My son is always happy to come to the Day Centre he has made lots of friends and the staff are always helpful.

Fantastic place to go. The staff are fantastic, friendly atmosphere, the owner is a lovely person and our child loves going. The staff go above and beyond and gives us a break that is well needed. The staff have been highly trained in autism disability awareness as you can tell.

I have been so grateful to have chosen Life-Line Care 4 U as my husband's carers. A very apt name because caring is what they do in every sense. My husband is bed bound and is looked after in every way he looks forward to his carers coming they wash, clean, dress, change his bed and still have time and patience to discuss cricket and football and make him laugh. Thank you, everyone.

Life-Line Care 4 U has been a lifeline for my husband and I for almost two years. Their service is second to none from Admin Staff to the carers themselves who are worth their weight in gold. They are caring and professional attending to my husband's needs whilst always maintaining his dignity. We always have the same carers which we think is important in order to build a rapport and nothing is too much trouble.

My carers are excellent always on time they treat me with respect and they cheer me up, provide excellent comfort and treat me with respect and dignity, they listen to me and provide person-centred care, keep me safe when I'm out as I have weak eyesight, they help and encourage me to access the community, the best thing is I have fixed support worker so there’s not a new person every day, this way we both have a routine and my support worker can pick up on days when I'm not feeling well.

All the staff have treated me and my family with care efficiently and kindness and respect.

Life-Line Care 4U is a dream team. I highly recommend it to all.

At first, I was a bit worried about relying on carers to assist me in my day to day needs but I am glad to say they have been a 5* wonderful service. Excellent in all aspects. I have my regular carers who are highly trained and professional. They do go above and beyond for me and the Manager is just a call away. All management are super helpful and caring. If it wasn't for Life-Line Care 4 U company I would not be able to improve my health. I love my boys are they're awesome!

Life-Line Care 4 U have been caring for my mother for a couple of years now. I wanted to write a review because I am ever so thankful and astonished at how professional and well managed all of the carers are. Carers are always on time, in uniform and really do go above and beyond to help if things are not going as planned. The manager is very friendly and on top of everything. Carers even pop in and out of their own schedules to check on mum. I would definitely recommend this agency to everyone in need.
