So far so good,detailed reports received via app provide peace of mind. Not able to add much as I've not met or been at my father's home at the same time as the carer. My enquiries and meetings to arrange car were both professional and pleasant.

We have found all the carers provided by this company to be well trained and extremely helpful , kindly courteous and patient. There have been occasional timing changes and personnel changes which my husband can find upsetting but I totally understand that this is in the nature of a business which is at the mercy of events in both client and staff lives. Not forgetting the problems with weather and traffic conditions. I have found that the office staff have been very helpful and have responded immediately to any changes in requests for care that I have made. We shall certainly continue to use the services of Alina for the foreseeable future.

The manager was always great to communicate with and answer any questions. I would highly recommend this care agency and would use again if needed. Thank you.

In general, the care provided was very good. The carers were friendly, efficient and sympathetic. I should have preferred a regular arrival time so that a routine could be easily established. Similarly, although there was one regular carer for most of the time, occasional new carers were a distraction to the one cared for.

We have only been using Alina HomeCare since the end of March when my wife came home after a lengthy stay in the hospital. My wife often needs a lot of encouragement to face the day, but the carer is excellent; she is very patient and empathetic and has been able to motivate her to get dressed and go out for a walk etc when my own efforts would have failed to cause me to become very stressed. The company normally sends out a weekly rota so that we know who is coming and when. The carer is very reliable and always on time.

Friendly care team, whom my mother likes. She looks forward to their visits on a regular basis. They have all got to know her requirements without her having to explain them. The only negative which I understand completely is the times on the timetable can change sometimes (only within 40 minutes on either side of the time slot) which to a 90-year-old, is hard to grasp and accept, especially if on the early side as she likes to be organised and ready and sometimes she’s not. Only minor but I have to go into explanations, the same explanations every time. I worked many years in care so I get it.

One of the carers has been very attentive in solving any issues we have had. Would recommend.
