Life-line Care 4 U provide care for people who have been discharged from hospital following minor or major surgery, older people and those with disabilities, adults with learning difficulties, mental health problems, end-of-life, palliative care or long-term illness. They also specialise in young children for day centre and outreach work.

Home care support services are tailored to meet individual needs from 30-min periods to 24-hours a day.

The carers provide support to my wife they are a very helpful support to my wife day and night. Do personal tasks for my wife since my wife has been discharged from the hospital. They go the extra mile. They care for me so well and my wife at the same time. Management excellent, took me shopping when
he comes to check on his staff. Good palliative care team.
