Life-line Care 4 U has a team of experienced health and social care experts.

Your care needs are taken into account to provide a care plan specific to you.

Life-line Care 4 U provide care for people who have been discharged from hospital following minor or major surgery, older people and those with disabilities, adults with learning difficulties, mental health problems, end-of-life, palliative care or long-term illness. They also specialise in young children for day centre and outreach work.

Home care support services are tailored to meet individual needs from 30-min periods to 24-hours a day.

Fantastic place to go. The staff are fantastic, friendly atmosphere, the owner is a lovely person and our child loves going. The staff go above and beyond and gives us a break that is well needed. The staff have been highly trained in autism disability awareness as you can tell.

I have been so grateful to have chosen Life-Line Care 4 U as my husband's carers. A very apt name because caring is what they do in every sense. My husband is bed bound and is looked after in every way he looks forward to his carers coming they wash, clean, dress, change his bed and still have time
and patience to discuss cricket and football and make him laugh. Thank you, everyone.

Since my mum has come home from the hospice for end of life care the ladies today are beyond amazing!
They know their stuff and made me feel at ease, so helpful on the ball to be honest you would mistake them for nurses, they are amazing. They make her laugh and for that I'm thankful!

Life-Line Care 4 U has been a lifeline for my husband and I for almost two years. Their service is second to none from Admin Staff to the carers themselves who are worth their weight in gold. They are caring and professional attending to my husband's needs whilst always maintaining his dignity. We always
have the same carers which we think is important in order to build a rapport and nothing is too much trouble.

My carers are excellent always on time they treat me with respect and they cheer me up, provide excellent comfort and treat me with respect and dignity, they listen to me and provide person-centred care, keep me safe when I'm out as I have weak eyesight, they help and encourage me to access the community,
the best thing is I have fixed support worker so there’s not a new person every day, this way we both have a routine and my support worker can pick up on days when I'm not feeling well.

There are no words that can describe how grateful I am. They are god sent angels! They have been extremely wonderful and supportive especially during the covid pandemic. They did not refuse to look after me even when I was positive. I received the same level of service and kindness. They care from the
heart. The manager has given me good reassurance that I would be well looked after he is a star!. My family are at ease and don't have to worry as we all know I am in safe hands.
Life-Line Care 4U is a dream team. I highly recommend it to all.

At first, I was a bit worried about relying on carers to assist me in my day to day needs but I am glad to say they have been a 5* wonderful service. Excellent in all aspects. I have my regular carers who are highly trained and professional. They do go above and beyond for me and the Manager is just
a call away. All management are super helpful and caring. If it wasn't for Life-Line Care 4 U company I would not be able to improve my health. I love my boys are they're awesome!

Happy with service provided, carers are on time, helpful and have a good understanding of my dad's complex needs. Some of the carers on occasion have gone above and beyond what is expected, in time of need for my dad. The staff are friendly, and they have a good rapport with my dad, and handle situations
with patience and care. Staff can be relied upon in difficult situations.

This is a very good care provider as they always put the customer's needs first. Their staff have been trained extensively in their field. The staff are knowledgeable and experienced in their field. Life-Line Care 4 U have been caring for my mother for a couple of years now. I wanted to write a review because I am ever so thankful and astonished at how professional and well managed all of the carers are. Carers are always on time, in uniform and really do go above and beyond to help if things are
not going as planned. The manager is very friendly and on top of everything. Carers even pop in and out of their own schedules to check on mum. I would definitely recommend this agency to everyone in need. They have taken a huge burden off my mind knowing mum is in safe hands.
