My elderly aunt has limited mobility and is quite isolated due to this. Home Instead help her with many things that enable her to continue to living independently in her home, but also provide caring social interaction, checking in on her general well being, handling occasional unusual requests she may have. They have been exceptional in times of crisis, helping my aunt while waiting for ambulances and making sure that things are safe for her to return home following hospital treatment. She really likes the carers that visit, forming good relationships and can't talk highly enough of them. Care from the staff as well as from the management team and administration has been excellent and genuine.

The Home Instead (Crawley) team have been providing care for our father for a few years now - visiting him at his care home and taking him out for exercise and outings. They have been fantastic the whole way through, tailoring their service and their activities to suit him, kind, friendly, and treating him with dignity. They took time on day one to learn about Dad: his personality, preferences, hobbies, etc. The visiting carers have formed a real bond with his. They report any issues or changes to us promptly. The benefit to him has been clear and obvious. And they've provided a really reassuring presence for the family. I wholeheartedly recommend Home Instead (Crawley).

We needed assistance for our mother from 2025 as her condition deteriorated. Having had experience with another Home Instead team who had looked after my father in law in a different part of England, when it became clear that my mother needed help my first call was to Rajive. Within a few days we met with him at my mother's house. Having met some of the proposed team, care was taken to ensure the right people were assigned to her and that she felt comfortable and secure with them. By the summer of 2025 mum needed round the clock care until she very recently passed away in July 2026. Throughout that time the team were exceptional. They proved to be humane, professional and deeply human. They made mum's life as bearable as it could have been given her difficult circumstances. We developed bonds with all the team and communication was at all times immediate and attentive. We cannot recommend them highly enough. They went over and above at all times. They are excellent.

We would like to thank Rajive and the team at Home Instead (Crawley) for all their exceptional help, advice, and support in caring for our parents. Communication has always been prompt and effective, and we appreciated having a small, consistent team looking after them, as well as using an app to stay updated on visits.

We selected Home Instead as they could accommodate specific cultural needs with multi-language Care Professionals. A special thanks to Sameera, our primary Care Pro, who has been wonderfully cheerful, punctual, kind, and flexible as care needs changed.

Even as our parents relocate, the team has provided helpful guidance. Knowing our parents were in such trustworthy hands brought us great comfort. We highly recommend Rajive and his team.

This has been life changing for Dad - he was talking about residential care but now he can staying his own home where he is happiest.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the care and support provided to my Mum. Living with dementia can be incredibly challenging, not only for the individual but also for the family, and the difference your team makes does not go unnoticed.

The staff consistently treat my Mum with genuine care, patience, and kindness. They approach her with dignity and respect, taking the time to understand her needs and ensuring she feels safe and comfortable. It is very reassuring to know she is being looked after by people who truly care about her wellbeing.

In addition to supporting my Mum, the team also provides valuable help to my Dad. Simple but important tasks such as changing bedcovers, tidying up, and offering general support make a significant difference to his day-to-day life. This extra level of care helps ease the pressure on him and allows him to focus more on spending quality time with my Mum.

It had taken nearly a year of very careful conversations with my Mum for her to accept that she did need help to care for my Dad who has Dementia. From the moment my Mum met Rajive from Home Instead all her worries were put behind her. Home Instead provides a very professional service, all the staff are very kind and caring. I wouldn't hesitate recommending as we have all be so impressed with the care my Dad receives and the office staff have all been very helpful with any questions. We started with 1 ½ hours a week and very quickly added a second 2 hour visit.

Rajive, Debbie, Becky, Erika, Michaela, Kinga and the whole team are exceptional. Their attention to detail and care is second to none. This is the first time I've ever had to arrange in home care for my Dad and right from the very first phone call the team have been amazing. Very reassuring and patient guiding me all the way. Their communication is fantastic too and they're willingness to alter their schedule according to our needs is unbelievably helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

It has put my mind at rest a bit more knowing she is being looked after.

I find it reassuring that through the app I am able to check how each visit has gone and have been grateful to be informed of any change in my father's condition when I am not there. The team have treated my Dad as an individual, with dignity. It's such a relief he is happy to receive their help.

I previously used Home Instead Fareham back in 2019/20 for my elderly parents and they were outstanding, so when I needed to arrange care for my husbands 100-year-old grandmother I made only one call to the Branch near her in Crawley. From that very call from the Manager who was just amazing with nan, she was assessed by him in the hospital and her home was also assessed for needs, and care was arranged in 24 hours so we could get her home and away from the overcrowded hospital. She now has a great team of angles who visit three time a day giving the care, support and comfort our precious nan requires. Home Instead also use a great app that all close family can have access to which provides us with times and names of carer visits plus all tasks that have taken place, and as we live an hour away, gives the best piece of mind as you know when a carer has arrive. The Manager and the office team are always on hand to answer any of our questions. If you are considering home care in Crawley this is who you should call.

Home Instead were given to me by my daughter in law and I am thrilled with the recommendation. I have 2 companions. On a Wednesday and a Saturday. They are my continued support and they are both absolutely marvellous. They turn up promptly and leave only when I am ready I really look forward to their visits.

Personally, I have learnt so much of what has been revealed of "another way of life". Specialists' experience of certain aspects of my wife's condition has been invaluable. As a family, we could not have got through eight months without your support. Thank you.

The service provided is really good. The care providers are friendly and supportive. My family can have a peace of mind as they know that I'm well looked after.
