SureCare Chester provides person-centred care services to clients in their own homes. Live-in support is available, which includes dementia care, palliative care, reablement, and client-specific care which requires specialist training. SureCare can also provide care and support for those with learning and physical disabilities.

The SureCare team devises individualised support plans which take each client’s interests, likes and dislikes into account and are arranged on the client’s terms to ensure continuity of their existing arrangements and routines.

SureCare provides a range of care services including personal care, such as washing, dressing, medication support, and skin and hair care. The team can also help with daily life activities such as shopping, assisting with attending clubs and participating in hobbies, and accompanying clients to appointments.

From July onwards there have left an elderly bedridden lady in an absolute state, the property was horrific and not one of their carers reported it to adult social care or anybody, which is a breach of duty of care.
Do not use this company at all.

As you are already aware an open investigation is underway, and we are in contact with you alongside the relevant external agencies. We would like to highlight some further information that you have not mentioned in your review. For transparency purposes, our care staff have not been able to gain entry to your mother's property since the start of her care package. This as you are already aware is because of a family member refusing entry who also resides at the property with your mother. Furthermore, the Local Authority is already aware of the situation and has been reported previously. Finally, SureCare Chester has been requested by the social worker to continue. As advised we will keep you updated on our progress through our existing investigation and communication

Congratulations to all SureCare staff for the exceptional service provided. My friend’s experience has been nothing but positive. The care staff are friendly, well trained and knowledgeable. The daily care that has been provided is nothing but exemplary. All dealings with the office management team

SureCare provided live-in care for our parents, which enabled them to continue living at home despite the difficulties of being in their 90s. Without this excellent service, this would not have been possible.
The carers involved were first class and really did care and look after our parents extremely
well. This was such a responsibility for them and much appreciated by the family.
Our only advice for other families would be to recognise that illness or other issues can interrupt the planned timetable of care, and some family backup, at short notice, may be necessary.
All in all, SureCare looked after our parents so well at a difficult time for them and the wider family.

All the staff that visit my mum are fantastic with her. My mum says she enjoys seeing everyone. She’s always really happy with her visits and the help they provide her. I am happy that SureCare staff are always available for contact.

Regular carers are very good and pleasant, and it's comforting to know they are going in to visit and help.
Not always the same when it's someone new or standing in, but we understand staff have to have time off and that it is difficult juggling members of the team sometimes. Wouldn't be without the
service.

Couldn't recommend SureCare enough. The staff are all angels in disguise and help and support both Dad and us as a wider family with respect, kindness, and dignity. The care calls are always on time, and the carers take their time to ensure all tasks are completed as well as have a friendly interaction
with Dad.

SureCare looked after my mum for four months after she came out of the hospital. The care Mum received was excellent. The staff treated Mum at all times with dignity and respect. Mum loved each and every one of the carers that came to look after her. They all took an interest in what she liked. They
would play her music and sang along with her. They got to know her character, and Mum really enjoyed chatting to them about what was going on in their lives, children, grandchildren, boyfriends etc. You kept my lovely mum in the place she wanted to be for the final four months of her life. They say that people come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. SureCare came into Mum's life for a reason that was for a duration of a season, but the lasting impression you have left me with will last a lifetime for me because you loved and took care of my amazing mum. Thank you all.

In the few months that SureCare (Chester) have been caring for my husband, I have been very pleased with their service, both bedside and in the office. The staff looked after my husband with good humour and warmth, always treating him with dignity. A special mention must go to the local manager, who
was particularly helpful when I was let down by a different respite care provider.

We have used SureCare for over two years, providing four double-handed calls each day. Staff have been kind, caring and respectful to Mum, showing flexibility as her needs increased. In the last month of Mum's life, their care was exemplary as they did their very best to keep her comfortable and encouraged
her nutritional intake. They have also been a source of comfort for the family. We could not have fulfilled Mum's wish to remain in her own home without SureCare's support.

The work of my mum’s carer is crucial in helping to live a happy and independent life at home, which, in turn, helps Mum care for my dad. This help and support are paramount during Covid times. My mum is happy with SureCare and the careworker who comes. Very friendly and always asks her if need anything and stay and chats, which my mum likes, as with lockdown, doesn't get much company. The careworker always checks her food intake and medication.
