible for me to go to the Dr as the lift is not working and I needed urgent care. Tuesday 17.4.18 I received another carer that didn't know the last things about my current health situation, she wasn't informed? and today Wednesday 18.4.18 I received another carer. That's 3 only in 3 days.

Dear EF, I was very sorry to read that you are not happy with the service we provided you so I have carried out a full investigation. As we explained when we started your service, our policy is to have a team of carers for each client to ensure continuity of care as each care and obviously, our carers do not work seven days a week. On the dates in question, two of the carers were in your team and attended to you as normal. You are correct that one carer was new to you because of an emergency. We rang you to inform you and gain your consent as we did not want to leave you without care. I am sorry that you feel that this did not satisfy your needs. Also, we did indeed call your GP, after gaining your consent, and because you were not able to leave your home we arranged to pick up your prescription and delivered your medication to you at no additional charge. Again, I apologise if this is not what you wanted. We take any concern raised by a client very seriously and if you wish to discuss this further, please contact me directly on 0203 1001220. Heritage Healthcare has been visiting my mother daily for 5 months. Her team of carers are presentable, punctual, reliable, attentive and kind. Mum enjoys their visits and I have peace of mind knowing that somebody has popped in to ensure that she has taken her medication, had something to eat, had
a chat and checked that she is okay. This is vital to me when working away from home. Mum has always been independent and the Heritage Team respect that in their approach. They are flexible and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Heritage Healthcare.

I had an accident at home, broken ankle. I had two surgeries and had a limited mobility for 2.5 months.
I contacted Heritage Healthcare and received a response immediately with assessment and a schedule of carrier's visits.
I couldn't wish for better care and support.
Food was cooked as requested,
with food hygiene standards. My privacy and dignity were respected. I had a bath every second day. Nothing was too much for the team and my perfect, caring lady was a professional, respectful, considerate person.
I had my shopping done, medical records collected and prescriptions renewed. She helped with laundry, making beds and all the other things which become complicated for a person with limited mobility.
The quality of the care was consistent, all the time at a high level.
I would highly recommend this company for everyone who needs professional care.
Well done, I am forever grateful.

Heritage Healthcare are a fantastic team providing ongoing daily personal and social care for my mother. Each and everyone in the team are caring, dedicated and reliable. Having worked with them for almost 2 years, Mum looks forward to the visits and has formed strong relationships with her carers.
We had complex requirements and Heritage Healthcare worked with the whole family to provide a personalised care plan, matching the carers to my Mums individual needs which really helped with the difficult transition from independent living to being supported by people outside of the family. I would highly recommend Heritage healthcare.

I am a 52-year-old man, a wheelchair-user with muscular dystrophy. I work full-time in central London as a journalist.


Heritage carers have been providing personal care in the morning and one night a week since February 2016.


I am delighted by their professionalism, efficiency and cheerfulness

and I would recommend them very highly.


I receive personal care, getting in and out of bed, help with toileting, washing, food preparation, laundry and household cleaning.


Care and assistance is of the highest level. The carers are always on time, attentive and kind to me.


I have a fairly tight schedule on the morning, as I have to leave for work. But I never feel rushed and the mornings go very smoothly indeed.


I am more than happy to recommend Heritage Healthcare (Ealing & Richmond) to everyone.
