Robin have been looking after my father since the beginning of this year. All of the girls who come to help him out are lovely. They really care for the person they are helping out. They are not rushed so they have the time to speak to their clients which is one of the reasons we need dad to have a carer come in as it means he has someone to speak to twice per day. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Heritage Homecare have been providing care to my father who has dementia. In the past, we have always found it difficult to find an agency which is reliable and who can provide the same carer each week. Heritage Homecare have always been reliable and my father really enjoys his carers company. I would definitely recommend their services.

I have been extremely happy with Heritage Healthcare and have been with them for 2 years. What makes them so special are that the carers are so so wonderful. So much so that I regard them as part of the family. They really are professional, reliable and really caring towards my 87-year-old father who has Alzheimer's.
If there are any problems they are fixed straight away. They are also very flexible with cover, allowing myself and my family time off for much needed holidays or respite.

The managing staff really are passionate about providing the best possible service and hold reviews every 6 months. Amazing people and amazing service!

We were anxious to find good quality care for our Mum in the last months of her life. Heritage provided a kind, respectful but also well organised and efficient service. Mum was treated with great dignity and respect. They also supported us as a family, helping us manage with practical advice and emotional support.

A kind, caring and very professional agency that made daily visits to my elderly mother for a year. I trusted the Heritage carers implicitly. My mother had around three or four regular carers visiting which meant they could get to know her needs, likes and dislikes and she could build up a personal relationship with each of them. She enjoyed the visits and company and always remarked how she was treated with kindness and dignity. Management kept me well informed and gave me personal support too.

I do believe that staying with this agency, I am more vulnerable and uncared for. First of all, I told them few times that I do not appreciate 2 carers a week but 3 are unacceptable. Spoke with them today Wednesday 18.4.18 but of course, they deny that from Monday 16.4.18 I had already 3 carers. Monday 16.4.18, the agency got in touch with my Drs surgery, as it wasn't possible for me to go to the Dr as the lift is not working and I needed urgent care. Tuesday 17.4.18 I received another carer that didn't know the last things about my current health situation, she wasn't informed? and today Wednesday 18.4.18 I received another carer. That's 3 only in 3 days.

We have had marvellous service with the agency choosing an appropriate carer to look after mum. The care package worked out beautifully - keeping mum company, giving us advice on care needs, and a totally reliable and trustworthy carer - available whenever we have asked for support.

Heritage Healthcare has been visiting my mother daily for 5 months. Her team of carers are presentable, punctual, reliable, attentive and kind. Mum enjoys their visits and I have peace of mind knowing that somebody has popped in to ensure that she has taken her medication, had something to eat, had a chat and checked that she is okay. This is vital to me when working away from home. Mum has always been independent and the Heritage Team respect that in their approach. They are flexible and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Heritage Healthcare.

I had an accident at home, broken ankle. I had two surgeries and had a limited mobility for 2.5 months.
I contacted Heritage Healthcare and received a response immediately with assessment and a schedule of carrier's visits.
I couldn't wish for better care and support.
Food was cooked as requested, with food hygiene standards. My privacy and dignity were respected. I had a bath every second day. Nothing was too much for the team and my perfect, caring lady was a professional, respectful, considerate person.
I had my shopping done, medical records collected and prescriptions renewed. She helped with laundry, making beds and all the other things which become complicated for a person with limited mobility.
The quality of the care was consistent, all the time at a high level.
I would highly recommend this company for everyone who needs professional care.

Well done, I am forever grateful.

Heritage Healthcare are a fantastic team providing ongoing daily personal and social care for my mother. Each and everyone in the team are caring, dedicated and reliable. Having worked with them for almost 2 years, Mum looks forward to the visits and has formed strong relationships with her carers. We had complex requirements and Heritage Healthcare worked with the whole family to provide a personalised care plan, matching the carers to my Mums individual needs which really helped with the difficult transition from independent living to being supported by people outside of the family. I would highly recommend Heritage healthcare.

I am a 52-year-old man, a wheelchair-user with muscular dystrophy. I work full-time in central London as a journalist.

Heritage carers have been providing personal care in the morning and one night a week since February 2016.

I am delighted by their professionalism, efficiency and cheerfulness and I would recommend them very highly.

I receive personal care, getting in and out of bed, help with toileting, washing, food preparation, laundry and household cleaning.

Care and assistance is of the highest level. The carers are always on time, attentive and kind to me.

I have a fairly tight schedule on the morning, as I have to leave for work. But I never feel rushed and the mornings go very smoothly indeed.

I am more than happy to recommend Heritage Healthcare (Ealing & Richmond) to everyone.
